Swyft has been revolutionary for our sales organization. It has taken nearly all the sales admin work out of managing opportunties and has given our sales team so much more time back to work on deals rather than translating notes. Swyfts ability to take in customer calls and dissect key fields has made our salesforce data way more clean and filled in. They also helped us automate next step and writing follow up emails. I love the fact that Swyft is able to do the legwork of populating key fields in our CRM with minimal intervention from the rep. This translates into a significant reduction in time spent on administrative work like updating call notes in CRM as well as more accurate and detailed information in our system as the AI doesn't suffer from time constraints like if a rep can't update right after a call and may forget certian points when coming back hours, days, or *gulp* weeks after the call or from simply rushing through updates just to get it done. Also, the team is hyper-focused on customer feedback and is always coming out with great new features)
