**What do you like best about Revolear?**

We are now able to manage our sales process more efficiently once we get to the proposal and signature phase.  Every deal for our insurance technology platform has unique needs and requirements.  Revolear allows us to save our standard proposal language while giving us the flexibility to modify terms and conditions for each client.  Once that part is done, we can easily shared, redline, finalize and sign the deals right within Revolear.  Speeds things up for us and our clients.

**What do you dislike about Revolear?**

It takes a little time to configure the documents you want to use when we originally started with Revolear, but their team was very responsive and hands on to get us up and running quickly.

**What problems is Revolear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our proposals and contracts have both standard and unique terms and conditions for each client.  Revolear ties together our software pricing, services deliverables and agreements in a single app.  When I joined the company, it’s made it easier to understand all the aspects of our deals.  Revolear also lets me leverage past contract and SOW language when building a new deal, so it reduces the amount of new language to draft.

**What do you like best about Revolear?**

Revolear generates high-quality agreements and fully integrates with HubSpot.  I can see whenever a contact opens, clicks, signs, whatever, and it all gets added to the CRM's contact/deal activity feed I choose. 

They deliver a seamless brand experience for our clients since we were able to customize everything to match our brand guidelines– everything from fonts, color pallets, and even email notifications. 

Revolver also has a great support team – we Slack them, and they basically set up whatever we need. There are a lot of other bells and whistles.

Do yourself a favor, go try it.

**What do you dislike about Revolear?**

It took me a while to figure out that eSignature Ul and get my colleagues converted over from our last tools.

**What problems is Revolear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell business analysis and optimization projects, and Revolear makes it very easy for us to calculate pricing, define the deliverables and then push out the proposal and agreements digitally. It's fast, makes us look professional, and keep all our deals and agreements organized. And it doesn't compromise on brand identify.

**What do you like best about Revolear?**

My organization supports life sciences, healthcare, and research organizations with our software, data access, and scientific expertise. Putting together proposals for our clients can be complex since we offer a mix of software, data, and services tailored to each need. Revolear makes this process easier by cutting down the time and manual effort needed to create accurate, consistent proposals and quotes. It helps us move faster, stay organized, and focus more on delivering the right solutions to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Revolear?**

Revolear is a newer company and evolving to fit the needs of diverse customers. They’ve packed in a lot of functionality, but some key features for us were missing at first. That said, they’ve been great about working with us to fill those gaps.

**What problems is Revolear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As my organization grows, we need a more scalable way to generate proposals instead of relying on the manual, customized approach we’ve used in the past. Revolear helps by standardizing content, pricing, and presentation, making it easier and faster to put proposals and deals together for our customers.

**What do you like best about Revolear?**

Revolear has significantly improved our scientific proposal writing process. The SmartBlocks feature, powered by generative AI, helps us create detailed and persuasive content that I didn't expect from an AI tool. It has noticeably enhanced the quality of our proposals.

The platform also makes it simple to customize service packages and pricing for each project, which is a great time-saver.

We included customized discovery questionnaires in Revolear’s Discovery feature, which was really impactful. They enable our sales team to input prospect information directly into the AI tools, resulting in proposals that are much more tailored to each client's specific needs by our Solutions architects. It has fostered better collaboration between our sales and proposal teams.

Integrating with Salesforce was straightforward and didn't require any special technical skills. Having all our data centralized in one place has made our workflow more organized and efficient.

Overall, Revolear has streamlined our entire proposal development process, from initial data gathering to content generation and team collaboration. We're able to create higher-quality proposals in less time. The AI assistance has elevated our writing, while the user-friendly platform has increased productivity across our teams.

**What do you dislike about Revolear?**

Revolear is focused on digital proposals, so we had to push them to support the depth and formatting we needed with Microsoft Word output. We eventually got there.

**What problems is Revolear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revolear is automating and standardizing what has previously been a very manual, spreadsheet and document based approach to developing proposals.  Our sales, scientific and technical teams can now structure the deal, run the pricing and draft the proposal (with AI assistance) right in Revolear, and then share it with our prospect in a digital portal.  Plus, we can still generate the Word docs we need to submit as the RFP response.

The digital proposal format is very professional and sets us apart from our competitors. We like the way Revolear aligns with our brand. Their Salesforce connector makes it easy for our team to work seamlessly in Salesforce. They’ve been easy to work with and have added some key functionality we needed very quickly.

Despite being a relatively new company, Revolear has a lot of functionality. Where they lacked key features, they were happy to work with us and add those quickly where they aligned with their overall roadmap. We plan to continue working together to build new processes and improve functionality.

**What do you like best about Revolear?**

We have very complex services bundles, statements of work and proposals, and Revolear’s been able to handle all that complexity without any custom development and close to zero integration cost.  Revolear runs right within our Salesforce UI, and their team has been great to partner with on the set-up.

**What do you dislike about Revolear?**

Revolear has forced us to organize our documents, our pricing and our processes so that we can take advantage of their automation and AI.  It’s not a bad thing, but it takes coordination and effort across the team.

**What problems is Revolear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to take use weeks to prepare a proposal, we a big cross-functional team of people, lots of documents, and lots of writing.  Revolear’s AI has brought that down to just days, and gives us much better control of our pricing and our commitments.

**What do you like best about Revolear?**

I can price deals quickly but still tweak the numbers when needed. When 
building an SOW, I can pull in our standard clauses but also edit or add new 
ones when necessary.  Revolear’s digital proposals make us look 
professional and modern to prospects, which aligns with our brand.

**What do you dislike about Revolear?**

We were a very early customer in 2023, so we had to lean on the 
development team for some features and fixes.  They were always right 
there to help via Slack, and it’s been cool to see the platform mature.

**What problems is Revolear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do relatively complex systems integration and SaaS for insurance 
companies, and our projects have a lot of bespoke deliverables.  Revolear 
helps us assemble all the right terms, add new ones when need, review with
our team and then review with the customer.  We also do the final contracts 
in Revolear.  We’ve had programs with 20-30 versions of SOWs, and we do it
all in Revolear.

Our real-world evidence focus in the life sciences, healthcare, and research sectors has led us to develop numerous subscription and service-based products. These include software for real-world data set analysis, access to these data sets, and scientific expertise for conducting studies and delivering results. Creating proposals for these complex products and content can be time-consuming. Revolear streamlines the quoting and proposal process, reducing effort and time while improving consistency.

**What do you dislike about Revolear?**

Despite being a relatively young company with a substantial amount of existing functionality, Revolear expressed a willingness to collaborate with us. They were open to incorporating key features that not only benefited us but also aligned with their overall product roadmap and long-term strategic vision. This demonstrated their flexibility and commitment to building partnerships that deliver mutual value.

**What problems is Revolear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revolear enables Aetion to scale our sales and proposal teams by:

- Providing consistent content, pricing, and a digital presentation experience for our proposals and agreements.
- Creating proposals much faster, with less customization.
- Reducing the level of effort required by our in-demand scientific teams.

This will generate proposals that have historically been created through a more bespoke and manual process, thereby allowing us to grow.
