## Case IQ Reviews
 ### 1. Exceptional Support and Flexible Functionality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura G. | Supervisor Quality and Insights, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

I appreciate Case IQ for providing a smooth and seamless way to conduct quality investigations. The reporting functions are valuable because they give us visibility into issues and trends, allowing us to continuously improve. I like the functionality and ease of use, and the support team is amazing. They are innovative and respond positively to new ideas. I can adjust workflows, add or remove fields easily, and the support team is always there to help as the business evolves.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

Some of the reporting filtering is challenging at times but we make it work. It would also be nice if there was a way to make mass changes from a list view of cases. There are times where a lot of cases need to have a correction and it would be nice to not have to go in to each individual case.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Case IQ for quality investigations and reporting, which gives us visibility into issues and trends, ensuring continuous improvement. The flexibility to change setups and supportive team enhances its functionality, making our adaptation to business changes seamless.

**Official Response from Peter van Hezewyk:**

> We appreciate your positive feedback on our system, especially around its ease of use and reporting capabilities. We apologize for the challenges you faced during the upgrade process; we have implemented critical changes to that process, with an aim to complete the upgrade swiftly and with high customer satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback!

 ### 2. Case Management Made Easy, with Great UX, Customizable and Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ava G. | Safeguarding & Compliance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

I love that CaseIQ helps us seamlessly manage our cases across 4 different users who are using it everyday. The UX design is really straight-forward for our board members who also have access to a few cases. We do not have any integrations we use with CaseIQ.

The support team is also quite helpful. I had a great experience working with Reda when we had to merge a bunch of our data. She made me feel really confident in her team and what they were doing.

I also really like the history options on the case files so you can review the history of the case, who was looking at it, who worked on it, who opened files. My team also uses the to-do feature everyday to remind ourselves to check up on a case, or that something was due.

We also use the reporting feature quite a bit, it helps us review what cases may be sitting and need action taken on them and we can provide specific data-points to senior leadership when needed. The database is also really great and handling big files and being able to search them for specific words or sentences.

I also like that Profiles ahve URLs in them so we can easily access a players profile on our registration platform without having to search them up again.

My team uses this product every day 8-hours a day, and we definately get our money worth. I do not know how we could manage cases without it and the customizability of it makes it so we can do what we need for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

One of my dislikes of CaseIQ, and biggest dislike, is the search bar at the top. If I go and search a case number, for example 2026-0234, it will pull up every 0234 case from previous years, random files, etc. before I see 10 cases down in the search bar the case # I am looking for.

I end up going to a profile, searching the profile and finding the linked case from there. I think the search bar needs better compatibility. It's quite annoying and it wastes a lot of my time especially when I am searching and working on mulitple cases at once.

My team also struggles with development and developer timelines. We have requested a seemingly easy change in our customer facing report form, to make static fields movable, and we have been told timelines like Q4 of 2025 that were never met and the change has still not been put on the roadmap. While I have worked in product development before and understand that timelines and products change, it is frustrating to be told something different every time and never get a true timeline and if we do get a timeline it is never met and never followed up on.

The last thing I dislike about CaseIQ, which I am sure is a security reason, is that it makes me re-log in if I have CaseIQ open in multiple tabs. Which I usually have 5-10 tabs open at a time with CaseIQ in all of them. I underttand this as a security concern but it's sometimes frustrating.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without CaseIQ we would not be able to efficiently manage our case load. We have other areas of where we store case info (Box files, Outlook emails) but CaseIQ is the one stop shop for anything you need to know in a case. It's nice that everyone on our team can look at any case, who worked on it, where the case is at, etc. Before CaseIQ we were managing cases in email folders and a physical filing cabinet. Now we rely on CaseIQ for all our case management needs.

I also love that we were able to set up profiles for panel members who review our cases, and that we can have the settings so they only review the cases they need to review. Same goes for our third-party investigator who has his own profile and can work on a case out of CaseIQ and then we don't have to email confidential files over to him because they are all in the case in CaseIQ.

I love how we can easily see the timeline of cases, all the files, the actions we took all in one place and it's easy to read and understand.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback and kind words about both the platform and our support team — we’ll be sure to share this with Reda as well. We're also glad to hear Case IQ has become such an important part of your team’s daily workflow, and we truly appreciate your candid feedback around search, timelines, and login experience. Insights like this help us continue improving, and we’re grateful for your partnership and support.

