## Teamwork.com Reviews
  ### 1. Managing Daily Tasks and Professional Workflow More Easily

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

What I like best about Teamwork.com is that it helps me keep my daily work simple and organized. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I use it for managing patient follow-ups, content planning, reminders, notes, and regular daily tasks. Before using Teamwork.com, handling different tasks together used to become confusing during busy work days. Now I can keep everything in one place, which saves time and makes work easier to manage.

I use it regularly for tracking tasks, setting due dates, adding updates, sharing files, and checking work progress. The interface is clean and easy to understand, so getting started was not difficult for me. I also like the list and table views because they help me see pending and completed work clearly. Another good thing is that it has many useful features but still feels simple during daily use. Features like task tracking, reminders, comments, timelines, and file sharing are very helpful for managing regular work smoothly. The setup process was easy, and overall navigation also feels smooth while using it daily. Customer support were also helpful whenever needed. Overall, it helps me manage healthcare related work and content activities in a more organized and practical way.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Sometimes when many projects and tasks are running together, the notification section can become a little crowded and important updates may get missed if not managed properly. I also feel that a few features are hidden inside different menus, so finding some settings or reports can take a little extra time in the beginning. But after using it regularly, the workflow becomes much easier and overall it works well for managing daily professional tasks.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork.com is helping me solve the problem of managing different daily tasks and work activities from one place. Earlier, keeping track of patient follow-ups, reminders, educational content planning, notes, and pending work used to become confusing during busy schedules.

Now it is much easier to organize tasks, set due dates, track work progress, and manage updates properly without missing important activities. It also helps me keep healthcare related work and content related tasks better arranged, which saves time during regular workflow.

I also use it for planning educational content, managing reminders, and keeping daily work more structured. Features like task tracking, comments, timelines, notifications, and file sharing help make work management smoother and easier to handle. Overall, it helps me stay more organized and improves daily workflow management during regular professional work.

  ### 2. Great Task Management, But UI/UX Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan D. | Website Manager, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

As the Website Manager at BoxoUSA, Teamwork.com serves as the central hub for all our Shopify Plus storefront updates and seasonal campaign rollouts. What I like best is how easily I can map out complex web projects and delegate specific milestones to my team.

The platform's native integration with Google Drive is an absolute lifesaver for our daily operations. It allows my team to access e-commerce graphics and copy documents directly from their tasks, keeping everyone aligned without needing manual follow-ups. Furthermore, the ROI has been fantastic for us. The pricing is highly competitive given the robust project visibility it provides. By ensuring our critical website feature launches stay on schedule, the tool directly protects our bottom line.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

While the task assignment features are helpful, the overall UI/UX is overly complex for our daily e-commerce and marketing operations. There are simply too many places to click, which makes it unnecessarily difficult to locate specific tasks quickly. I often waste time clicking back and forth between 'My Work,' 'My Projects,' and my inbox just to figure out where a Shopify asset or product description is living.

Additionally, the built-in time tracking tool creates some performance friction for our workflow. When I am context-switching rapidly, having to manually toggle a timer on and off inside Teamwork.com for every micro-task slows us down. Because of this UI friction, my team sometimes forgets to log their hours accurately, which throws off our resource reporting. The platform would benefit greatly from a simplified, consolidated view and a more seamless time-tracking experience.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Teamwork.com, our marketing team at BoxoUSA struggled with managing promotional collateral through fragmented email chains, which occasionally led to lost image assets or misaligned product launches. Now, the platform solves this by centralizing all communication between myself, our graphic designers, and our email marketers into specific project tasks. The primary benefit is a much smoother, more consistent rollout of new products, as everyone has clear visibility into their responsibilities without digging through their inbox. Additionally, it solves a major reporting problem for our parent company; rather than us having to manually compile status updates on our promotions, leadership can simply monitor our Teamwork dashboards to see exactly what our different teams are working on at any given time. Because the transition to this system was so seamless, we haven't even needed to rely on their support or onboarding resources, and we find the core platform powerful enough that we don't need to utilize any of their newer AI or intelligence tools.

  ### 3. Reliable Solution for Team Collaboration and Task Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soumyajit B. | Jr. Product Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

What I like best about Teamwork.com is its well-structured project management system combined with an intuitive and user-friendly interface. It makes it easy to organize tasks, set priorities, and track progress across multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed.

The platform stands out for its strong collaboration features, allowing team members to communicate, share files, and stay aligned in real time. The ability to assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor performance helps ensure accountability and keeps projects moving forward efficiently.

Additionally, the integrations with other tools and the customizable workflows make it flexible enough to adapt to different business needs. Overall, Teamwork.com helps improve productivity, transparency, and team coordination in a very streamlined way.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

While Teamwork.com is a strong project management tool, there are a few areas where it could improve. One limitation is that it does not fully support a complete product development lifecycle, particularly for teams following Agile methodologies. Features like sprint planning, user story management, and epic tracking are not as robust compared to dedicated Agile tools.

Additionally, the platform is primarily focused on task and subtask management. While it allows basic tracking of issues or bugs, it lacks more advanced capabilities such as structured backlog management and detailed bug lifecycle workflows.

Another area for improvement is the lack of customizable workflows for specific tickets or processes. This can make it difficult to adapt the tool to more complex or organization-specific workflows.

Finally, in many industry-standard Agile environments, teams are accustomed to working with story points for estimation rather than time-based estimates. Teamwork.com leans more toward hour-based estimation, which may not align well with teams using Agile estimation practices.

Addressing these areas would significantly enhance its usability for development teams and make it a more comprehensive solution.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork.com helps solve key challenges around project organization, team collaboration, and visibility across ongoing work. Before using it, managing multiple projects and tracking progress across teams was fragmented, often leading to missed deadlines and lack of clarity on responsibilities.

