What do you like best about Heyou?

Hmm, the best deals always start the same way - someone referred to us. A customer who put us in the room, an investor who made a call. But that always seemed unplanned, it came when it came. Heyou is the first thing that has made that motion something I can actually invest in. I get alerts from Heyou on hot paths into our target list, which ones are worth spending, and which accounts we have no way into yet. The ones we don't have access to are the ones we get attention moves on, and build trust overtime. The biggest thing here is that if it weren't for Heyou I wouldn't have know about these opportunities, or at least not in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heyou?

I think they could improve their interface a lot more. I wonder where they will go next though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Heyou solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are helping us build a strong pipeline. Referrals and intros are the gold leads, but scaling it isn't a viable option, because it's nearly impossible to gather the entire company around this continuously. We were running team sessions once in a while but it's highly dependent on others cooperation, goodwill, and time. Now we can simply see and get alerts on referrals and intros pipelines just sitting there for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
