Drift gives you the ability to serve up a consent opt-in when a visitor engages with your chatbot. 

Whenever anyone gives their consent via chat or email, it will be attributed against their contact record in Drift. 

Drift integrates with the main CRMs so you'll be able to sync the contact record in there to ensure you're aware of your customer's opt-in for comms.
