VanillaSoft is a platform that allows me to obtain maximum efficiency when it comes to executing crucial daily tasks, and contacting clients and prospecting for future business. One of my favorite elements of using VS is that I have the ability to hit multiple points of contact in a very short period of time; I can now do in about 20 seconds what used to take me 5 to 7 minutes. Not only am I able to contact 4 to 5 times the amount of leads than in the past, but this software also keeps me incredibly organized and minimizes the amount of time I have to put into creating and maintaining a schedule. Like I mentioned previously, VanillaSoft has been crucial to increasing my efficiency and maintaining a schedule. They have a good dialer and excellent scripting capabilities. A very basic integration with SFDC works as intended. The support they provide is top notch, they have gone above and beyond several times with our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with SFDC is very basic. You have to do it individually per project. It is not a true database as there is no cross pollenation between the individual projects. No capability to save the mapping when using SFDC to populate the projects. Reporting is virtually non-existent. Dashboard capability is limited as well.
