I like that it is easy to use, and very accessable. I can access Axiscare from any computer, phone, or tablet I have when I am not in the office. Which is great because I work from home sometimes. The chat line when I come across any issues is very thorough and fast.

Nothing, it is top tier. At times it can be a little slow but that may just be my internet.

It helps me stay in touch with my employees when they are out in the field. The chat setting is a great bonus when at times they are unable to talk on the phone.

The scheduling features are very nice. The mobile app is reliable. I appreciate the reports that I can generate.

There are usually a few hiccups with data transfer to our state's mandated EVV system, but AxisCare is pretty responsive in fixing these.

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

Very easy to use and understand.  It is also asthetically pleasing.  I like being able to view an entire month of scheduling.  I also enjoy that I can go back and correct visits if ADLs have been missed or care notes left out.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

I have not experienced many downsides to Axis care.  One thing that is bothersome to me is that it seems to be flawed when tracking overages of time delivered to clients.  The "red flag" system is not always correct.  Also, there is a struggle using in rural areas when caregivres try to clock in.

It is helping us in scheduling and tracking care delivered by our caregivers to the clients in their homes.

Seems like really well built software. Easy to get data out. mobile app is very intuitive for CG. implementing and training is pretty simple. just really good, modern, SaaS.

Not much. at first, we thought the reporting funcitonality was a bit limited, but we also had very extreme needs. but, ultimately we got a firehouse of all our data, and leverage powerbi very effectively. they are wonderful to work with as well.

AxisCare is the core of our whole business...our business doesn't work without it!

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

The best part or the best partS? Loads of customizing options, tons of features, and great US based customer support. Really, it all comes back to their customer support. I use AxisCare everyday, literaly, and when I have a question I simply call them up and they answer every time. If I ever need to alter a setting, their customer support walks me through it and educates me on additional options. If I'm curious about analizing certain data, customer support shows me features available to pull that exact data. Needless to say, I feel secure with the AxisCare software and the AxisCare team.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

This one's hard because AxisCare pretty much covers all the bases. However, I would like to have a Client App to offer our clients. The current app is accessable to admins and caregivers only. Clients can access their profile online. I will say though, AxisCare does a great job of keeping up with changes so I am sure it will have a Client App in the near future.

Communication, Data, HIPAA Compliant. It's more than a scheduling platform, I can communicate with employees and share client information, I can analyze the progess of my agency, I can invoice and record payroll hours, and the best part is it's all HIPAA compliant.

I love that we are able to do mostly everything within the app clock in/out and create or delete schedules and well as know if a worker has or has not worked

I would like a way to see the applicant list disappear after they start working as the list gets long as none get deleted nor can be if they are active

The program is very caregiver user friendly.  The ease of documenting is very simple and a space is provided for any extra notes that is needed.  Scheduling is also a simple process and making changes is effortless.

I wished the program had a better accounting/billing package where having to use Quickbooks would not be needed.  All billing, payment posting, and accounting transactions and reports in one system would make it a more rounded program.

Sometimes the customer support will leave you hanging when they cannot answer on the phone and then do not follow up again.

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

Axiscare has been a valuable tool. It has the flexibility to scale along with my business growth and provides the KPIs needed to maintain consistent expansion within my business. I am very happy and pleased with this company and the customer service reps who are always willing to help with any questions or needs that I may have.  The system is also easy to use and implement. I have used this software in my business for many years. It is a frequent and daily use system. It was also easy to integrate into my old system.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

There are always so many updates on the backend. Now, this has its pluses, but one of the problems with this is the problems that occur with the users of the system.  For example, mobile systems are not working. Are these changes being tested enough? I also find that there are missing items that I have called in about that should have been converted into the system. Please check the complaints or concerns I have submitted over the past few years. There haven't been many, but all of them were essential questions or concerns for me.

I love accessible customer servise/technicians are to us when we need help. I also love the training seminars and constant updates made to the system to improve the end users experience. Everything about axiscare is A++.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

My only complaint is that when we want to apply a bonus pay to a caregivers shift, these is not an area dedicated to do this. I do hope that eventually this is something they can build into the software for us.

