Customization is what I find the best feature of all the great features of wnkerkind that it has to offer. We can customize all the templates as if it you want to suit for a particular business use case. You can right away launch the campaigns without any hustle/ Their prcining is also very economical. All the organizations including the small businesses, small cap, mid cap and large cap enterprises can launch this in their environment. It just easily can be added to any ERP system or can be seam lessly plugged in to any solution. **What do you dislike about Wunderkind?** SMS marketing with wunderkind I have eitnessed a lot of situations which are not really easy for to handle and various challenges have occurred and I don't think there have been a lot of improvements in this from under king them selves. Wunder kind has great solution features overall but I still see there is a lot of room for improvement if we speak about identity resolution. A lot of demographic filters and numerous changes can be done with demographic filters. The filters based on demography could be added in many new features specifically targeting for based solely on demography. Currently the demographic features we still directly can target but it doesn't help form a effective business digital marketing strategy. **Recommendations to others considering Wunderkind:** defintely recommend wunderkind to all the organizations in this digital age where digital marketing is extremely essential either if its B2B space or B2C space or a C2C space **What problems is Wunderkind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our entire marketing team has been using wunder kind for all kind business digital marketing campaigns. We also use wunderkind for all the digital marketing strategies we create for the quarter and annually, both are very conveniently managed on wunderkind. Witht the help pf wunderkind e have done a lot of personalization that suit our brand strategies and definitely align with our brand identity. We use wunderkind for email marketing, SMS marketing, supply chain marketing which we find wunderkind's supply side platform is a very interesting and easy to operate tool. Identity resolution is another best thing about wunderkind within our organization and it is used frequently by our team. The email marketing campaign setting or configuration has various heterogenous pre build feature that don't need to be customized a lot and can be generic so hence these filters certainly help save the time of our marketing team further enhancing their productivity so they can focus on bringing in the business. We can also retarget the audience to whom we have sent email campaigns to int the past and that is also a really effective point I would like to add which help focus on our loyal and renowned clientele and help focus on getting only to the new interested leads buy this methodology. They are very responsive and nimble, and truly have my company's interests at heart. They once found a big bug for us much quicker than our team realized it! Using BounceX has allowed us to take pressure off our email team and let them focus on strategic work rather than tiny changes in flows. As a startup, our marketing strategy is changing constantly, and we would love to be able to run more simultaneous tests with BounceX, or be able to get a read on test results faster. Any issues we've encountered have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. They don't really have any internal data reports built into the dashboard, but of course you should be able to get that from your ESP. **Recommendations to others considering Wunderkind:** If you're an online retailer and you're ready to get serious about marketing automation, SmarterHQ is a great solution! They were easy to implement as they worked directly with our ESP to get integrated and worked out the technical side of setting up. You do have to provide a feed of your customers and products so some technical work on your side is required too. They also have a nice set of mobile responsive email templates that can easily be changed into your branding and creative.
