**What do you like best about Vanillasoft?**

The support team is always very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

The constant updates without being told about them. I don't mind the updates themselves, but the lack of communication costs a lot of time when trying to figure out why things are looking or working differently.

**What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it a lot easier to contact constituents in one place, as well as keeping necessary information stored. I appreciate being able to do multiple forms of contact in one place such as email, phone call, and text.

**What do you like best about Vanillasoft?**

I really enjoy VanillaSoft's features and love the ability to view how many calls I make and how long each call lasts. The features that let me view my script, see caller information, and make calls at the same time are incredibly helpful for multitasking and getting work done efficiently. The call tracking feature is valuable as it allows me to review the quality of my work and the efficiency of my calls. The initial setup was also great.

There’s a lot of small glitches in which the script disappears.

Having features that let me view my script and caller info while calling helps me multitask efficiently. Call tracking lets me review call quality and efficiency.

I like that VanillaSoft keeps my appointments organized based on time zones. It also helps keep my leads organized and reminds me when I have to call a client. The setup was very easy, as it was simple to sign up with email and connect to my laptop.

there could be more callback time slots besides just 1 hour and 3 hours

I appreciate that VanillaSoft keeps me organized in my insurance sales work. I like the customizable ability, allowing me to customize features and make it my own.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

Callbacks sometimes come up at a much later time if I miss it. They should come up on the very next opportunity. Also, callbacks don’t always pop up every single time on my Outlook reminders, only sometimes.

VanillaSoft keeps me organized in my insurance sales work. I appreciate its customizable ability, allowing me to make it my own.

**What do you like best about Vanillasoft?**

I like how there is the option of pressing "No Answer" without having to go into the drop-down menu of all of the options. This definitely saves me time every shift

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

Recently, I have been having a lot of issues with the calls not going through at all. Also, I feel like a decent amount of the time, the information that is provided about people is just completely wrong. For example, I will ask someone if they are still working at the job title that is given, and they tell me that they have never worked there. It makes the interaction more awkward, and I can tell that the prospects feel more uncomfortable after those situations.

**What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Progressive dialing is really nice overall because then we don't have to sit there and put every phone number into the phone before dialing. This saves a lot of time, and was very nice to adapt to using when I was introduced to it because I was able to call so many more people in the same time frame as normal.

Having my leads in Vanilla Soft has been a tremendous help to keeping me organized. All the data related to my prospects in one location has helped with managing appointments, callbacks, and maintaining customer relationships.

I did like having the ability to listen to all of my recordings in Vanilla Soft without having to use another application or website.

  ### 8. Easily Navigatable, Modular, and Customizable—Plus Strong Privacy and Backup History

**What do you like best about Vanillasoft?**

It's easily navigatable, a lot of list and organization for each tabs. I find it really modular, with each view expandable and customizable allowing for flexibility. Yet, the privacy element still prevail in maintaining each entries with a backup history option is an added bonus.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

The most annoying part of each modular is the scroll function, where it would be janky to say the least and would sometimes bugged out when clicked to fast. Additionally, I find it problematic when it doesn't saved the result, when you returned back to the main profile. As I would write something in the comment while going to result, then forget certain element that would caused me to go back and forth, but then I would forget which result I was giving in the first place.

**What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps connect us, an organization with our client, which was a very important aspect of our mission. Allowing a seamless connection and record telling of each interaction, while maintaining the privacy is crucial to what we are doing. So, in turn I would say it greatly benefiting the organization in a procedural and organized method to reach our client.

VanillaSoft is an easy to use and navigate platform. Love the built in email and text options.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

The least helpful feature is that it only allows to track the last 5 calls for each lead. A full history feature for each lead (Actual call history to each individual lead would be valuable...also keeping the comment history as well)

**What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This all-in-one CRM platform, with both texting and email capabilities, has helped us keep our costs in check.

  ### 10. Intuitive for Callers, but Recent Outages and VOIP Issues Hurt Reliability

**What do you like best about Vanillasoft?**

On the caller side, it is extremely user friendly! I would describe the interface as intuitive and easy to navigate. On the admin side, I would say the admin page is mostly navigable. Sometimes, I will need to hover over some menus to remember where something is. Uploading contacts is easy. VanillaSoft is usually fast on the caller side, though recently there have been outages and issues with connecting VOIPs and using the giving page. Support has historically been responsive and helpful, but recently they seem to be overloaded with requests. I do not use any AI features with VanillaSoft.
I do wish there was a feature that let me change all my callers' calling assignment at once.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

Lots of outages recently. There have been shifts where we have to send callers home with full pay because VS was not working properly. We have been experiencing VOIP connectivity issues, as well.

