Flowcart has been fantastic in helping us get set up and go live, while also supporting our phased implementation approach. Our processes and requirements are fairly complex, and the team has been very helpful in accommodating our requests and handling much of the heavy lifting. They were also great in assisting with the META side of things.
Whenever we’ve encountered technical issues, they’ve responded quickly and resolved them efficiently. During the launch process, they were especially attentive - keeping a close eye on performance to ensure the bot was functioning as intended and proactively assisting with refinements based on our first customer interactions.

At this stage, there’s nothing I particularly dislike. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be enhancements to the Feed section to make it easier to use - for example, categorising chats by customers who abandoned set flows versus those who requested customer support.
That said, this is a relatively minor usability improvement and certainly nothing that would prevent me from continuing to work with them as a partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
