# Best practices to integrate with inventoy or third party APIs in orden to automate sales workflow

Actually we resell products into provider's inventories. These providerd could give us some APIs to request availability and product stock. I would like to develop some bot interactions whit dinamic options of different kind of products and offer some special prices or discounts in an automatic way without char agents.

This isn't as simple as it could be. They've done a decent job of documenting the API. We've used it in many cases to get simple jobs done. I suggest looking into how some of the active integrations have handled this. You can respond to chats via the API in the conversations section.

I also suggest looking at Tom Wentworth's history in building apps. See here: https://tomwentworth.com/tag/drift/
