**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

I love how easy it is to import all of the information into AxisCare Home Care Software. The fill-in-the-blank method for client and caregiver information is really helpful, and I appreciate the easy access tabs within each person's profile to add onboarding information. The software allows us to keep all of our client and caregiver information in one spot, which is easily accessible on our phones or computers. I use this software the most out of our team, and I honestly enjoy it as a whole. Additionally, the initial setup was so easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

I'm not sure if this is an available feature or if I just haven't found it yet, but we take on a lot of couples cases. I'd love for there to be a couples option so we can have all of their information in one space.

**What problems is AxisCare Home Care Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it makes keeping track of clients and caregivers easy with all information in one spot. It simplifies importing data with a fill-in-the-blank method, and lets us access details on phones or computers efficiently. The background checks and scheduling features are also helpful.

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

I like using AxisCare Home Care Software for its color-coordinated schedule layout, which helps me differentiate between open, verified, block, and in-progress shifts. It also simplifies the challenge of scheduling over 85 caregivers and more than 50 clients simultaneously. This system just makes managing tasks much easier.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

I don't think I'm really having any issues with AxisCare Home Care Software at this point. Sometimes when messing with the new AI feature it says to reload the page. I'd like to see the dashboard that I saw in the AI webinar. I'd also like to be able to test sending shifts to an app demo so we know what our caregivers are receiving.

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

I love the fact that Axis Care is user friendly to anyone who maybe starting off in the scheduling world. The customer service is always at my finger tips for anything that i may have questions about. The ease of the site makes things so easy to implement. I frequently use axis care all the time! The number of features that Axis Care has is wonderful. I love changing the colors to best fit my personality. It definitely has great integration of use.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

One thing i would like to see is that shifts being removed from the caregiver's side. You can see the shifts removed from the clients side. But not on the caregiver side of the calendar.

It is solving the ease of alerts being notified and shifts being scheduled in a timely manner. it is also helping clients know when and who is coming.

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

They have added features such as picture uploading so that pictures never save to the caregivers' phone, incident tracking, hospitalization tracking, fall tracking, etc. They have also added AxisCare intelligence that helps to identify unusual occurrences in the notes.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

This continues to be the same, but the other improvements outweigh it.

AxisCare is helping us be more efficient by giving our caregivers easy access to the client's information. We are also able to make sure that the caregivers are at the home prior to clocking in and out and documentation is available as soon as they complete it. We no longer have to have the caregivers come in to turn in paperwork.

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

I really like AxisCare Home Care Software for its excellent customer service. Whenever we run into issues, their team is quick to respond, answer our questions, and help us work through any problems. They're innovative and consistently assist us with any processes we need to address. Additionally, the ease of setup was a highlight for us, making the transition smooth. Sam Hamilton, our integrator, did an awesome job helping us understand how to set up the software and utilize its customizations to our advantage.

I'm currently working on QuickBooks integration and making sure that as an enterprise customer, our locations are being correctly inputted into QuickBooks line items or subaccounts. But again, we're working through that.

AxisCare Home Care Software helps us schedule, bill, and pay individuals all in one system. It also ensures the right caregivers are in the correct homes and keeps all referral sources and payroll information in one place, enhancing accuracy.

I like that clients can pay online in partnership with AxisCare.  It's also great that anyone can pick up n the basic scheduling functions with relative ease. 
We are moving closer to having good business intelligence while there is progress to be made.

AxisCare has a lot of things integrated, We are able to keep All information for clients and caregivers in one place.  There are sections that are customizable to suit the company's needs.  It is easy to use and they have a library of training videos as well as webinars!

I do wish we could add level of care to the clients profile somewhere.

It is a great program to use and after playing around with it for a short period of time it is easy to figure out. There is always help available if needed and they are constantly making improvements.

I realized that I can get a notification sent to me when a caregiver does not punch in or out which has helped us keep track of who is late or if there is a no-call no-show.

I like how AxisCare Home Care Software is very granular, allowing us to really dial in our care and needs. The initial setup was great, making it easy to get started with the software.

I don't like the payroll feature, as it struggles with connecting the services and payroll codes to exports for other payroll providers like Paychex Flex. When we create a service, it asks about the payroll code, but it doesn't connect properly for payroll import.

