**What do you like best about Swyft AI?**

I love the fact that Swyft is able to do the legwork of populating key fields in our CRM with minimal intervention from the rep. This translates into a significant reduction in time spent on administrative work like updating call notes in CRM as well as more accurate and detailed information in our system as the AI doesn't suffer from time constraints like if a rep can't update right after a call and may forget certian points when coming back hours, days, or *gulp* weeks after the call or from simply rushing through updates just to get it done.
Also, the team is hyper-focused on customer feedback and is always coming out with great new features)

**What do you dislike about Swyft AI?**

As the product is relatively new to market, it doesn't have some of the bells and whistles I'd like it to have, such as admin-level reporting (although it is in the work from what they tell me)

**What problems is Swyft AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting key bits of information from meetings (accurately) in our CRM in a timely manner

**What do you like best about Swyft AI?**

Swyft has been revolutionary for our sales organization. It has taken nearly all the sales admin work out of managing opportunties and has given our sales team so much more time back to work on deals rather than translating notes. Swyfts ability to take in customer calls and dissect key fields has made our salesforce data way more clean and filled in. They also helped us automate next step and writing follow up emails.

It was extremely easy to implement and the support we have gotten from the Swyft team has been truely white glove. I would highly recommend them for any rev ops team who is looking to reduce sales admin work and gather more customer data.

**What do you dislike about Swyft AI?**

We want additonal analytics to help us understand adoption. They have been great though with hearing out feedback so I'm sure this will be added in the future.

**What problems is Swyft AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having clean and filled in customer data from calls directly in salesforce.

Swyft allows me to pay attention to my customers and provide my 100 percent attention.

I have not found one thing I do not like about the software.

Not missing any critical information provided by my customers.  Use Case, pain points, what next.  ETC.

**What do you like best about Swyft AI?**

It eliminates the manual work of pushing sales calls information into Salesforce. 
It has way more accurate meeting summaries than other meeting AI's we've tried.
It responds really well to personalized prompts, the AI is top-notch.
You don't get bots joining the meeting. 
The integration with Salesforce/Slack is great.
Implementation is really fast and straightforward. 
Jake and his team are really responsive and are always looking for feedback to further improve the AI.

**What do you dislike about Swyft AI?**

One downside would be that we now rely on sales reps to actually push the data into Salesforce, which requires good alignment between the RevOps and Sales, but that's a great tradoff.

**What problems is Swyft AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's eliminating a ton of manual work for RevOps, making way for more strategic tasks.
