What do you like best about Buildium?

Buildium is user-friendly and easy to pick up. The reconciliation pages make it simple to spot discrepancies quickly. Automated alerts, such as rent reminders and late notices, save time on routine follow-ups. Owners can log in to view financial statements and property performance on their own. Built-in background and tenant screening keep everything in one place, and centralized financial tracking with automated rent and fee tracking keeps the books organized. What do you dislike about Buildium?

Document and financial report customization is limited. Live phone and ticket-based support is restricted to higher-tier plans (Growth and above), so basic plan users rely on self-service resources. What problems is Buildium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Buildium solves the problem of scattered property management tasks. Before, rent tracking, tenant screening, owner reporting, and reconciliations were spread across spreadsheets, email, and separate tools. Now they live in one platform. Automated rent reminders and late notices cut down repetitive follow-up, and owners can view their own financial statements and property performance, so I spend less time fielding report requests.
