I love the fact that Swyft is able to do the legwork of populating key fields in our CRM with minimal intervention from the rep. This translates into a significant reduction in time spent on administrative work like updating call notes in CRM as well as more accurate and detailed information in our system as the AI doesn't suffer from time constraints like if a rep can't update right after a call and may forget certian points when coming back hours, days, or *gulp* weeks after the call or from simply rushing through updates just to get it done.
Also, the team is hyper-focused on customer feedback and is always coming out with great new features) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the product is relatively new to market, it doesn't have some of the bells and whistles I'd like it to have, such as admin-level reporting (although it is in the work from what they tell me) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
