What do you like best about Vanillasoft?

I love the smart calller ID feature where you can dial from your default number but have it appear as a local number for the person you are calling. This feature boost your contact rate, which is very needed in a cold calling industry like the one I am in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?

It is best used for distributing large campaigns to multiple people. It is simple and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?

It only allows you to work one lead at a time. Very limited customization to manage pipelines and workflows. Text deliverability is subpar. Must be used in conjunction with a secondary CRM and too limited to be considered an all-in-one product. Too expensive to justify the cost of the product with what it offers.
