**What do you like best about Alsona?**

Alsona has been a standout partner across several of our portfolio companies. From the team's deep expertise in outbound strategy to their ability to combine automation and AI in a way that not only saves time, but drives results, has been a game-changer. The platform is intuitive, onboarding was seamless, and meetings are being booked on a weekly basis, which has made it easy for our early-stage founders to see value quickly.  We were worried about using automation, but happy this is a lever that we chose to pull.

**What do you dislike about Alsona?**

I wish they also had a done-for-you option. While the customer success has been great to work with, I don't need my founders to be experts in outbound. It still requires some of their time to analyze campaigns and adjust approach.

**What problems is Alsona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an investor, I benefit by giving my portfolio copmanies a fast, low-lift way to generate pipeline without needing to hire an SDR. This shortens time to revenue and reduces early GTM risk, which ultimately increases the likelihood of success overall.

**What do you like best about Alsona?**

Short answer: Leads
Long(er) answer: The platform has been a great asset to our company and our lead gen efforts. we are a small business and don't have the time to do manual outreach ourselves. While I wish I could research and reach out to every potential prospect individually, it would be between that and properly servicing our existing customers. Alsona makes it so we don't have to choose.

**What do you dislike about Alsona?**

I wish there were a way to bypass LinkedIn limits further, but from what I understand from them, it is technically not possible. They do have a workaround with multi-seat rotation, but we haven't been able to explore that because we only have access to one LinkedIn account.

**What problems is Alsona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small team of only 3 people on the business side. Alsona helps us automate prospecting so we can continue to conduct sales activities without sacrificing time.

**What do you like best about Alsona?**

I have tried at least five different tools in this space. I am not switching by choice. They have either been buggy, or resulted in warnings, or have down time due to issues. Alsona has been the best tool I have come across so far. Several months in and no issues. Really easy to set up and use. The workflow templates help me launch campaigns more quickly. Really happy with this product.

**What do you dislike about Alsona?**

There are not a lot of frills with this platform. If you are looking to do have complex workflows or settings, they don't really have that. There are a lot of integrations. I don't need that fancy stuff, though. I think that is what has bogged down the other platforms I've used.

**What problems is Alsona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the Founder of a small business. I don't have a lot of time to run my own lead gen. This is saving me loads of time on that effort.

**What do you like best about Alsona?**

We use Alsona for LinkedIn automation primarily, and it does that well. Customer support has been helpful and responsive, and the platform is easy to navigate. We recently set up an AI agent/persona and it was very easy to set up. Kudos to the team on this, because we have set up personas across various marketing platforms and this is one of the most straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Alsona?**

It would be nice to have more sophisticated integrations. For example, with Zapier, you can manage the events/triggers, so if this happens, then this should happen, then this, etc. It seems with Alsona, it is more basic, so it is just one trigger and one event. It is not necessarily a problem, but would be a nice feature.

**What problems is Alsona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased amount of sales conversations without the extra cost.

**What do you like best about Alsona?**

we have been using alsona to find new customers, partners and grow our network on linkedin. we post a lot on linkedin and having more of the right people as connections and followers helps those posts actually get seen. it's nice to feel like the time we spend posting on linkedin is paying off an not just going to waste.

not sure, but no complaints as of yet...

automation saves me time and helps get my posts out in front of the right people on linkedin.

**What do you like best about Alsona?**

Love the AB testing features. This has helped us improve messaging and positioning. The ability to run multiple campaigns also allows us to compare various segments to see which audience is more engaged with which messaging. I also like we are able to have quality control over our brand voice despite using automation across multiple profiles. A marketer's dream!

**What do you dislike about Alsona?**

Wish there was a better way to nurture leads that don't convert once the campaign is over. I can pull them into our CRM, but would be great to be able to do this from the platform.

Increased lead flow, good and actionable data/reporting

**What do you like best about Alsona?**

If I had to choose one thing that I like the most about Alsona it would have to be the user friendliness. I was nervous at first about integrating a new software into my daily routine, however, Alsona literally outlines everything you need to do to get up and running when you first start. What is also nice is they offer several Q/A sessions once you go live with the software. This has allowed us to ask questions after using the software for several weeks.

**What do you dislike about Alsona?**

What I like least is that sometimes there seems to be a few glitches that require a restart of the program or redownload of the Alsona ext. This seems to be the "norm"

**What problems is Alsona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined my daily process. What I once could do in 8 hours, I can now do it in 5 to 6 hours. In addition it gives you the metrics to know how effective your outreach process is. Where you as a person who makes 100 cold calls a day, or a Founder who need a process to follow up with prospect, Alsona helps.

Alsona has been great. No issues so far. Workflow templates are super convenient and had me up and running in about 25 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Alsona?**

I wish the workflow templates had more messages in the sequence, but I wouldn't really call this an issue. Just would make it even more convenient to have those built.

**What problems is Alsona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I lead a team of BDRs and am responsible for assisting with the lead generation of the team. I need a tool that helps automate this process because it is way too much to do this manually and still fulfill my other job responsibilities.

**What do you like best about Alsona?**

The use of cadences to generate automated steps like emails and text messages when working on leads. Notification would appear when a customer click or viewed email which s great to engage with them at the right time.

**What do you dislike about Alsona?**

When using automated emails on my cadences, it would sometimes reach a maximum limit to send emails, it would tell me there was an error to send a certain amount.

**What problems is Alsona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an Higher Education Sales Lead, Alsona offer a lot of automation and sequence tools to keep track of your leads and engage with them using follow up strategies with your text messages and emails. The tool has a lot to offer for any tech sales company or HESL role that needs a CRM to manage customers.

I like that it let me see what all my target prospect are DOING on Linkedin - especially since my industry is so active there. Let's me engage with all  of them quickly, vs just stumbling across what they are up to.

It was little hard for me to grasp early on but did a good job and still does with engagement and training materials.

I would do it all over again and recommend to family/friends. It's become a part of my daily routine, saves me time, and makes my time more valuable on LI

The platform makes networking and outbound lead generation highly-efficient. My background is not in sales or marketing, and I feel this gives me an edge in the space.

Some ICPs work better than others. I am not sure if that is due to LinkedIn in general or has something to do with the platform.

We use Alsona to find candidates for our open reqs. It's helped supplement our manual efforts and grow our LinkedIn network of qualified candidates. Anyone who recruits knows this is a very time-consuming effort, and being able to automate some of this work has been really useful.

Would love to see more functionality built out around our use case.