 ### 3. Case IQ Brings Structure, Visibility, and Data-Driven Insights to Employee Relations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose G. | HR Analytics & Insights Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

Case IQ has provided us a centralized platform for managing employee relations cases, which is one of its strongest advantages. Having all cases—grievances, investigations, and corrective actions—in one place improves organization, reduces reliance on manual tracking, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. This level of visibility allows our team to quickly understand case status, ownership, and history without having to piece together information from multiple sources.

Another key benefit is the ability to track cases from intake through resolution in a structured and consistent way. The system supports standardized data entry through configurable fields and categories, which helps ensure that information is captured uniformly across users. This not only improves day-to-day case management but also strengthens auditability by maintaining a clear record of actions, updates, and outcomes over time.

Case IQ also adds value through its reporting capabilities. By capturing structured data, the platform enables teams to analyze trends in case volume, types, and outcomes. This creates opportunities to move beyond reactive case handling and toward more proactive workforce insights, helping identify patterns and areas that may require attention at an organizational level.

Overall, Case IQ helps bring structure, consistency, and visibility to employee relations work. It supports compliance efforts, improves process standardization, and provides a foundation for more data-driven decision-making within the HR and Employee/Labor Relations function.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

Case IQ has been a strong solution for our team, though there are opportunities to enhance reporting flexibility. At times, more advanced or customized reporting requires additional effort to fully meet our needs.

Overall, the system is easy to use, but a few enhancements to configuration and navigation could make it even more intuitive and efficient for users.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case IQ helps us centralize and manage employee relations cases in one place, improving organization and visibility across our team. It allows us to track cases from intake through resolution in a structured and consistent way, which strengthens documentation and auditability.

As a result, Case IQ is helping reduce our reliance on manual tracking, improved consistency in how cases are handled, and gained better insight into trends. This supports more informed decision-making and helps ensure we are meeting compliance and reporting needs effectively.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Hi Jose, thanks for taking the time to leave us a thoughtful feedback. We’re pleased Case IQ is helping strengthen structure, consistency, and visibility across your employee relations processes while improving reporting and reducing manual effort. We also appreciate your input on reporting flexibility and usability enhancements, which are top of mind for us as we continue to refine the platform. Thank you for your trust and partnership.

 ### 4. Seamless Data Sync, Time-Saving Document Generation, and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

Its a easy to navigate/understand system and for those parts that aren't so simple, the support team are so helpful and quick to respond as well as the main contact is really knowledgeable and always willing to take the time/add in extra meetings to work through anything needed.

It pulls in and reads data from our other systems seamlessly and frequently to ensure the data is always up to date in the system for users.

The knowledge portal and AI support directs you in the path of any specific information you can search via this area.

The system itself can be manipulated in a way that works for several different sectors of our organisation and performs in different ways to cater to each teams individual requirements. The document generation abd auto population saves our staff so much time with the requirements of our roles, keeping all this data in one secure place is helpful for audit trails

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

I am quiet a new user to the system from an admin perspective and I am yet to find anything notable that i dislike, if there have been any parts I dislike its been due to my lack of education which very quickly gets cleared up with the support and knowledge the team at CaseIQ provide

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my short time as admin they have solved many problems for me, from the support of obtaining new users, providing pricing to get this approved on our end and be ready to get new users in the system, from post maste email issues, to email merge issues. Most "problems" have been solved in a way of resolving minor system issues or providing the information I need to support my organisation to use the system in the most efficient way, otherwise anything addition in the solving stage is more an education support piece and no major issues have arisen to be solved, just helping me to navigate the system in the best way and tidy up the minor email backlogs and email errors

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> We really appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback. It’s great to hear that the platform’s flexibility, integrations, automation, and centralized data management are helping support teams across your organization in meaningful ways. We’re especially happy to hear that our support team has been able to make your transition into the admin role smoother through responsive guidance and hands-on support. Thank you again for your trust in Case IQ — we’re proud to be part of your team’s success.

