What do you like best about Vanillasoft?

I use VanillaSoft as a CRM to log call info during cold calls. It's great because you can't miss a lead; it won't let you move to another lead without resolving the first one. Access to call recordings is easy too, and you can search in many different ways. I love how it allows me to modify email templates, making emails more tailored to our prospects' needs. It's also valuable to be able to store as many contact numbers as possible, which helps us keep track of the point of contact. The initial setup of VanillaSoft was a breeze, definitely a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?

I hate the fact that whenever we dial, for example, a disconnected line, it won't register a recording for that. The talk time is not being calculated. The interface feels a bit clunky and not very intuitive at first, so the learning curve is real. It was also rolled out right before AEP, which is the busiest time of year, so there wasn’t enough runway to get comfortable and configure it properly. What do you like best about Vanillasoft?

I have been using VanillaSoft for over a year, and I find it to be very good because it is easy to use and user-friendly. The simplicity of VanillaSoft stands out, as there are not many buttons to press or click, making it self-explanatory. Setting it up was not difficult at all, thanks to the knowledgeable person who taught us how to use it. Additionally, VanillaSoft is effective in aligning my callbacks and ensuring they pop up on time, eliminating the need for me to remind myself about them. It serves critical functions for CRM purposes, handling calendars, and arranging callbacks efficiently. I highly value its integration capabilities with tools like Versus Connect for softphone and Outlook for calendar and email synchronization. The ease of use and direct interface make it highly recommendable, especially for beginners in this field of work. What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?

I would like the ability to see more detailed change logs in VanillaSoft. Currently, I can't track when changes were last made or who made them. I really like how VanillaSoft is very easy to use, making it simple to navigate without having to adapt to anything complicated. Everything being in one place is convenient. I love VanillaSoft because it's a really good program that consistently works well without any big problems. The ease of use is definitely a standout for me. What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?

I would say one of the things that could be improved is the problems with loading links and it always says null. So I guess something that could be improved is just that aspect of it. What do you like best about Vanillasoft?

I like the fact that compared to other CRMs, VanillaSoft works a lot smoother. I can use extensions to automatically text for me, making my work easier. The call quality is good as well, which is important for my outbound sales calls. It's also great that I can export leads from VanillaSoft to external CRMs really easily. I find VanillaSoft really helpful for contacting leads and setting appointments. It allows me to contact leads in a timely manner and stay organized. I like that it helps me remember which leads need to be contacted. The call recording feature assists me in perfecting my engagement with leads. I also appreciate that it allows me to work on new leads first, reducing the risk of losing them to competitors. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for me. What do you like best about Vanillasoft?

I like the callback features where you can post what your clients have said and save it in the notes. I think VanillaSoft is better at connecting to my Google Calendar and saving information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the fact that it doesn't allow me to save certain information for my clients. It will skip to the next client. It doesn't allow me to disposition very well the calls that I have made. What do you like best about Vanillasoft?

It's easily navigatable, a lot of list and organization for each tabs. I find it really modular, with each view expandable and customizable allowing for flexibility. Yet, the privacy element still prevail in maintaining each entries with a backup history option is an added bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?

The most annoying part of each modular is the scroll function, where it would be janky to say the least and would sometimes bugged out when clicked to fast. Additionally, I find it problematic when it doesn't saved the result, when you returned back to the main profile. As I would write something in the comment while going to result, then forget certain element that would caused me to go back and forth, but then I would forget which result I was giving in the first place.
