**What do you like best about Flowcart?**

Flowcart has been fantastic in helping us get set up and go live, while also supporting our phased implementation approach. Our processes and requirements are fairly complex, and the team has been very helpful in accommodating our requests and handling much of the heavy lifting. They were also great in assisting with the META side of things.

Whenever we’ve encountered technical issues, they’ve responded quickly and resolved them efficiently. During the launch process, they were especially attentive - keeping a close eye on performance to ensure the bot was functioning as intended and proactively assisting with refinements based on our first customer interactions.

We’ve had a great experience working with them so far and look forward to continuing to use Flowcart as part of our broader solution.

**What do you dislike about Flowcart?**

At this stage, there’s nothing I particularly dislike. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be enhancements to the Feed section to make it easier to use - for example, categorising chats by customers who abandoned set flows versus those who requested customer support.

That said, this is a relatively minor usability improvement and certainly nothing that would prevent me from continuing to work with them as a partner.

**What problems is Flowcart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowcart is helping us streamline customer support by capturing key information from customers upfront, enabling our team to assist them faster and more effectively. It also introduces self-service options so customers can resolve common queries without needing to speak to an agent, and allows them to get assistance with certain requests even after hours.

As a result, we’re able to improve response times, reduce manual support workload, and provide a more efficient and accessible support experience for our customers.

Flowcart has helped me streamline my WhatsApp sales by capturing orders, keeping chats organized, and automating responses all in one platform. The implementation was straightforward, and I was able to set up automated flows quickly for customer inquiries and purchases. I use it every day to manage conversations and keep track of orders without jumping between tools. Overall, the platform provides a strong range of features, including AI chat automation, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM tools. The integrations with e-commerce systems also make it easy to connect Flowcart to my existing workflows.

**What do you dislike about Flowcart?**

Sometimes the automated bot responses can feel repetitive or slightly irritating to customers, especially when they don’t fully address a specific query. In those cases, the conversation can end up feeling less natural and a bit more scripted.

**What do you like best about Flowcart?**

I really appreciate Flowcart for its seamless nature, where customers can make an order and pay for it without needing a human agent to follow through. It makes it easier for us to maintain relationships with our buyers by allowing us to send out broadcasts and segment our buyers to reach out to people who haven't purchased in a while. It has been really helpful in ensuring we keep interacting with our customers. The initial setup was straightforward too; after the orientation and guidance from our relationship manager, we could integrate it into our activities the next day.

**What do you dislike about Flowcart?**

I think segmentation should be made a little bit easier, because sometimes it's difficult to download all contacts and segment using a spreadsheet. It should have, like, some sort of plugin to make segmentation easier. Also, maybe more options for marketing as well as integration with other CRM tools would be helpful. Integration with things like Pipeliner, Zoho, and such would make it easier for businesses to track everything.

Flowcart helps us chat with customers at night without agents and streamline online orders and payments. It makes relationship management easier with broadcasts and segmentation.

One aspect I truly appreciate about Flowcart is its seamless integration with Meta Business apps, allowing customers to place orders and communicate directly with businesses. This feature has made our operations much more efficient. We have incorporated Flowcart into our daily activities, which has helped us keep our business well organized. Additionally, the customer care team is always available to assist us whenever we encounter technical issues. Our team quickly adapted to the platform, and the training provided helped us understand both the basics and the overall use of the system.

Everything is helpful. Bugs appear but it get solved immediately

Flowcart has addressed several issues, such as making it possible to place and process orders directly through WhatsApp. This eliminates the hassle of navigating a website to search for products. Instead, you can simply order via WhatsApp and complete your transaction there. Receipts are provided as well. When customers need support, it’s easy for them to reach out, and one of the best features is how simple it is to notify the team whenever a customer wants to place an order or requests a call.

I really like Flowcart for its seamless customer experience and automated broadcasts. It's great that people are already on WhatsApp, and with Flowcart, we can easily reach them during campaigns. The fact that customers can buy products just by chatting is really convenient. It makes communicating with customers easy and allows for seamless checkout without them needing to leave WhatsApp. Plus, setting it up was very smooth as it's a plug and play with Shopify.

The analytics dashboard needs improvement, and searching for orders using order numbers is really difficult.

What I like best about Sukhiba is how it simplifies customer communication by automating responses, saving me time while still giving customers quick, accurate information. The chatbot is easy to set up, integrates well with WhatsApp, and has improved how we manage inquiries and orders.

While Sukhiba is a great tool overall, I’d say the one thing I dislike is that the interface can sometimes feel a bit limiting when customizing replies or setting up complex workflows. It would be great to have more flexibility or advanced automation features in future updates.