With Teamwork.com, we are able to centralize tasks, assign clear ownership, and set deadlines, which significantly improves accountability and workflow transparency. The platform makes it easier to monitor project progress in real time, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

It also enhances team collaboration by providing a shared space for communication, file sharing, and updates, reducing the need for scattered tools and long email threads. As a result, our team has become more organized, productive, and aligned, leading to better project delivery and more efficient use of time.

  ### 4. Great Ticket Tracking and Automation, but Email Notifications Can Be Overwhelming

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis C. | Quality Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I that we are able to have the details of our tickets, be able to do the necessary follow up, assign multiple people to tickets and have automation and custom fields

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Emails, that the only thing I do not like, is so easy to get lost, I dont know if this is something that can be improved by any configuration, but they are sent basically for anything, so I dont read them anymore, they are sent with a lot of details I dont need.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organize the team, helping to know what is the current status of our work

  ### 5. Teamwork.com:Business-Focused Project Management with Time Tracking and Billing in One Place

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

What I like most about Teamwork.com is how it brings project execution together with real business outcomes—like time tracking and billing—in one place. It doesn’t just help me manage tasks; it also helps me understand the value of the work being done. Because of that, it feels more practical and business-focused than most project tools.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

the interface can feel slightly overwhelming at first due to the number of features packed into it.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork.com solves the problem of scattered project communication and unclear task ownership by bringing everything into one structured workspace. It helps me stay aligned with timelines, track progress easily, and avoid miscommunication. This ultimately improves productivity and keeps projects on schedule.

  ### 6. Comprehensive Project Management That Keeps Teams Organized and Productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul A. | Data analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

What I like best about Teamwork.com is its comprehensive project management capabilities, including task tracking, time management, collaboration tools, and reporting features. It helps teams stay organized, improve productivity, meet deadlines efficiently, and maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles successfully.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

One thing I dislike about Teamwork.com is that some advanced features can feel overwhelming for new users. The platform also has a learning curve, and certain customization or reporting options may require extra setup time and training to use effectively.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork.com solves project organization, task tracking, resource management, and team collaboration challenges. ### 7. Teamwork Supercharges Our Agency Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher F. | Group Lead, Search Engine Optimization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork is an impressive project management platform that powers our agency. I use it every day to manage my team's tasks, review deadlines, steps in various project approval processes, and manage day-to-day work so I can stay on task and see top priority projects and progress happening each week. It's easy to navigate, has new AI features we've been experimenting with, and I love the desktop app and how fluid it is to use. Templates have been profoundly useful to recurring tasks, and I love the kanban board features too. I've also heard from our PM team that the customer support has been top-notch when issues arise, or team members have questions that represent a wide spectrum of usage on the platform. Overall, it keeps us going, and we are getting a ton out of it.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Not much, though sometimes it can be tough to hunt down a specific project or task, or sort through a large Teamwork project with many different task lists, however the search features do alleviate this issue somewhat. It was a bit tricky and time-consuming to get all our teams onboarded, and the email reminders can get excessive unless deliberately managed and culled down via personal settings.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork helps solve the problem of managing multiple media channels, and associated project deadlines, and building full visibility into campaigns and projects through all levels of our organization. It helps us keep projects running, and manage client work, prioritize, set effective deadlines, and streamline communication.

  ### 8. Intuitive Interface, Great took to manage cross-functional commercialization projects

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Athena H. | Head of Commercialization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

I use Teamwork.com to manage cross-functional commercialization projects across various departments. I appreciate its ability to track timelines, owners, and dependencies in one place, which keeps our launches aligned and on schedule. The platform improves visibility across teams and reduces follow-ups and misalignment. I like how intuitive the interface is; it gives our team strong visibility into project status, allowing us to stay aligned and move launches forward efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Some reporting and dashboard views could be more flexible for executive-level visibility across multiple projects.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Teamwork.com to manage cross-functional projects, centralizing timelines and dependencies. It improves team visibility and keeps launches aligned, reducing follow-ups and misalignment.

  ### 9. Effortless Project Clarity and Outstanding Support with Teamwork.com

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

What I like best about Teamwork.com is how effortlessly it helps me manage and visualise my team’s capacity and overall project health. The platform gives me complete clarity on workload, timelines, and progress, which has massively improved how we plan and deliver projects.

I also really value the finance section, having clear, easy-to-understand visibility of project budgets and financial performance is exactly what I need to keep everything on track.

The automations are another standout feature. Even as a non-technical user, I find them extremely intuitive and time-saving.

And finally, the support team is exceptional. Their responsiveness and willingness to help is second to none.

Overall, Teamwork.com gives me confidence, clarity, and efficiency, and I’d recommend it to any business looking for a project management platform that works brilliantly right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

There isn’t much I actively dislike about Teamwork.com, but there are a couple of areas where small improvements would make a great product even better. Some of the more advanced features take a little time to discover, and a few parts of the interface could be even more streamlined to reduce clicks. Occasionally, certain views feel slightly limited in how much you can customise them, especially when trying to tailor reporting for different stakeholders.

That said, none of these are blockers, and the support team is always incredibly quick and helpful whenever I need guidance. Overall, the positives heavily outweigh any minor frustrations.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork.com has solved one of our biggest challenges: gaining clear, real-time visibility into our team’s capacity and the overall health of our projects. Before using it, it was difficult to understand workload distribution, identify bottlenecks early, or confidently forecast delivery timelines. Teamwork now brings all of that into one place, making planning far more accurate and reducing the risk of projects slipping.