 ### 5. Streamlined Case Management with Guided Prompts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent D. | Investigator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

I really like the step-by-step instructions and how the system prompts you at different stages in the investigation when using Case IQ. I find it great that it stores pictures and files to a case number, which is quite helpful for keeping everything organized. The initial setup was very easy because it prompts you on your next steps by not letting you move forward until that step is completed.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

I don't like the limit of the size of the files or videos. When we receive a video for evidence from a complainant, most of the time the video is too large to be able to attach it to a case on Case IQ.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Case IQ to track complaints, maintain a chronological file for reference and evidence, and store pictures and files by case number. It provides step-by-step instructions and prompts during investigations.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Hi Brent, thanks for the detailed feedback! It’s great to see that the structured guidance and prompts are helping keep your investigations organized and on track. Also, happy to hear that storing files and images within each case is adding value to your workflow. We’ve noted your feedback on video evidence file size limits and will share it with our product team. Appreciate you sharing your experience.

 ### 6. Streamlined Investigation and Compliance Management with AI Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yasodha E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

I use Case IQ to manage investigations, track cases, and handle compliance reporting all in one place. I really like its AI-powered system, which captures incidents and proactively detects compliance and risk issues. It automatically collects, categorizes, and prioritizes reports, reducing manual effort, speeding up response times, and helping organize to catch risks and compliance issues earlier.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

Could be tough to learn by new users, setup and customization can be tough.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Case IQ to manage investigations, track cases, and handle compliance reporting. It centralizes tracking, evidence, and reporting, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. The AI-powered system detects compliance and risk issues proactively, speeding up response times and organizing risks better.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear that Case IQ is helping you manage investigations, streamline reporting, and proactively identify risk through AI. As AI continues to evolve, we’re focused on staying at the forefront to deliver more intelligent, reliable, and investigation/compliance-ready AI capabilities that help teams move faster and make better decisions. Also, thanks for the feedback on onboarding and customization—this is something top of mind for us, and we’ll be taking a closer look at how we can make the platform more intuitive and easier for new users to get started.

 ### 7. Great database for Investigations management and great customer support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

Customer support is fantastic! The implementation was relatively easy for a lot of data. We use the database on a daily basis; the transition has gone much smoother than I anticipated. We also love most of the reporting features. We rolled the database out in stages; the integration could not have gone better thanks to the tremendous help from Mirian, Ankit and others at CaseIQ. It is a very intuitive, easy to use database.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

The reporting in yellow fin could be more robust. For example, it would be nice to have more options for dynamic date ranges. Case IQ could also potentially expand the range of number of fields that can be used on a form.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making our data more secure and that allows us to sleep better at night. It helps us grant access to others who need access in a secure fashion. For example, our data is used world-wide, and we are able to grant limited access to each area giving them access to data pertaining to their specific area. In other words, they do not have to call our company's headquarters to retrieve the data anymore.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear the implementation went smoothly and that Case IQ is helping your team work more securely and efficiently. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Mirian, Ankit, and the rest of the team. We also appreciate your feedback on reporting and form flexibility. The input is very helpful as we continue to improve. Thanks again for being a valued partner!

 ### 8. Effective for Investigations, but AI is Taking Over

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

I find Case IQ really helpful for keeping us on a timeline and remembering important steps during employee investigations. I also like having canned interview forms in the system as they are helpful. It's good for metrics afterwards as well. I appreciate the suggested links and having all of our employees loaded into the system.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

Some features that are built into the system to be helpful can end up feeling clunky and act as a deterrent. Having to literally check boxes when sometimes you don't need them can slow you down. There's also the issue that with AI, I can now ask ChatGPT for exact questions rather than relying on a generic form we created. Additionally, while the reps at Case IQ were very knowledgeable and helpful, the initial setup involved a lot of lengthy sessions, which was a lot to handle.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Case IQ for employee investigations. It helps keep us on a timeline, remember important steps, and provides canned interview forms and useful metrics.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Thanks for taking the team to leave us a thoughtful review. Happy to hear that Case IQ is helping you stay on track during employee investigations, especially when it comes to timelines, key steps, interview forms, and post-investigation metrics. It’s great to know those features are supporting your day-to-day work.
We also appreciate your honest feedback around areas that can feel clunky or slow things down. That insight is incredibly valuable as we continue to refine the experience, including making workflows more flexible and ensuring our tools complement how teams work today (especially as AI continues to evolve). Feedback like this helps us make Case IQ better for everyone.

