"AI-Powered Meeting Recaps and Briefings That Keep Me Prepared"

What do you like best about Grw?

I love that all my Zoom meetings are recorded and automatically loaded into Grow, because it lets me do a few really helpful things. I can receive a structured, organized summary recap of the key moments from each meeting, along with my personal deliverables. And when I need to pull anything at the deal level or account level within HubSpot, I’m able to access that from within Grow as well.

I also really like the workflows that send pre-meeting briefings and post-meeting debriefs straight to my email inbox. It’s super convenient, and it helps me feel prepared before meetings and clear on my calls to action afterward. The Claude- or ChatGPT-level quality of the AI is amazing too—it helps me get ready for workshops, client calls, and basically anything else I need to be prepared for and stay on top of in my day-to-day work. What do you dislike about Grw?

Until recently, it didn’t create documents—like a PDF version of whatever I was working on—that I could download. That has since been resolved, so it’s no longer an issue, but it was a problem for a while.

Aside from that, what’s missing is a search button or keyword search function, similar to the one Claudia GPT has. That can be inconvenient when I’m trying to retrace my steps and return to a previous conversation. Right now, I can’t easily tell which chat I’m looking for, and there aren’t folders (or anything similar) to categorize and organize my chats. That’s something I don’t like about Grow. What problems is Grw solving and how is that benefiting you?

Grow helps solve the constant context switching I deal with in my role across the different clients I support, especially since each one comes with its own responsibilities and tasks. As I take on more clients, it gets harder to remember key details from meetings and to capture notes in real time by hand the way I did for years before using Grow.

It’s been a big help in keeping me on top of my deliverables after each meeting. Having tools and resources consolidated into one central place is a huge problem-solver. I can quickly see what’s happening across several different tools—like Claude, Slack, HubSpot, Gmail, Zoom, and Fathom, just to name a few—and that’s a major benefit.

Grow also addresses how much time it used to take me to manually review calls and put together feedback reports. I’m now able to do in about 30 minutes what previously took three hours: reviewing calls, identifying areas for coaching and training, providing feedback on scoring, and then delivering that coaching in a way that’s digestible for the reps.

Overall, it’s an amazing tool, and I’m genuinely happy and satisfied with it. It has made my life—and the work lives of the other sales advisors in our org—easier and more productive, and it’s made our workshops, coaching, and feedback more intentional and specific.
