**What do you like best about 123Landlord.com?**

Well, the free version fits under what I like best. To be honest, the price scale is in-line with other services and you get a great deal of functionality. Most new services getting into the management technology arena are very focused on the needs of a landlords from a marketing point of view and not the building operations.. Landlord123 has both covered. Syndication of the vacant listing as well as work orders and inventory (great for furnished rentals)  A good options for a single landlord, team or agent like myself who manages and rent investment unit on behalf of a client. 

**What do you dislike about 123Landlord.com?**

The interface should use a little make-up. It's not pretty despite being very functional. I think it will need some glossier look and feel UI upgrades for wider adoption. 

**Recommendations to others considering 123Landlord.com:**

I would recommend this product. It has a lot of features and still has room for growth. A large or small landlord can use this product well into the future for all aspects of reducing vacancies.

Keeping track of issues and vacancies in my units.
