What do you like best about Logikcull?

I love that it gives us the ability to search through millions of documents to find documents that are responsive and makes document review so easy. "User Friendly!"

What do you like best about Logikcull?

I like how user friendly it is. When I first started working in Logikcull I had a hard deadline and didn't have time for training. I was able to teach myself how to use it rather easily, which says a lot about the platform, given that I grew up in an era before the internet and cell phones and admittedly struggle with tech every now and then. I've learned many new tools it offers in the past three years and I'm able to upload, review, and produce anything from it in various different ways. What do you dislike about Logikcull?

Sometimes when I process spreadsheets in Excel it processes the blank pages at the end, resulting in hundreds of additional, blank pages produced. Although this admittedly could be user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?

Logikcull easily ingests any type of data I need to review, makes the review process straightforward, and I can easily produce the documents electronically in a multitude of different ways. I produce documents in around 500 cases per year and use the platform daily and have not had issues in the several years I've been working with it. The platform is intuitive, modern, and easy to use. New users need only minimal training to get started, and there is 24/7 customer support available through a chat window. For internal organization users, SSO and MFA are provided to ensure secure authentication to the portal. Additionally, outside counsel can be assigned to projects as needed. What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?

Logikcull has made our project reviews readily accessible to both our internal attorneys and outside counsel, which encourages effective collaboration between these groups on a user-friendly platform. The interface is intuitive, so only minimal training is needed before users feel comfortable navigating the projects. We rely on our internal tools to filter large volumes of data before uploading the relevant materials to Logikcull, and choosing Logikcull as our main review platform for our cases has turned out to be an excellent decision. What do you like best about Logikcull?

Logikcull has been an ideal solution for managing sensitive information securely. It gives me the flexibility to review and organize documents in a way that fits my workflow, with intuitive tools like custom labeling tags for flagging key items. The ability to compile polished final deliverables—such as a single PDF containing 100 documents instead of sending 100 separate files—has significantly improved the experience for our clients. What do you dislike about Logikcull?

One limitation I’ve encountered with Logikcull is the lack of Bates numbering when exporting a production as a single PDF. When delivering a large document—say, 2,500 pages—it becomes difficult for clients to reference specific pages, as there are no stamped identifiers like “page 1234” to guide the conversation outside the platform. Adding an option to generate a single PDF with Bates numbers would greatly enhance usability and communication. What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Logikcull primarily to manage and deliver Public Records Requests governed by Chapter 239 of the Nevada Revised Statutes. These requests often involve sensitive information protected by various laws, requiring careful legal review to ensure compliance and confidentiality. Logikcull streamlines this process by allowing an initial review to be conducted by one team member, followed by attorney oversight, and ultimately delivery to the requestor and any relevant stakeholders.

The platform has significantly improved how we share records through online channels. One standout feature is the ability to compile documents into a single PDF, which has been a game changer—it simplifies access for customers and avoids the impression that we’re making records difficult to obtain. Logikcull is a powerful and highly efficient platform that excels at handling large, complex document reivew projects, by first deduping voluminous email communications, then providing the opportunity to search and tag emails and documents in order to either withhold privileged/confidential communications, or produce responsive, non-privileged emails. I really don't see any downsides to Logikcull, as even when I was working over a weekend and needed help, I put in a ticket to get the help from a Logikcull representative for the following Monday. What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems that Logikcull solves, is that right off the bat it dedupes literally thousands of emails and documents before you even begin your review. This saves hours of time that it would take to review emails and documents, because Logikcull removes all the duplicates. Also, the searching capability that Logikcull has, where you can customize your searches by adding various levels of exactly what you want to search for, which uploads and/or tagged documents you do or don't want to look through, which allows you to ultimately end up with your desired result. What do you like best about Logikcull?

Logikcull is a very user friendly platform with many useful features -- from running productions, my various document review needs, importing and exporting, tagging, and everything else in between. I started using Logikcull with no training and got the hang of it very quick, and would say the same for everyone at my firm. The quick customer service response time makes that especially easy. I use it all the time for large matters and small. I also like the ability to share with outside parties for free because our clients need to upload things sometimes. The redactions feature isn't very user friendly, I'd like to see more AI integration, and sometimes opening/closing matters is difficult and stressful because it's hard to see how many matters we have active in our plan if you aren't the account administrator. What do you dislike about Logikcull?

There are some built-in limitations; for example, not all fields are available to display in the grid or in the Viewer. Fancy bells and whistles available in more expensive platforms are not available, e.g. analytics, entity recognition, and others. What problems is Logikcull solving and how is that benefiting you?

I host and manage documents for lawyer-clients. They appreciate the ease of use, the filter panels, and the ability to quickly and easily add fields and tags. I like the Upload feature -- naming and tracking each upload / dataset. On smaller matters, I don't need to use or offer (to my clients) the more advanced features available in tools like Relativity; Logikcull gives me all the admin and reporting features I need.
