What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I really appreciate how AxisCare Home Care Software integrates seamlessly with maps, providing our caregivers with precise and effective directions to reach our clients. This feature ensures that our employees can find their locations quickly and consistently arrive on time. The timekeeping functionality is particularly commendable, as it is both reliable and precise, making payroll management remarkably straightforward and resolving many pay discrepancy issues we previously encountered. The initial setup of the software was also very easy, and the customer service has been nothing short of amazing, further enhancing the overall experience of using AxisCare. What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I didn't like that AxisCare Home Care Software didn't integrate well with other programs. This lack of integration creates additional challenges when trying to streamline our operations with other essential tools. Additionally, I found limitations in how the software allowed us to collect information about clients and caregivers, which could hinder effectively maintaining comprehensive records. What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I genuinely appreciate the hands-on approach and the friendly, local team in Texas. The functionality and features impress me, and the pricing is great. Their customer service is excellent, with dedicated support that resolves issues quickly. The smooth onboarding process, with regular meetings and data migration, made setup easy. I find the AxisCare platform robust, reliable, and user-friendly, improving scheduling and caregiver app experiences. Financial data access is streamlined, and the integration with other systems works seamlessly. The VA billing process saves me time. Overall, AxisCare provides great value for the price. What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I would like the user interface to be slightly prettier, although it's not a significant concern. The main issue that comes to mind is the handling of visits that overlap multiple calendar days. Currently, these visits only show up on one of the days, and I would prefer if they were visible on both days, perhaps in a separate area of a shift calendar. What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

What I personally like best is that it helps me do my job accordingly and efficiently this program makes it to where we control the settings. Our employees are. able to clock in and out they are able to have access to view their schedules. Axis care. Keeps track of the hours and alert us when we have made a mistake and double scheduled an employee they also have room for detailed notes which we can go back and view at a later date. I also really enjoy notifying us when a new employee has showed up and clocked in without this program. My job would be a lot harder than it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

So the one thing that I would change about this program is that when we have a cancellation and we put it in the system it still shows on the employees schedule as an active visit. In the past we.have had several employees show up who have been canceled due to this feature. What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

We've had an excellent experience with AxisCare, and I can't recommend their software enough. From the very beginning, their team has been incredibly efficient and supportive, making the onboarding process smooth and stress-free.

What really stands out about AxisCare is how tech-savvy and user-friendly the platform is. It’s clear that the system was built with both agencies and caregivers in mind. The intuitive interface has made it easy for our team to manage scheduling, billing, documentation, and communication all in one place—saving us a tremendous amount of time and effort.

It is all very self explanatory and detailed and I love the caregiver applicaton tab, the call log tab is awesome absolutley love it where you can always go back and look and check the calls. It’s actually one of the few systems in this space that doesn’t lock you out as a developer. The API and webhook support are huge—lets us build and automate without feeling boxed in.
