I love that all my Zoom meetings are recorded and automatically loaded into Grow, because it lets me do a few really helpful things. I can receive a structured, organized summary recap of the key moments from each meeting, along with my personal deliverables. And when I need to pull anything at the deal level or account level within HubSpot, I’m able to access that from within Grow as well. I also really like the workflows that send pre-meeting briefings and post-meeting debriefs straight to my email inbox. It’s super convenient, and it helps me feel prepared before meetings and clear on my calls to action afterward. The Claude- or ChatGPT-level quality of the AI is amazing too—it helps me get ready for workshops, client calls, and basically anything else I need to be prepared for and stay on top of in my day-to-day work.

The integrations with Outlook, Zoom, and Salesforce have noticeably boosted my productivity by saving me hours each week on keeping client records up to date, while also surfacing valuable insights. I’ve also set up workflows that deliver genuinely useful daily updates, with clear action points that keep me focused. With Grw, deal analysis, marketing campaign preparation, and sales call and negotiation prep and review are all easier, faster, and more effective. The UI is excellent, and I appreciate having the option of voice or chat when I need help from Taylor, the AI sales team member. The Practice function is invaluable when I’m preparing for major pitches—the feedback helps you keep learning and improving, and it recently helped me secure a major new capital raising mandate. At this point, my daily workflow lives in Grw, and it’s become a must-have for me. I highly recommend it. Grw is easy to set up, intuitive to use, provides good online help, and it justifies its cost very quickly.
