# What size company would this most be ideal for?

A friend started a business but he has not yet integrated a call center/ sales department because he is currently doing that himself. I believe understanding the copany size of ideal custermers would help determine if this is a system he would benefit from.

The VS tool scales well if you have the proper Administrator. The system is robust and has many features that help with the "Heavy Lifting" of prospecting. Works well for both. It is not a tool for the complete sales cycle like Salesforce, but it works better and more efficiently than Salesforce for prospecting, and BTW it also integrates with Salesforce through API connections, which is a valuable tool for working with other clients who do use Salesforce.
