How it works

Grw

Grw is a sales execution system that helps B2B sales teams increase win rates by running the operational work behind their deals, coaching every rep on real customer calls, and holding the whole team to one playbook. Grw fits best in sales teams of 5 to 50 reps that already have a CRM and a working process, and want everyone selling to the same standard instead of a few power users pulling ahead with AI. Taylor, the AI inside Grw, does the operational work. Key use cases: Execution. Grw prepares a brief before every meeting, records and summarizes the call, drafts the follow-up, and updates CRM fields, stages and contacts. Writes require human approval, records are never deleted, and every change is logged. Grw also chases deals that have gone quiet and runs recurring workflows and process rules for RevOps. Coaching. Call-by-call feedback on real customer conversations, deal reviews with defined next steps, 1:1 preparation for managers, and faster ramp for new reps. Intelligence. Rep-level performance reporting, deal risk flags, escalation alerts, and pipeline and forecast views for leadership and board reporting. Playbooks. A leader builds the team's playbook once and Grw applies it to every rep on every deal. Templates and workflows are set at team level rather than adopted rep by rep, so the playbook stays when a rep leaves. grw.ai

Heyou

Heyou is the access engine for enterprise B2B Sales teams. It turns introductions, referrals and relationships in-motion outreach into a channel any revenue leader can scale, so meetings show up as planned, and not by accident. AI gave revenue teams unlimited execution. Sequences, messages and coverage all went up, and replies went down, because buyers stopped answering people they do not know. The channel that still closes deals is a person: a customer who vouched, a partner who forwarded an email, an investor who made a call. That channel has never been something a revenue leader could plan, resource or forecast. It arrives slowly, it lives in individual heads, and it cannot be repeated. Heyou makes it repeatable. Reps open Heyou and find the ways into the accounts they care about, ordered by which ones will actually earn a reply, with the reasoning already written down. The decision about who to approach and how is made before the rep sits down, so the time goes into the conversation rather than the research. The motion covers the whole target list, not only the accounts where somebody happens to know somebody. Accounts that were dead weight on a number become workable, on a longer timeline. Heyou is built for CROs, VPs of Sales and the revenue teams reporting to them. Heyou is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II.

ORM Technologies

ORM Technologies is a prescriptive revenue analytics platform for B2B SaaS companies, built for the teams that own the number: sales, marketing, finance, and revenue operations. The problem ORM solves is not that companies lack data. It is that every function plans against a different version of it. CRM credits one source. Marketing automation credits another. ERP records what actually booked. Nobody owns the definition of a renewal. So the forecast, the attribution model, and the board report disagree, and the quarter gets spent arguing about whose number is right instead of what to do about it. ORM starts underneath all of them. It reconciles CRM, marketing automation, ERP, and product data into one view the business can defend, with no migration and no cleanup project handed to revenue operations. That reconciled data layer becomes the foundation for every forecast, attribution model, and resource decision ORM makes. Once that base holds, the outputs stop competing. An independent probability forecast runs nightly against the pipeline alongside what sales commits to, and customers achieve 95% or better accuracy within four to six weeks. Multi-touch attribution runs on the same data and ties marketing spend to closed revenue rather than to pipeline created. Trend Micro used it to replace a reporting blind spot with what their team called concrete evidence of where they should be investing. Finance works from those same numbers for ARR, GRR, NRR, forecasting, and board reporting, with daily snapshots that show how the pipeline and revenue metrics have moved since the last board meeting. Machine learning runs across the account base for propensity scoring, cross-sell targeting, and churn prediction, and the scores write back into the CRM record so the team acts on them inside the workflow they already use. Prediction only creates value when it changes what the team does next. Zix, a Dallas cybersecurity company later acquired by OpenText, ran that through multiple acquisitions of its own and came out with 5.6x higher conversion from lead to opportunity and 2x higher win rates on targeted accounts. What separates ORM from traditional reporting and analytics is what happens after the prediction. Leaders still have to decide what to do, and ORM supports that decision by prescribing where the next dollar goes: coverage, territory design, program investment, and capacity , with the revenue impact of each modeled before the commitment is made. Sales capacity is one input in that decision, not the point of it. ORM is not sold by the seat. Every customer gets unlimited access plus a dedicated analytics team that shows up on a bi-weekly cadence to read the output with them. That model has kept customers since 2012, including Zix, Trend Micro, and VertexOne. Sales asks what is coming. Marketing asks what is working. Finance asks whether the plan can be defended. ORM answers all three off the same underlying numbers. The answer is a decision, not a report. Dallas, Texas. SOC 2 Type II. Founded by John Ryan, operated by Pete Furseth.

