Many leads wrote their number in a different form and I couldn't find service that accepts different forms of numbers(I used mostlyTeleForm before). But in sendpulse it worked correctly as I wanted. Also cool that everything in one place, but I'm still learn what I need. **What do you dislike about SendPulse?** Plese add auto web-hook parameters or do it simplier, because is hard to understand how to conect another CRM via web-hooks. I upgraded from Free plan to Standard Plan and when I tried to send emails, they blocked my emails asking me to share the proof that the email ids are our registered users. I have searched the internet (well I had ChatGPT do so) to find a CRM that fit my business model. No Luck. Seriously. Nothing fit. I just need a simple, straight forward client database solution. As I dug deeper into what SendPulse could do for my business, I realized how Robust this software is!!! I am able to get rid of MailChimp, HubSpot, Brevo, Klaviyo and one or two others I was evaluating. The integration with Ovatu is working just fine. I am going to send out SMS marketing pieces today to generate much needed revenue. Sendpulse Dashboard is my daily driver. I had no issues setting up my account and keep finding ways that it make ME Better. Customer Support? I don't know yet. I have not had to reach out at all - it is that easy to setup. **What do you dislike about SendPulse?** I haven't been able to use ALL of its capabilites yet. **What problems is SendPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need to keep all my eggs in one basket such that it keeps my brand consistent and marketing messages all in the same "boat". You can disable them, but it’s still annoying. It has various tools including Push Notifications, so initially the figuring out time was quite a lot. It very nicely reports the latest activities in transactional emails. This includes proper data of delivery, mail reads, and link clicks. There is no daily limit. I mean it is usable, but considering their scale and finances, a lot more modern and clean UI can be created. Customer Support is far from ideal.