 ### 9. Streamlined Anonymous Reporting with Fast Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley N.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

I love that Case IQ has the ability for us to communicate with anonymous submissions. It allows us to gather more information and provides a resource and portal for us to organize and see analytics on the cases that come through. The initial setup was very easy, and they were quick to communicate with us and provide the information needed. It required little work on our part to set up the site, and they communicated any changes needed promptly.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

I wish the file by proxy setting had the ability to not have approval and assignment settings. We would like to use that more in a capacity for our investigators to use as an internal case management portal for cases outside ethics concerns, and we have not found a way around the assignment and approval settings.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case IQ lets employees submit anonymous concerns company-wide, helping HR investigate. It improves communication with anonymous submissions and provides analytics and organization for cases.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Hi Ashley, thanks for the great feedback. Happy to hear we have made it easier for your team to communicate with anonymous reporters, organize case data, and access meaningful analytics (all with a smooth setup). We'll definitely share your feedback around the file by proxy setting with our product team as we continue improving flexibility and use case support. Thanks again for your partnership!

 ### 10. Efficient Case Management Software, But Setup is Tough

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Issabella A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

I appreciate how Case IQ makes our process efficient. I find the view tab particularly beneficial as it makes my caseload visible. It allows me to customize and organize my case view for easier visibility of my cases.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

Updates to the system have effects on the case system. Updates to newer versions affect reports and certain aspects of customized forms. It was not an easy process during set up; it was a rigorous process due to the requirements of our team and certain limitations. System errors occur too often.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Case IQ to manage our case load and processes. The view tab helps customize and organize my case view, making my caseload more visible.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Hi Issabella, thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback and for highlighting the value of the View tab in improving visibility into your caseload. Insights into how teams use customization features are incredibly valuable and help guide our ongoing improvements. We appreciate your openness about the challenges with updates, setup, and system reliability. While the platform’s flexibility can add complexity, it’s also what enables it to be tailored to your needs. Our team would be happy to connect and help address these concerns.

 ### 11. Customizable Case Tracking That Fits Our Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela R. | Lead, Labour & Employee Relations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

It’s helpful to have a single place to track all our cases, and it’s easy to customize fields to fit our unique needs.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

There are some system limitations that make certain aspects of the platform difficult to use. For example, the “To-Do” section references cases only by their Case IQ ID, rather than by the case name we assign (which is what we rely on day to day). The reporting system also feels overly complex, and it can be difficult to create cases within it.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me pull data for reporting all in one place and gives a clear overview of what’s assigned across the team.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Hi Angela, thanks for your feedback. We’re glad Case IQ’s centralized and customizable platform supports your team’s work. We appreciate your notes on the “To-Do” section and reporting complexity. Our team is actively exploring ways to improve case references and simplify reporting. Thanks again for helping us make Case IQ even better.

 ### 12. Case IQ has been a game-changer for our Employee Relations team.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

Case IQ has transformed how our Employee Relations team manages cases—streamlined, secure, and insight-driven. After four years, it remains an essential tool for driving consistency, compliance, and smarter decisions.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

I don't have any dislikes about Case IQ.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case IQ is solving three major challenges for our Employee Relations team: case management, compliance, and documentation.

Case Management: It centralizes all ER cases in one secure, easy-to-navigate system, helping us track progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely resolution.

Compliance: The platform supports consistent processes and audit-ready records, reducing risk and helping us stay aligned with internal policies and legal standards
.
Documentation: Case IQ makes it simple to log detailed notes, attach relevant files, and maintain a clear history for every case—critical for transparency and accountability.

The result? Faster resolutions, better insights, and peace of mind knowing our ER work is organized, compliant, and well-documented.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re thrilled to hear that Case IQ has been a game-changer for your Employee Relations team! It’s especially meaningful to know that after four years, Case IQ continues to be an essential part of how you manage cases, maintain compliance, and document ER work with confidence. Centralizing cases, supporting audit-ready processes, and enabling clear, thorough documentation are exactly the outcomes we aim to deliver. Thank you for being a long-time partner - we’re excited to keep supporting your team.

