What do you like best about Flowcart?

Flowcart has been fantastic in helping us get set up and go live, while also supporting our phased implementation approach. Our processes and requirements are fairly complex, and the team has been very helpful in accommodating our requests and handling much of the heavy lifting. They were also great in assisting with the META side of things.

Whenever we’ve encountered technical issues, they’ve responded quickly and resolved them efficiently. During the launch process, they were especially attentive - keeping a close eye on performance to ensure the bot was functioning as intended and proactively assisting with refinements based on our first customer interactions.

We’ve had a great experience working with them so far and look forward to continuing to use Flowcart as part of our broader solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowcart?

At this stage, there’s nothing I particularly dislike. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be enhancements to the Feed section to make it easier to use - for example, categorising chats by customers who abandoned set flows versus those who requested customer support.

That said, this is a relatively minor usability improvement and certainly nothing that would prevent me from continuing to work with them as a partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowcart?

I really appreciate Flowcart for its seamless nature, where customers can make an order and pay for it without needing a human agent to follow through. It makes it easier for us to maintain relationships with our buyers by allowing us to send out broadcasts and segment our buyers to reach out to people who haven't purchased in a while. It has been really helpful in ensuring we keep interacting with our customers. The initial setup was straightforward too; after the orientation and guidance from our relationship manager, we could integrate it into our activities the next day. What do you dislike about Flowcart?

I think segmentation should be made a little bit easier, because sometimes it's difficult to download all contacts and segment using a spreadsheet. It should have, like, some sort of plugin to make segmentation easier. Also, maybe more options for marketing as well as integration with other CRM tools would be helpful. What do you like best about Flowcart?

I really like Flowcart for its seamless customer experience and automated broadcasts. It's great that people are already on WhatsApp, and with Flowcart, we can easily reach them during campaigns. The fact that customers can buy products just by chatting is really convenient. It makes communicating with customers easy and allows for seamless checkout without them needing to leave WhatsApp. Plus, setting it up was very smooth as it's a plug and play with Shopify. What I like best about Sukhiba is how it simplifies customer communication by automating responses, saving me time while still giving customers quick, accurate information.