**What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to call directly from Google Sheets, and that’s the biggest benefit for us. It cuts down on user error by clearly laying out the information callers need and offering quick, easy ways to move from one contact to the next. Overall, I’d say it’s worth the price. We use VS Connect with VanillaSoft, and that setup works well for our team. We don’t use any other integrations at this time. I’m also not familiar with any artificial intelligence features within VS.

The view I have from the marketing side here is that those issues are by and large fixed and that there are just a few customers left that we are migrating to our new, more stable platform. The most helpful feature that Vanillasoft offers are the result codes. There are so many outcomes, and finding a general code can be annoying but they make customization easy and efficient. Using it in combination with VS Connect as the calling platform is straightforward as well.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

I wish there was a playable walkthrough of the website rather than the online video training. And I wish it would glitch less in the middle of my calls.

Vanillasoft is a great platform to hold a wide variety of information— phone numbers, addresses, past donations, alumni years, where they want the donations to go...It's great to not need a million spreadsheets to hold all this connecting data.

**What do you like best about Vanillasoft?**

I like having my leads route directly to VanillaSoft. I work faster with a good workflow that doesn't require too much in between work. I am dialing the people I need to without too much thinking.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

The call quality with the VanillaSoft dialer is constantly choppy for me and the people I call, which makes it hard for effective callbacks. Also, I'm not sure if it is using random numbers or the same number when dialing people. Additionally, the initial setup was not as easy as I would like.

**What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VanillaSoft helps with organization and speeds up my workflow by routing leads directly, allowing me to dial people efficiently without much thought.

I like that it saves me time with personal outreach. I'm able to quickly move through a list of prospects and follow a simple cadence, rather than second-guess as I had done in the past. The ability to have scripts also helps me speed up my work, but remain accurate as well.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

I have found projects to be confusing. It seems that if one button is not clicked, it throws the entire project off. I wish items were more connected to one another without the details.

It solves the speed and cadence structure for prospect outreach. This has kept me more organized and on top of my work better.

**What do you like best about Vanillasoft?**

I like using VanillaSoft because it really streamlines my process of moving from one contact to another and helps me disposition leads properly. The dispositioning and search features make my work smoother by allowing me to plug in numbers and handle leads effectively. It's super easy to set up too, and I didn't have to worry about getting it up and running myself.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

It takes a little while to load into VanillaSoft sometimes, and sometimes the servers crash, but I don't know what that's for.

**What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use VanillaSoft to contact leads, making it easier to call from contact to contact and disposition leads properly, filtering out leads with dispositions.

I like VanillaSoft because it offers much more affordable leads with an easy to use CRM. The high quality and easy to use dialer is something I really appreciate. It keeps me from having to call all leads off my personal phone, which allows me to make more dials easily. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to my team at the company.

Allowing you to go back to past leads easier, and putting them in the calendar easier as well

I can also quickly pull up targeted sales campaigns to drive more closed business. I found VanillaSoft to be one of the most valuable CRM solutions I've ever used. It offers ease of use and visibility across large accounts.

The only problem I have with VanillaSoft is latency or when the system is down. This is an issue that can only be resolved with VanillaSoft. Perhaps using a solution for high-availability for when the system is nearing capacity.

I do not like how data flows in and out of VanillaSoft, and it can be glitchy at times. I also find the layout of information difficult to navigate.

VanillaSoft helps us reach out to donors and alumni more efficiently, which supports stronger communication and increased giving. It also streamlines outreach through automation, so we do not have to contact each person individually.

I find VanillaSoft easy to operate, and I really like the click-to-dial feature. It makes it quicker to make phone calls and move from one prospect to the next. The initial setup was also very easy.

Sometimes the call quality drops.

It solves the problem of poor call quality.

I like how the leads come in randomized! With other CRMs, I've had difficulty doing follow up with leads because I get them in the same order every day

> Hi and thanks for the review! I wish I knew more about your set-up, but in most cases with Vanillasoft, the leads aren't actually random, but scored for the "next best lead" to get in touch with!  The same order every day is hard - When I was in sales AGES ago and using just a basic CRM, I used to get from "A" to about "J" in a week because it was all sorted by last name, and then the next week I would start at "A" again.... and the back half of the alphabet never got called! :\