Reivix

🚀 Reivix - AI Re-Engagement & Lead Scoring Engine for LinkedIn, Email, and CRMs 🚀 Reivix is an AI-powered re-engagement and lead scoring platform that helps sales teams, agencies, and consultants revive leads and prioritize the right opportunities - all without switching from their current outreach tools. While most solutions focus on top-of-funnel outreach, Reivix goes deeper into your existing conversations. It monitors inboxes and LinkedIn DMs, identifies potential re-engagement opportunities, and generates contextual, personalized follow-up messages based on past interactions and any custom requirements. 🔥 Why Reivix? After the first outreach, most leads go cold - and teams either forget about them or waste time manually following up with generic templates. This leads to lost revenue and low conversion from existing databases. Reivix changes that by turning your inbox into an intelligent sales assistant that finds hidden opportunities and suggests what to say next, based on real context. Key Features 🎯 AI Re-Engagement Engine: Analyzes your past conversations across LinkedIn and email to find warm, cold, forgotten or specific leads worth re-engaging. 🎯 Contextual AI Follow-Ups: Generates personalized follow-up messages that reference previous discussions, timing, and objections. 🎯 Lead Scoring & Prioritization: Assigns smart scores to leads based on conversation context, engagement, behavior, or custom tags, so teams can focus efforts where they’ll matter most. I🎯 nbox Lead Search: Allows users to define custom filters and instantly find re-engagement opportunities. 🎯 Cross-Platform Compatibility: Works with any LinkedIn or email outreach tool and integrates easily with CRMs, no migration or new setup required. Who It’s For ✅ Sales and outreach teams managing hundreds or thousands of past conversations ✅ LinkedIn / Email agencies looking to re-activate cold or “not interested” leads ✅ Revenue teams that want to maximize existing databases without changing their tech stack ✅ CRM and marketing automation users who need deeper visibility into conversation-level engagement What Makes Reivix Unique ⭐ Reivix is not another outreach tool, it’s the first cross-platform re-engagement intelligence layer. ⭐ It doesn’t replace your existing setup; it enhances it by analyzing historical conversations and suggesting the right next step for every lead. Think of Reivix as your AI analyst for lead revival: it finds, scores, and helps you re-engage valuable opportunities that are already in your inbox - with the right context, at the right time.

ZenMode

ZenMode is a desktop application designed to automate LinkedIn outreach by running directly on a user's own computer, thereby enhancing account safety and personalization. Unlike cloud-based tools that operate from external servers, ZenMode utilizes the user's real IP address and LinkedIn session, ensuring that all activities appear as natural user behavior. This approach minimizes the risk of account restrictions associated with automation tools that rely on shared servers or proxies. The application offers a suite of features aimed at streamlining LinkedIn prospecting. Users can create multi-step outreach sequences that include connection requests and follow-up messages, all executed at a human-like pace with randomized delays to mimic natural interactions. ZenMode's AI capabilities generate personalized messages for each prospect by analyzing their role, company, and recent activity, moving beyond generic templates to craft messages that resonate on an individual level. Additionally, the tool supports the automation of LinkedIn voice notes, allowing users to send personalized audio messages that stand out in recipients' inboxes. ZenMode includes a built-in CRM to track connections, replies, and meetings, providing a centralized platform for managing outreach efforts. The application supports multiple LinkedIn accounts, making it suitable for individual users, sales teams, and agencies. Team collaboration is facilitated through features like team member invites and workspace management, with white-label branding options available for agencies seeking to customize the tool's appearance. Safety is a core focus of ZenMode. The tool enforces conservative daily limits on actions, incorporates human-like timing, and operates exclusively during user-defined business hours. It also includes functionality to withdraw stale connection requests, helping to maintain a healthy acceptance rate and adhere to LinkedIn's guidelines. By running locally on the user's machine, ZenMode avoids the risks associated with cloud-based automation tools, such as detection by LinkedIn's monitoring systems. ZenMode is compatible with both macOS and Windows operating systems. The installation process is straightforward, and the application is designed to be user-friendly, allowing users to set up and launch their first campaign within minutes. A 14-day free trial is available on all plans, enabling users to explore the full range of features before committing to a subscription. In summary, ZenMode provides a comprehensive solution for automating LinkedIn outreach, combining safety, personalization, and efficiency. By operating directly from the user's own computer, it offers a secure and effective platform for professionals seeking to enhance their LinkedIn prospecting efforts.
