Secondly, I dislike the charging system which charges a monthly fee for every "active" customer. This means if a customer decides to trial the service for one or two hours in a month, trading with them is guaranteed to lose you money. I would like a feature that would allow me to increase font size. 2) I'm not able to edit payroll within their system so I have to do it outside of their site before submitting to my payroll company. Their Invoice platform allows editing.
