One thing I dislike about MeetingFlow is that its mobile app is not as user-friendly as the desktop version. For instance, when I was traveling to Bangalore for startup meetings, accessing and editing documents on my phone was cumbersome and less efficient compared to using my laptop. With Meetingflow I can concentrate more on giving an efficient meeting than taking notes that cause me to lose focus and lose the ideas I have to say at the moment. The note taker is a tool that I use a lot because at the end of each meeting I can have a summary of the most important things that were talked about and do not forget the tasks to be done regarding the notes. The best feature is the after call meeting summary email that goes to all internal attendes that are on the invite even if they didn't attend. It means that anyone who couldn't make it still has visibility of what happened in the meeting and the ability to go in and ask questions through the assistant means they can get impartial view rather than someone else's POV /understanding

Also the meeting prep notes section is useful as I can add agenda items as I think of them rather than needing to remember and find the specific agenda doc, everything is just there on one tab and for my standing meetings see historical agenda items and action items. Best part of the meeting flow according to me is the third party integration of CRM, I use hubpot integration to be specific. It automates your work flow a bit. Secondly, I like it's AI chatbot feature. It has brought me 2 benefits to be precise, firstly it can be used to summarise meeting and secondly it is able to auto generate meeting notes on a click which makes life easier when we have to recall meeting events and one can further go on to correlate these notes with the agenda and come to a conclusion about how precise the meeting was as per the agenda decided. This helps in doing minor tweaks to optimize meeting time so our team can have more in less time. A couple of other useful features I'd like to point out are Google calendar integration, direct delivery of emails about upcoming events and meeting notes are some valuable once in day to day life. Sign up is supported only on desktop, Meeting flow should optimize it's account creation flow for mobile as well and I'd prefer having a simpler user interface in Meetingflow as it has a lot of elements on screen and I took a little time to familiarise myself with it. I found that Meetingflow's audio recording transcription is of poor quality at times if compared to other platforms. With multi-speakers or background noise, the transcriptions are usually full of errors.
