The user interface is simple and easy to use regardless of a person's age, and tech support is quick and reliable in helping solve any issues. Customizable features are a HUGE bonus as well! I wish there were a better or faster process to log into the application, for example, the option to set a pin code or fingerprint recognition to make for faster.
