It's easy to navigate, has new AI features we've been experimenting with, and I love the desktop app and how fluid it is to use. Templates have been profoundly useful to recurring tasks, and I love the kanban board features too. I've also heard from our PM team that the customer support has been top-notch when issues arise, or team members have questions that represent a wide spectrum of usage on the platform.
