We are currently using the Whatsapp channel and only for Incoming chats. But we would like to know how we can use it for more events. Such as when customers sign up and when their service is due. This would allow us to extract more value out of Freshchat

Returning chats don't send a notification in slack that they have returned. This only happens with new chats and it isn't perfect.
