I like that VanillaSoft is very easy to navigate, which makes things much simpler for us. I also appreciate that they respond quickly to technical issues and are very cooperative. The initial setup was very simple too. They show that they care, which is incredibly important since our job determines if students receive funding or not.

I like the ability to follow up leadas and set reminders.

It's still user friendly for the new people that have never used a CRM program before but it's incredibly rudimentary on a larger scale.
