The platform provides combination of features like Gantt chart to manage task lists, time log for projects time line management and instant messaging for greater teams collaboration.

There are no specific downside as such. Still if I want to list some is seamless accessibility to Gantt chart i noticed may be improved. Sometimes it shows irregular size.

I've used numerous project management platforms and TW really stands out as the best. It has all the functionality you're looking for without any unnecessary "bells and whistles" that distract from the user experience. I use it throughout the day and its an essential part of my workflow.

It does occasionally go "down" but I've never been unable to access for more than 30 minutes or so.

In a single tool covered almost all the needed task management related things, with simple navigations and ease of use.

I didn't find any as of now but I will follow it up regularly.

The most important thing which is efficiently managing tasks and workflow with the available resources. Teamwork has managed to solve this and with a very simple flow it had all the necessary features to help managing the workflow inside a workspace of any size.

I love the ability to assign tasks to multiple users and comment.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

I wish there were HR fuctions. Right now we use TW for a lot of approvals from policies to PTO (Leave) leadership uses the comments for approval on things and then we use print to pdf and save these for our records.

It is solving the issue of an entire team of 40 working remotely accros 5 counties.

Teamywork.com provides a comprehensive suite of project management tools, including task management, time tracking, file sharing, and reporting, all within a single platform, which users find convenient and efficient. It was great and handy to integrate the tool with other automation tools. Frequent usage of the tools make the work easy. It provides 24/7 customer support as well. Implementing tools is also comes handy with package of guide book and customer support.

Although Teamwork.com has mobile apps, the mobile experience lacks certain features or functionality compared to the desktop version, which can be a drawback for users who need to manage projects on the go.

With Teamwork.com, users can easily create, assign, and track tasks within projects. This streamlines task management processes, enhances accountability, and provides visibility into project progress and priorities.

Our team now uses Teamwork.com as a main tool for project management and communication. Regardless of technical proficiency, everyone on the team can easily navigate Teamwork's user-friendly interface. This is a huge benefit for integrating new team members and making sure everyone is aware of developments.

Although Teamwork provides good reporting features, having more options for project performance and team productivity would be advantageous.

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

We searched and tested many of the major players in the Project Management space, and are so pleased with our decision to utilize Teamwork.com. We've been working with the program for almost 5 years now and have been very pleased with the frequent improvements to the program. We have also been able to gradually use more and more of the features as we need them, versus having to use everything available in order for it to work well. And the customer service and insturciton for the software is amazing, their response time is super quick and there are tons of videos online that are quick to watch and get straight to the point. We especially like using these to onboard folks to the system.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

If there was one thing i could change it would be to have some of the add ons that come with the higher levels of subscription be able to be used without upgrading to the next level. There are some features we would use if available, and even pay more for, but we don't want to invest to the next higher level.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a creative prodiction agency with a heavy workload and lots of projects going on at the same time. Teamwork.com helps us manage it all, and easily see who is doing what, when it's due and what needs to be done.

Nice and easy to overview interface with many cool functionalities.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The invoicing and reporting of tracked times feels very uneasy. It's not easy to overview tracked times and when invoicing them you have the constant fear that you are not getting eveything. Compared to other softwares, not a greate invoicing interface. Also invoicing should be possible by client and not just per project.

What I like best about Teamwork is how it helps us not drop the ball on all the different things we need to get done in the business. We also love how it has helped us develop business systems so we don't have to reinvent the wheel over and over again.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The billing is set up per employee per year and we bring in interns for 3 months stints, so we've had to set up workarounds that aren't ideal, for time tracking.

When we have Teamwork connected to Google calendar it doesn't block out the time for a Task o nthe Calendar. Rather, it puts it as a Task reminder that shows up at the top of the calendar.

Teamwork solves our problem of what needs to get done and in what order. It also helps us with our business systems. We use it as our time clock. It helps us with both project and task management and priotization.

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork allows us to use one tool, that can be adapted for the various project management styles we use. For large projects and website builds, visualising the project in a Gannt chart is vital, where as managing ad-hoc client request for other clients can be done in a task list or board.

Overall, it's the versatility that Teamwork caters for is the main reason we use it.

The whole team use Teamwork daily and it's our central place for managing all client work.

The customer support is very good, we have only had a handful of queries but they get resolved very fast.

We haven't had any need to integrate teamwork with other apps as it handles everything we need natively.

We also find it very easy to get new users up and running.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The same reason we love Teamwork, is also its downfall... it can be hard to get the whole team using the software in the same way. This isn't so much an issue with Teamwork but more about how we manage internal processes and how we implement it within our organisation, however it would be great if you could completely turn off fewtures you didn't use or want, to make the interface more streamlined and intuitive.

The biggest problem it solves is centralising lots of elements into one tool. This includes time tracking, task management and project management. It also gives us a top level view of the workload within the team and helps us analyse best customers (highest revenue with least time spent servicing them).

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

The ability to add your task straight from email to teamwork works wonders! It helps keep track of what has come in and what items have something with a follow up. It allows you to track time spent on a client and lets you know if you are about to go over the hours alloted for them. 

If you have a task that needs to involve more then one person, you can add everyone needed and then they can keep up with the task and mark it complete. Teamwork gives you the ability to see what is due on what days and helps keep things in order.

I don't have any dislikes. I am investigator by nature so as soon as I have access to new software, I love to jump in and find everything possible to make work life easier.

