The main issue that comes to mind is the handling of visits that overlap multiple calendar days. What I personally like best is that it helps me do my job accordingly and efficiently this program makes it to where we control the settings. Our employees are. able to clock in and out they are able to have access to view their schedules. Axis care. Keeps track of the hours and alert us when we have made a mistake and double scheduled an employee they also have room for detailed notes which we can go back and view at a later date. So the one thing that I would change about this program is that when we have a cancellation and we put it in the system it still shows on the employees schedule as an active visit. In the past we.have had several employees show up who have been canceled due to this feature. AxisCare has been the best software I have used in the medical field. I have used 2 others that are not "user-friendly" and definitely not as easy to navigate. I know there are several reports, training sessions, etc. but I have not accessed them yet. This is something I plan to do, so that I can see the full scope of what it has to offer. I rely on data provided through AxisCare to accurately bill our clients in an efficient manner.
