What do you like best?

The tracking process for AppStack has been revolutionary for our recruitment/onboarding workflow. The ability to see who has applied previously and for all of the hiring managers who are pertinent to that specific job ad to be on the same page when it comes to each individual candidate has saved us so much time and confusion from the way we used to do it. We were actually able to eliminate one entire position because of how good it is with onboarding and move the person who was doing that into something she liked even better. I also love that we've been using this for years and I always get the same customer service rep any time I send in a question, and he gets back to me extremely promptly and has always had a good answer for me or had the issue fixed within a day if it was on their end (which it rarely is). What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

i love how you can do a complete start to finish hiring workflow all within the single application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

there's not a lot to dislike. pipe-dreams could include automatic calendar entries for follow-up reminders to my calendar, maybe? not a big deal, but maybe something that could be "improved upon". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Don't even look at other companies; ApplicantStack is by far the best! If some users will only use it to print off resumes, it works for that. if you have users that want a full suite to manage applications throughout the entire hiring process (which can be shared among all of your users involved in the process, even by each individual position) it works even better for that! it's perfect! so we start by posting a job. i then get notified of new applicants instantly via email. i review them, and send them questionairs to gain more info. i message them within the application for interview requests and such. i make notes that all other directors and hiring staff can see and review. it's amazing and keeps us SO organized! i love it!! no one was using extra features before me; just getting the applications and printing them out. once i showed them how to go through the full workflow, they loved it as well! What do you like best?

You can create as many online applications as you want and tailor make questions and unique context for each application. Multiple questionnaires can be saved or you can create all new ones. There is nothing I do not like about this system or company. If anything was ever wrong, their customer service is always willing to help by email or phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our applicant reach. Before we started with Applicant stack, we were an in house application based company. Our reach only spanned to those in our area or passersby. Now we have reached people all over LA county and beyond. The quality of applicants has also risen due to the online rating system for applicants. You are able to put a rating scale on certain questions so each application will come in and you will automatically know the quality of content in the application. What do you like best?

The best part about using ApplicantStack for applications is that you can review applications online and "work" them without having any paper, easily disburse them to appropriate managers and then move them to the onboarding program when hired and do all new hire paperwork - again, without paper! Simplifies the process and saves time all around! I also appreciate the fact that whether or not I'm in the office I can view and work the applications through our internal process allowing 24/7 capabilities. The AppStack staff is also very responsive to issues and requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are some small quirks in the onboarding program (which is still fairly new) when it comes to notifications and receiving too many emails when forms are signed (we have training classes of 3-7 people at a time) and due to the amount of paperwork, my email notifications get black listed and I stop receiving them... but other than that I can't think of any dislikes. What do you like best?

Two things are top of mind. The overall value for the cost is exceptional. The support received from Applicant Stack has been outstanding. Questions are addressed quickly and issues that can be fixed are fixed. Excellent support from Jeff Crouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would like there to be an Active/Inactive option in Applicant Stack that is linked to Clear Care. If we deactivate a CAREGiver in Clear Care, I would like that to be reflected automatically in Applicant Stack. The sync between Accurate Now and Applicant Stack & the "request background" button could be improved. A better way to manage the multiple accounts that get created by applicants. I have and would absolutely recommend Applicant Stack. For our business it does an excellent job. We have multiple offices and departments that are all able to be more efficient in their roles because of Applicant Stack. Its a little unclear exactly how the different sites applicantstack integrates into handles the location data (for example, opening a position for a specific city is great, but unclear on what should be provided to open one posting for multiple locations) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

ApplicantStack is one-stop-shop! This type of software platform is invaluable to an organization in a very competitive, high-turn over industry like ours: home care. We can create and push out job ads in a few clicks to multiple very popular job search sites, then easily track applicants as they come in. What do you dislike?

I wish ApplicantStack would build out their electronic on-boarding capabilities more, especially as needs have grown due to pandemic safety requirements. We would like to be able to differentiate clients and CGs on boarding no the Pipleline summary. We have two totally different departments that handle client and CG intake, and would be nice for them to focus on their prospects specifically. Other than that - THANK YOU TO JEFF CROUSE! We recently implemented client and CAREGiver electronic on-boarding thru ApplicantStack. After a full year of researching third parties it came to light that ApplicantStack could do this for us, at a fraction of the cost! What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

2 things. I would prefer there be a box to refresh all postings versus refreshing them individually. Our company operates in 23 states and it would be efficient to hit one button to launch the refresher. I would also prefer an unlimited amount of hiring managers as I often go into the system to delete and reissue hiring managers for different sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend using the scoring questions to help screen candidates easily (knock out system.) I would also suggest all hiring managers chose a disposition when reviewing a applicants resume/application. This increases the communication amongst your team. I love the idiot-proof matrix view of applicants that you can slice and dice every which way without knowing scripts or programming. Absolutely intuitive. Ultimate management knowledge and power. What do you like best?

The product is so easy to use, saves time, creates efficiencies in my workflows/processes and gets my openings out to a large audience! It is also very affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If there is a least favorite thing I guess it would be that you couldn't preview the message you are choosing to send when you close out an application. I sometimes forget which letter it is that I want to see and I'd like to be able to preview it. That is a very minor thing though, I really like the product! I love how easy ApplicantStack made it for us to organize our applicants. The work flow of moving applicants through different stages has made it effortless to keep track of communication and follow up. We are able to message applicants, then move them to the Onboarding platform for paperless hiring! Then they seamlessly move to our scheduling software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would like more ability to customize as I see fit. Some customization requires our account manager to do it, or it just plain isn't possible. What do you like best?

ApplicantStack has been a great tool for job posting, candidate tracking and on-boarding employees. Easy implementation and user friendly for updates. Great support team if needed. I can process all the needed paperwork remotely. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like how you can create fillable forms, quizzes, and have an entire catalouge at your finger tips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the save can be glitchy and you have to go back and find the quiz again to finish submitting all questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
