
I use VanillaSoft as a CRM to log call info during cold calls. It's great because you can't miss a lead; it won't let you move to another lead without resolving the first one. Access to call recordings is easy too, and you can search in many different ways. I love how it allows me to modify email templates, making emails more tailored to our prospects' needs. It's also valuable to be able to store as many contact numbers as possible, which helps us keep track of the point of contact. The initial setup of VanillaSoft was a breeze, definitely a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I hate the fact that whenever we dial, for example, a disconnected line, it won't register a recording for that. The talk time is not being calculated. It would be great if VanillaSoft can also record those not connected calls so that it can be counted towards our talk time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