 ### 13. Top Notch Solution for Case Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas H. | Compliance Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

The development and implementation process with Case IQ was engaging, informative, and genuinely exciting. The platform, along with the company itself, provides an excellent solution for organizations seeking an effective case management system. I found Case IQ's Knowledge Base to be comprehensive and straightforward to navigate. Their AI tools and features stand out, making it easier for users to troubleshoot issues and discover solutions independently. Additionally, Case IQ's customer support team is approachable and quick to respond, always welcoming enhancement requests from customers to help further refine their product.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

The Yellowfin reporting feature provides a wide range of impressive analytic tools, yet it can feel quite overwhelming for new customers who are not already familiar with Yellowfin.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case IQ is assisting my organization in consolidating multiple data silos into a single location. This allows us to overlay different data sources, which in turn enables us to provide more reliable analytics, conduct root cause analysis more quickly and efficiently, and carry out trend analysis.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad Case IQ’s platform, AI tools, and Knowledge Base are helping your team work efficiently and independently, and that our support team has been responsive to your needs. We appreciate your note on Yellowfin and are continuously working to make its powerful analytics more intuitive. It’s also wonderful to hear how Case IQ is helping your organization break down data silos, uncover insights faster, and improve root cause and trend analysis. That’s exactly the kind of impact we strive to deliver. Thank you again for sharing your experience — we look forward to supporting your continued success.

 ### 14. Strong Self-Service Software for Case Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana J. | Risk Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

CaseIQ is an easy to use tool with multiple self-service features. My favorite thing about this software is the ability to implement many things myself. We struggle with other software due to not having access to add fetures ourselves, and with CaseIQ, this is hardly an issue. There are multiple data types to choose from when creating a form, and you can even make sub forms from it. CaseIQ does everything we need.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

Something I think CaseIQ can improve on is a less cluttered UI. We have default tabs and our own created tabs which can make the form difficult to navigate at time. I'd like the ability to remove some of the default options.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our Product Integrity Council cases. Any high priority issues that come in, we track them all in CaseIQ. We also document all meeting notes in the application. We use it to send automated reports to case owners and feed our automated dashboards related to this data.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> We’re glad to hear you find the platform easy to use and that the self-service features help you implement what you need without relying on extra support. We built Case IQ with configurability in mind, so it’s great to know the form options and sub-forms are meeting your needs. We also appreciate your feedback about the UI and navigation. Our team is actively exploring ways to simplify the experience, including giving customers more control over what they see by default. Your input helps us prioritize improvements, and we’ll be sure to share this with our product team.

 ### 15. Highly Customisable for Operational Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

Case IQ has drastically improved our experience of logging data--especially when it comes to reports and reviewing trends. The amount of detail you can capture in cases is highly flexible and tailored to your specific use of the system, which has allowed us to monitor more precise information that our previous case management system just could not provide at a granular level. The setup and layout is user-friendly, and the interface is sleek and sophisticated. My experience as a user/occasional admin is that of a streamlined and efficient method of logging our case information quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

Given that there is so much data you can log and track, building out reports from Case IQ through YellowFin can be difficult. There is a significant learning curve to creating reports if you don't have a background in Power BI analytics.

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

The system is extremely configurable to the point that we didn't really have to change our processes much at all to find the new system.
We greatly value that the reporting tool is embedded in the same case management system.
We submit tickets with questions, feedback, and system issues and generally receive replies within 1 day and the solution in 2-3 days.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

There needs to be more Yellowfin (reporting) training. YF should also be enabled sooner in the implementation timeline so we can see how configuration decisions will impact reporting.

I was engaged in the customization and implementation of the platform in my role as Student Affairs Manager in one of the largest Faculties at York University.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

Considering the complexity of academic policies and procedures, more flexibility in the platform for making it user-friendly in terms of how many steps or clicks we do to get one step done, would help.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the platform for academic integrity cases, helping to keep the process transparent, student-friendly, compliant and efficient.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

Since we are only at the beginning of our journey with Case IQ, this is focused on the process leading up to implementation rather than the process itself.
Case IQ showed thoroughness and transparency in coming to a balanced and workable agreement and seems honestly eager to preempt any subsequent irritations or disappointment.
Very approachable, attentive, and friendly team.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

At this point, we have not identified any specific downsides. Whereas it is only natural that not all initial expectations or standard processes can be accomodated, Case IQ showed honest interest in reaching equitable compromises.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case IQ provides structure in the management of employee relations issues and complaints.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> It’s great to hear Case IQ is helping you keep all investigative documents organized and accessible, no matter who’s handling the case. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick R. | Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

