"BounceX has an incredibly powerful platform partnered with unmatched customer service."

What do you like best?

Their team. I was tasked with improving web performance as a whole – working across multiple departments with an array of stakeholders, all with specific goals in mind. Sarah, my consultant at BounceX, has done a marvelous job helping me navigate these waters. We are able to collaborate and thinking both creatively and analytically to develop experiences that have proven extremely successful. BounceX, as a tool, has allowed us to bring all of those ideas to life – with minimal development on my side. Any digital marketer knows how valuable this is.

What do you dislike?

Reporting has been a challenge, however our company structure is unique. The Business Journals is comprised of 43 Brands, all with unique products and guidelines. BounceX had their work cut out for them and has done a great job working with us to develop the best possible reporting.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Revenue and ROI. They are worth it.

"Enormous value add for enhancing on site experiences, lead generation, and site remarketing tactics"

What do you like best?

We've seen the biggest benefits from leveraging BounceX's identity cloud and email platform to greatly enhance the performance of our abandoned cart and browse remarketing emails. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get these up and running in time for our second biggest holiday.

What do you dislike?

No major downsides so far, the only thing I would call out is that we don't have visibility into the site behaviors BounceX is using to surface the personalized emails they are running for us. It would be great to have insight into those types of behaviors to carry throughout the remainder of our lifecycle marketing programs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

For organizations with limited resources to build dynamic abandoned cart/browse emails in house, I would recommend this solution that we were able to get in market quickly and has had a positive ROI

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Increasing our database list size with lead collection, improvement of on site experiences to increase conversion, and increase site remarketing email revenue. So far we have seen benefits in each area, but the biggest benefit has come from leveraging their platform to increase our site remarketing email revenue.

"Phenomenal Service and Company"

What do you like best?

The innovative tech that enables us to increase our marketing ROI. The willingness of the team to help out as if they are part of our company.

What do you dislike?

Haven't encountered problems in the 4 years I've been working with them.

Give them a try! You wont regret it

Increasing conversion rate. Increasing AOV. We are better able to nurture our clients and are more effective at getting them to purchase as we are personalizing their experience.

"Strategic Thinkers+ Cutting Edge Monetization Tactics + Responsive Client Teams = Must Have Partner"

What do you like best?

I had worked with BX for many year in last company. They were consistently one of the most cutting edge thinkers when it came to understanding how to monetize site traffic, leverage remarketing tactics to nudge a user toward an incremental action. As a digital first tech company, it was fantastic to have an platform like BX that could help us understand how to optimize our traffic and drive incremental profitable revenue growth. Not only are they able to provide strategies and tactics that have proven revenue impact, the client success team’s are also very involved in the day to day, bringing together different knowledge spheres to help their clients get industry leading best practices.

What do you dislike?

I generally don’t have any major dislikes. I would like to have more of an ongoing preview of Alpha and Beta Products that are in the pipeline way ahead of its rollout so I can see if that is appropriate for my business; similar fashion to how Google and Facebook leverage Alphas/Betas to whet the appetite of more mature businesses

Recommendations to others considering the product

The BX Platform is not for everyone; its best suited for companies who have a focus on understanding and monetizing their customer base and have product/tech teams that can’t move as fast or have different priorities. I recommend working with the BX Client Team to help sell in the platform to internal stakeholders as their data and strategies are very compelling and immediate.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For my business, it was to understand who my visitors were, and be able to drive incremental revenue of the abandoners in a way that wasn’t intrusive but also provided a relevant offer/communication. Because of BX, my team was able to focus on other internal projects that needed more attention and leverage their platforms to move our business faster and quicker.

"Great product and amazing customer service"

What do you like best?

BounceX has some cutting edge technology to really optimize the site conversion and email capture which both drive incremental revenue on the ecom site. Plus our account team is very attentive to all our questions and they are always recommending new campaigns to test.

What do you dislike?

Hard to come up with something...Only thing I can think of is cost.

It's worth the cost and they do most of the work for you (full service).

We've seen significant increases in our conversion rate and email capture rate which have driven incremental revenue growth on our sites.

"Impressively effective and scalable conversion driver"

What do you like best?

Pre-built conversion driving campaigns with cross-industry testing experience that were rapidly put in place drove our sales. Regular bi-weekly reviews of performance to ensure that we are getting the best out of the platform. Customized to fit the design of our website. Email program that is part of platform generates highly-targeted reach of potential customers.

What do you dislike?

Has a great ROI for us, but the solution was not cheap.

Well worth it to multimillion dollar ecommerce sites.

"Easy to work with and great results"

What do you like best?

The team at BounceX is so easy to work with. They do a great job of getting to know our brand so that the customer has a seamless experience. We set aggressive targets and they have exceeded them all.

What do you dislike?

We love everything about working with BounceX.

We have been able to test experiences with our customers that our internal team did not have the resources to administer. While this has allowed us to implement a fantastic customer follow up campaign, the unexpected bonus has been getting many additional learnings from the tests we have been able to run. Working with BounceX has enhanced our customer experience throughout our entire site.

"Effective, reliable, trustworthy "

What do you like best?

Bounce Exchange is thorough with each project – quick to adjust and adapt to our team's ever-changing needs, responds to our requests in a timely manner, and takes initiative to come up with campaign strategies that increase both our revenue and mailing list.

What do you dislike?

Numerous campaigns have been discount-focused - gaining customers by giving them coupons. As our brand moves towards a more education/content-driven company, we hope that Bounce Exchange can execute campaigns that are customized for our specific, target audience and overall vision.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

BounceX effectively drives high intent users to complete purchases - those who otherwise we would have lost - and greatly builds our mailable base with dynamic on-site email capture forms.

"it was overrall great."

What do you like best?

Bounce X is amazing. Had an awesome time at the Billion Dollar Shift From TV to Digital event this week. Really cool office space on the 21st floor of the NY Times building, and they know how to entertain guests. Will definitely be trying to attend another event soon

What do you dislike?

i love everything there. no complaints here.

BounceX is a really special company. They do a really great job with eCommerce companies that get a lot of web traffic every month. Not to mention the office space is hip and filled with smart, friendly folks.

"Great tool, but for medium to large size companies "

What do you like best?

Powerful tool loaded with great features to optimize the user experience to increase conversion rate and user engagement.

What do you dislike?

Only enterprise level companies can use the tool as it costs a lot to use a tool like this. On average, you are expected to spend around $10k per month.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Site experience bottle necks. The tool is very flexible and does so much depending on your industry and your site’s audience and customer base.
