It could be more well-known, perhaps by offering an educational service to use its platform. That would be very helpful. Maybe using more ads or advertising in my country could work. As a Digital Marketer and Website Developer who has worked with several businesses in Ghana and abroad, I have always been searching for softwares that are easy to use and very affordable so I can recommend to my clients.

Honestly, SendPulse has become my number one email marketing softwares after trying several others. One of the key reasons why I like SendPulse is their drag-and-drop editor. Even people with no experience are able to navigate their way around easily. I have integrated their service to a lot of my clients, and it's really exciting.

The second is affordability. Most of my clients are small businesses based in Africa, and as much they always prefer email markeing softwares that are very affordable. SendPulse delivers on that promise. On top of that, the have coupons, as well as startup accelerators that startups can benefit from.

SendPulse also has SMS, Automation, Web Notification, CRM among other tools all in one dashboard so it makes working easier instead of me having to explore different platforms from left to right.

In as much as I like SendPulse, there are still few things I wish they could improve upon. One is the ability to import RSS Feed directly to enable us to import news sources, and even do automations with it.

Secondly, I would appreciate it if they could provide direct Elementor Integrations since lots of WordPress Developers like myself depend on it for all our works.

I've been using SendPulse for a while now and absolutely love it. I originally signed up because they offer a great deal on their email plan, but I discovered it was so much more than that. I was highly impressed when I joined – even their free plan offered more features than most lower-level paid plans with other providers.

After importing my emails and setting up a few automations, I noticed they also offer website building. I love their website builder! It's so easy to use and highly responsive. I recreated my business website in no time, and websites are included in the plans, which was a fantastic bonus. Now I don't have to pay a separate company for my website.

Once that was sorted, I discovered they also handle SMS messaging and website chatbots – that's my next step. After that, it's time to start utilising their CRM system so I can track who's doing what.

They even do course hosting (is there anything they don't do? lol), so I'll be putting a training course for the businesses I work with on there in the near future.