It is an entry level system that provides outstanding value for the service it provides. It is easy to install and easy to use. Their customer support is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

This is an entry level system, which means that it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some of the larger players in the market, which is fine, as most of these are not necessary or needed. But it could use minor customizations which are not available.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 40. Loving my experience with CaseIQ

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle S. | Regional HR Rep, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

I was able to eliminate all my other manual tracking and I now have everything in one central location. The system is very easy to navigate as a user.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

Until we are communicating with our payroll system, everything is very manual still and slowing. The system can be a little overwhelming trying to navigate to where you need to be, lots of options.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Until now all HR tracking has been very manual and old school. Things would have to be pieced together from multiple locations in order to tell the whole story. Now everything is in one central location eliminating the need for all the manual tracking. In addition, there is more detail on each case so anyone reading a case detail would have the full picture.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to hear that CaseIQ has centralized your HR tracking and provided more detailed case information. We are actively working on enhancing the system's integration with payroll to streamline processes further.

 ### 44. Case IQ has increased our case organization exponentially.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

Case IQ has allowed our department to shift from a traditional sharedBox folder with PDF files for each case, to an entire system with extended capabilties. We are able to track each case's phase, set reminders, allow access to investigative teams, and so much more. Rather than having to dig through a folder and piece together the details of a case, we are able to see so many facts and data points for each case at once. It is extremely helpful from a productivity view, and I am sure there are capabilities to the product that we aren't utilizing yet. Overall, the organization of our current caseload is phenomenal compared to the historical cases that our organization has yet to integrate into the Case IQ system.

Additionally, we were assigned with a Customer Success Manager, Javiera, this year and that has been an extremely useful resource for our staff. We have felt an even more personal connection to Case IQ and have been able to expand our knowledge of the platform with Javi's help. She and the rest of the Case IQ team are super responsive to our requests and that has been a huge positive to our working relationship with Case IQ in this past year. She has helped us troublehsoot some small inefficiencies to increase productivity within the system as well. I cannot imagine how our department would operate without Case IQ at this point.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

One downside to CaseIQ is that it can take a bit of trial and error to figure out all of the possibilities with editing the form. That is not as much my strongsuit, but I can get a little overwhelmed when I look in the settings of our form to make any adjustments. It is wonderful that there are so many options, but it can be overwhelming which is why our team appreciates the help from Javi. She is really great at listening to our concerns and walking us through the settings on our form so that we can complete the adjustments on our end in the future as well.

We do find the Yellowfin reporting to be a bit hard to understand and manage. Our staff has had some sessions with Phuong Landry who has been extremely helpful in walking us through some of the capabilities within Yellowfin. That is one area that we have struggled to take full advantage of and is not as intuitive as the rest of the system, so we will be looking for more guidance on that in 2025.

Lastly, we have had issues with the search bar at the top of the page not returning the correct cases, or even relevant cases at some points. We usually search by the last 4 digits of a case file number, for example for case 2024-0989, we would search "0989", but occasionally that will populate results that have nothing to do with that case, and sometimes don't even have any of the same digits in common.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case IQ has allowed us to be much more efficient in tracking cases. We have also seen that we have done much more diligence on reported concerns because it allows us to keep all of the details of each matter organized and displayed. We are able to see more facts of each case without digging through the details, so we can see what options we have exhausted and are more alerted to potential inconsistencies in our process. We can also easily connect cases that have related allegations, organizations, respondents, etc. to keep track of repeat offenders or trends within certain areas.