It handles everything from caregiver to client management. It's wonderful.

AxisCare has so many features that make scheduling and managing home care a breeze! The mobile app for employees is so user friendly, and I love how easy communicating is through the system. I really couldn't be happier!

There are a few features I wish were available, but AxisCare is quick to send those ideas to their research and development team.

The system our state chose for EVV was cumbersome and not user friendly. AxisCare bridges the gap between us and that system and makes it easy for us to maintain state and federal requirements without the hassle of using the other system.

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

I have been on both sides of using this website/App as a caregiver and Administrator. I was able to teach myself a lot of the different headers things go under such as scheduling, documemt uploads, and looking at the individual care notes from each caregiver for each client. Now on the flipside of that, starting out as a caregiver and being able to do everything from your phone, such as clocking in, getting GPS directions to homes and writing carenotes and ADL's from your phone was so EASY!

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

The only downside I have with Axiscare is that if I am required to do administrative work my phone, all my caregivers do not load if I pull up my caregiver list. It stops at a certain point in the alphabet. So I have to manually do a search for my caregiver. Second thing is, when clocking people in/out and the window is open to the side to either put in times or caregivers, it will not let me see the whole screen. I'm not sure if it's my phone or if its Axiscare.

Axiscare let's me see how many hours each individuld has worked. I can look up clients telephone numbers and addresses from my fingertips instead of using the filing system method.

I like the system is live no matter what office I am working in. I appreciate the ability to track the certification of employees, see active schedules, the knowledge of changes in billable hours.

AxisCare does not have an internal solution for community care management.  I have been asking for this since 2019 and have seen other vendors develop this space before them.

Time and attendance, care management, claims, billing, collections, payroll reporting (not processing)  all under one software.  There are many time saving efficiencies built into the software.

I like that Axis care has been able to customize a few reports specific for our business needs. It's made things so much easier on our end to navigate and allow the process of invoicing and payroll to be a lot faster and more accurate.

When axis care makes an update to a report, they make the "old" reports inactive. Sometimes the old reports work better than the updated one. Because of this, if you use the old report instead, it is no longer supported and causes glitches.

Its a simple app to use. It has a the clients phone number and address as well as maps to get directions to the clients home. The task are easy to check off and add a reivew of what you and your clients day was.

The downside is its an app and there will be issues here and there. We've had issues with site crashing which makes it hard for the caregivers to know where and what they are supposed to do.

The customer support with AxisCare is incredibly responsive and helpful. I love that we can change client schedules for the life of the job. I love the Open Visits feature but wish we could create Open Visits for Leads and have more Client information showing for the caregiver.

I wish we could recommend a caregiver for a lead. This way, we know which caregivers are available for potential clients or if we must decline to care for them. A couple of improvements could be made with the chat and open shift features.  There's no place to chat amongst the administration team.  The open shift feature did not work for me.

They continue to make innovative changes. Since I started, they have added payment processing and payroll. Both have made my life so much easier! The tech support is very responsive and quick to respond. Always very helpful! They continue to gather feedback from agencies and develop new features almost quarterly! They easily meet around 70-80% of my technology software needs!

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

The CRM (lead and referral partner management) is minimal. Would love AxisCare to continue to develop its offerings and become that on stop ERP system for all of my agency management needs!

**What problems is AxisCare Home Care Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using them as my agencies primary operations software to track, schedule, communicate, EVV, etc was great. Now that they are processing billing and payroll they have saved me time by putting an end to duplicating tasks!

It is very well organized and easy to use. Its helpful in many ways and helps us keep up with everything. It has many ways to help you out when you know something is not right.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

It just needs a little bit more of a guidance if we don't know how to use one thing. Maybe it can help us have some tutorials we can use to look back at and correct our mistakes.

**What problems is AxisCare Home Care Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any overappling visits you have it shows you that it is overlapping with another clients visit. It is benefiting me because I won't make a mistake once I see that.