It's clear from the extensive features and ease of use that the the founders were agency owners in the past. We love the Dropbox integration that ensures all of our documents are in a central place across the agency. I also really appreciate that the customer support team is very responsive and actually cares about us. The quarterly webinars with upcoming features gives us a sneak peek into what we can look forward to in the future.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

As an administrator the permissions across a large number of projects can be a lot to keep in line. It would be nice if there was the ability to create a set of permissions per project category, or role. Not a huge issue, but would be a nice to have.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Teamwork for all of our contracts including one-time projects and recurring retainer type work for our agency.

Adding tasks and data about tasks is seamless. I like the ease of creating lists and viewing task progress.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

The GANTT chart feature is terrible. It offers little to no customization. The print version is unusable.

It allows me to share progress on the project with team members and stakeholders. I also really like the ability it affords to communicate about each task and the files section to store project files.

**What do you like best about Teamwork.com?**

Teamwork is a tool I use everyday in my practice. Top feature for me is being able to build out detailed task lists and to manage those via the Gantt Chart view. The time log feature is also an excellent tool for logging billable time, and this integrates really well with the new invoicing feature, making it easier to output invoices at key billing milestones. The messaging tool is great for keeping all project correspondence in one place. It helps my team to collaborate on projects and provides transparency on projects for my cleints.In general, I find the system very intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

There are no real downsides. Some features are only available at the paid level, but the free verison still offers some really helpful tools.

Managing time and keeping track of all project specific tasks.

I like how it seamlessly organize all the task and help us onboard our client in an efficient way.  It is very easy to use and have all the features required for a small as well as midsized and large organization like every tools for website development to HR function

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Nothing as of now. But if I have to suggest I would say maybe some of Grow features should be allowed in Deliver section as well. Rest everything is good.

It has taken our load from most of our projects. I work in Recruitment and like how it is useful to us in Resource Management.

Reliable, trustable and powerful - That is how I would define Teamwork's Project Management software. It is easy to use, intuitive and comes with a host of features which are useful for handling and managing projects tasks, updates and overall management of timelines.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Occasional overload on PC ram usage. But it has been optimized now.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork has helped me efficiently manage my projects and related tasks thereof. I like the clean user-interface which is soothing to operate on. 

The problems I faced with a previous software was bad UI, bugs and lack of guides to troubleshoot problems. Teamwork has helped overcome all these challenges.

It is like easy to understand and easy to implement the changes in the product and there are like many features we can explore and use the perfect one which suits your style and bussiness. It contains all the necessary things at one place so there wont be any use of other softwares.

I think better way of navigation will be helpfull for the early users

Teamwork has been an integral part of our daily operations for years. The project management tools work well enough, but it’s the chat function that truly stands out. It's user friendly and it let's us keep all our project conversations in one centralized place, which has been a game-changer for keeping our team aligned and focused. We use it everyday. We came over from using emails and slack and this works much better.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

In my case, the projects I handle are highly dynamic, with needs that change on a dime. This means shifting deadlines, milestones, etc. While the platform offers an array of features to manage tasks, we rarely use them. The rigidity in setting up and adjusting tasks and milestones can sometimes hinder rather than help. And the many views of the same data isn't as helpful. For task management, we just use milanote and miro.

**What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, it excels at enhancing communication with its exceptional chat function, which has improved the speed and clarity of interactions within my team. By allowing for real-time conversations and quick information exchange, it reduces the likelihood of misunderstandings and keeps everyone on the same page.

I've been looking for an alternative to Trello for a long time. One day I came across "Teamwork" project management software. I was very happy to use this product since all teamwork has all the features that I wanted. I am using teamwork for my own project management. I am managing my personal, work, and other goals-related tasks using teamwork. To keep myself focused on a particular task, I use the 'Timer' functionality to log my hours. Using this feature. At the end of the day, I can keep track of my time and my pending tasks using Teamwork. I can actively complete my tasks before the deadline which is making me more productive and this helped me to achieve more every day. As I am a big fan of 'continuous improvement', I use Teamwork extensively to my get things done. Its going great so far

I don't love all of the email notifications. I wish there was a way that I only got emails from the things that are most important, but not every time someone makes a change on a task.

It's very simple to use and is a good choice for our small design agency. It can't do everything, but it has most of the functionality we need.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?**

Don't trust their sales people. In the sales process we very clearly stated that we wanted a task management solution with a Mac app. The sales team stated very clearly that there was an app with a dedicated team. A few weeks after we paid for a year we find out the Mac app is very very buggy. I send in several bug reports and wait.

When I contact support about the bugs they tell me they've discontinued the Mac app, there is no dedicated Mac app team and I should just use the browser.

I tell them what the sales team had told me and they just say they "understand my frustration". They won't bump up the issue to senior staff and they won't give me an apology.

The most helpful thing about teamwork is that it helps keep so many things organized. The team is always innovating and support is amazing. Pricing is straight forward too. It's a good tool for all the teams that work to get and keep a project going. I love how they've built the system with everything in mind for companies that service other companies and have a lot to keep track of. They have thought of everything needed as a project manager, as an operations manager, and as an executor of work.

It's minor but the one things I like least about the tool is how they display subtasks in the my work section.

The design is really geared for agencies working with multiple clients. They recently added budgets for both hourly, retainer, and project-based billing which saves a ton of time each month with billing. Built in time tracking with non-billable hours too. Strongly recommend it for any digital marketing agency withking with multiple clients. Also having the Teamwork Desk product is nice.

Integration with desk isn't perfect. Have has some challenges with support. Other than that I have no complaints. It's a great platform.