Upon using this software within minute I could tell I really enjoy the distance feature- coming from another agency where I didnt use it, for me it was quite the surprise.

I have noticed some glitches when I create an ongoing schedule or delete certain visits despite specifically putting a end date.

Lack of basic features and more of a focus on higher end features. For example- it doesn’t have the ability to block aides bi weekly (if they work every other weekend) but has the ability to schedule them bi weekly

The user interface is simple and easy to use regardless of a person's age, and tech support is quick and reliable in helping solve any issues. 
Customizable features are a HUGE bonus as well!

I wish there were a better or faster process to log into the application, for example, the option to set a pin code or fingerprint recognition to make for faster.

AxisCare allows me to schedule freely and set visits up for our clients. I can also color coordinate or customize my setting to ensure things are kept separate.

What I personally like best is that it helps me do my job accordingly and efficiently this program makes it to where we control the settings. Our employees are. able to clock in and out they are able to have access to view their schedules. Axis care. Keeps track of the hours and alert us when we have made a mistake  and double scheduled an employee they also have room for detailed notes which we can go back and view at a later date. I also really enjoy notifying us when a new employee has showed up and clocked in without this program. My job would be a lot harder than it is.

So the one thing that I would change about this program is that when we have a cancellation and we put it in the system it still shows on the employees schedule as an active visit. In the past we.have had several employees show up who have been canceled due to this feature. It would be very helpful if it would show as a canceled visit to the employee who isscheduled and not just for HR.

The downside to AxisCare really lies in my own lack of experience. I know there are several reports, training sessions, etc. but I have not accessed them yet. This is something I plan to do, so that I can see the full scope of what it has to offer.

You cannot place a phone number in the search bar and have the app search all clients/caregivers. When a caregivers calls off, the call off does not show on the caregivers profile, it only shows under the clients calendar.

The most helpful feature of Axiscare is the ability to contact them through their 1-800 number. They are always readily available to assist with any technical issues that may arise. Additionally, the site offers a range of customizable options that make the user experience seamless and efficient.

Sometimes, the features don't work as advertised, which can be frustrating. It often takes a long time to identify what’s causing the feature to be non-functional or unresponsive in real time.

It helps to organize all the clients and caregivers in one site, as coordinator I am able to view each of our franchisee's sites, to evaluate if they are running their businesses processes as directed by the National Team.

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

Creating set schedules is a breeze, along with the capability to physically print monthy calendar style schedules for our less tech-savvy clients. We are also able to do all on-boarding documentation right from in the system meaning less paper tracking. We use this daily to track communications along with caregiver and client documentation.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

Not being able to delete an applicant account after it has been created is kind of frustrating. Although their tech support is fairly responsive I would like to see an after-hours/holidy tech support line.

Keeping shifts tracked and scheduled along with tracking all caregiver and client documentation is much easier with this system.

**What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

AxisCare makes it so easy to schedule Home Care visits! With the "Live View" feature you can see in real time where all of your caregivers are. It also shows shifts that have not been clocked in/out. AxisCare organizes your Clients and Caregivers and even shows "recommended" caregivers for clients based on their location! AxisCare is amazing and saves us so much time!

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

The only thing I dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software is that we do not have the ability to delete old ADLs from the master ADL list.

AxisCare Home Care Software is helping us to create complete and accurate care plans for our Clients. They are easy for our Caregivers to understand.

We are a home care company that serves the elderly and the disabled.  Our caregivers work remotely from our office.  Axiscare is an all around best scheduling and time keeping software that has helped us keep our caregiver's timekeeping and documentation in one place.  I love their mobile app for Admin.  It has evolved to help me edit and make necessary changes to any schedule with ease.  I love everything about Axiscare!

I have yet to find something that I do not love about this software.

I absolutely love the flexibility in reporting.

**What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?**

My nurses are paid per visit but we accrue benefits via time accrued in the home and in travel and I am unable to setup the payroll report to calculate both hours worked and pay per visit (fixed) separately.  We also need a way to capture the minutes that are not able to be billed until they accrue to a full 15 minutes.  Unable to capture pictures in secure way.

Creating clock-in/out locations. Billing batches prepared. Creating a payroll report. Reconciling Remittances. To do task tracking. Realtime notes. Integrations for screening and onboarding.  Mobile scheduling. Secure chats with field empoyees.
