What do you like best about Revolear?

We are now able to manage our sales process more efficiently once we get to the proposal and signature phase. Every deal for our insurance technology platform has unique needs and requirements. Revolear allows us to save our standard proposal language while giving us the flexibility to modify terms and conditions for each client. What do you dislike about Revolear?

What do you like best about Revolear?

Revolear generates high-quality agreements and fully integrates with HubSpot. I can see whenever a contact opens, clicks, signs, whatever, and it all gets added to the CRM's contact/deal activity feed I choose.

They deliver a seamless brand experience for our clients since we were able to customize everything to match our brand guidelines– everything from fonts, color pallets, and even email notifications.

Revolver also has a great support team – we Slack them, and they basically set up whatever we need. There are a lot of other bells and whistles.

What do you like best about Revolear?

Revolear has significantly improved our scientific proposal writing process. The SmartBlocks feature, powered by generative AI, helps us create detailed and persuasive content that I didn't expect from an AI tool. It has noticeably enhanced the quality of our proposals.

The platform also makes it simple to customize service packages and pricing for each project, which is a great time-saver.

We included customized discovery questionnaires in Revolear’s Discovery feature, which was really impactful. They enable our sales team to input prospect information directly into the AI tools, resulting in proposals that are much more tailored to each client's specific needs by our Solutions architects. It has fostered better collaboration between our sales and proposal teams.

Integrating with Salesforce was straightforward and didn't require any special technical skills. Having all our data centralized in one place has made our workflow more organized and efficient.

Overall, Revolear has streamlined our entire proposal development process, from initial data gathering to content generation and team collaboration. We're able to create higher-quality proposals in less time. The AI assistance has elevated our writing, while the user-friendly platform has increased productivity across our teams. building an SOW, I can pull in our standard clauses but also edit or add new