Case IQ solves our issues inherent in case management with a high case load. This year alone, we have had over 1000 cases created within our department which would be relatively impossible to manage without Case IQ. It allows us to stay much more organized on cases and do the required due diligence by enabling us to see all of the available options and previous actions within the case. As mentioned, without Case IQ, we would likely be using the box folders method. There would be no ability to easily track cases, see how many are open at once, give reminders or add informal notes, etc. I genuinely do not know how our department woud be capable of managing our caseload without Case IQ. I am sure there are plenty of additional features that we aren't yet taking advantage of, but at present it gives us exponentially more capabilities. We stay more organized and do more diligence, which allows us to avoid any mistakes that give risk of legal action, and allows us to properly carry out cases from intake to closure and fulfill our duties.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> We are delighted to hear about the positive impact Case IQ has had on your department's case organization and productivity. Your feedback about the capabilities of the platform and the support from our Customer Success Manager, Javiera, is greatly appreciated. We understand your concerns about the complexity of editing forms and using Yellowfin reporting, and we will work on providing additional resources and assistance to improve the user experience. We apologize for the issues with the search bar and will investigate this to ensure a more reliable functionality. Thank you for sharing how Case IQ has benefited your team in efficiently tracking and managing cases. We are dedicated to continuously enhancing our platform to meet your needs and provide a seamless experience.

 ### 45. Safeguarding Manager Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

I love CaseIQ, my favorite part of CaseIQ is how many features there are to play around with. You can truly customize the platform for your specific needs and their support team is extremely helpful in helping you achieve what you need to get out of the system.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

I don't have a lot of downsides to be honest. I would say my only downside is sometimes the search functinality is not perfect. I will search a case number, like 0588, and it will bring up a random case or a phone number with 588 in it first instead of the case #.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep everything in our case in one place, we have every type of case we get in there with different measures set for each one. I can easily see where the case is at a glance and I like that you can keep all your files, notes, etc. in one place. I also like that I can share/manage my team so they can only see specific cases.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that CaseIQ is helping you keep everything in one place and manage your team effectively. We'll take note of your comment about the search functionality and work on improving it.

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

There is a spot for everything, and everything has a spot.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

The layout is too compartmentalized. It doesn't flow easily.

Case IQ manages all of our employee relations and HR cases, along with our anonymous hotline concerns report for our organization.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Thanks for your feedback. We're happy to hear you find Case IQ organized and structured and it’s great to know everything has its place. The improvements with the user interface are a big help.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

We have logged our requests for improvement functionality with the support team.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is logging and organizing sensitive matters in a way that helps us to complete investigations and track key information in one common location. The ability to generate reports based on the data is essential as well.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> We’re happy the updated interface is making your experience better! Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to improve Case IQ, making it easier to manage investigations, track key information, and generate important reports.

 ### 49. Great software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

Case IQ is easy to use and understand by all of our staff. The migration from the old i-Sight to the new Case IQ was great, and we all love the funcationality of the new software. The customer support team are all amazing from the migration team to all the other reps.
We use Case IQ to keep track of Cases that go through Police Agencies in Alberta. The software lets us enter detailed cases, then run reports to populate different statistics and other pertinent information. the software daily with no issues at all.
Highly recommend anyone looking for a great software to consider Case IQ.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

There are no downsides to Case IQ.......

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's keeping track of all the cases that we have, keeping track of all the costs, assets, parties, etc. Before Case IQ we used Access to keep track of cases which did not work for us.
Using Case IQ is much more efficient and gets us the correct data.

**Official Response from Peter van Hezewyk:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Case IQ has been easy to use and understand for your staff, and that the migration process went smoothly. We're also glad to hear that you find the functionality of the software helpful for tracking cases and generating reports. Thank you for recommending Case IQ!

 ### 50. Case IQ is a powerful, robust tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff R. | Manager - Business Analysts, Ethics, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Case IQ?**

Case IQ is a robust software solution. The tool allows us to quickly get insight into our compliance activities and ensure that our case resolutions are equitable and fair. Our ability to configure the tool and build powerful, automated reports is incredibly helpful to both decision-makers and daily users.

**What do you dislike about Case IQ?**

The one difficulty we face is user adoption and learning curve. But in our case, this is a function of our own customization requests. The tool allows such powerful customizations that it enabled us to race ahead, on our configuration timetable, well past our training and user implementation timetable. We are now working to identify what customizations are value-adding and what customizations should be rolled back, at least temporarily.

**What problems is Case IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case IQ helps us document and manage the high volume of risks we encounter from the behavior of our direct sales associates. We use the tool to manage workflow and ensure consistency between enforcement decisions.

**Official Response from Duong Tran:**

> Hi Jeff, we're thrilled to hear that Case IQ is providing you with powerful insights and helping to ensure equitable case resolutions. We're also glad to hear you're taking full advantage of Case IQ's configurability- it can grow with you and your organization as your needs change over time.
