Teamwork.com is a platform that has been mainly developed for managing large products but as our company has less number of teams and the number of people in every team is also not very big that's why the overall efficiency of this tool is very difficult to unlock as the true potential is much more and it has lots of different types of project management features that we are not able to use, so according to our experience this software is only good for large MNCs and not for small startups. I find the setup process for Teamwork.com incredibly difficult. We have been subscribed for nine months and are still in the setup stage, unable to actually use the platform. The configuration required is significantly more than what Teamwork had initially led us to believe, creating substantial delays. The communication from Teamwork's support team has been inconsistent, often taking weeks to respond, which disrupts the continuity of our implementation efforts. As a result, we have not realized any benefits from the service thus far. I believe the company oversells their solution, not accurately representing the extended, costly, and time-consuming setup process. It would be better if the implementation phase were free until the software is ready for use, as I have been paying for the service without any actual usage. I have been using Teamwork.com for 2+ years and I cannot imagine managing multiple clients and projects without it. It gives me visibility into what my team is doing, how much time they have spent on a task and where we are lagging, helping me manage their workload as well as plan ahead.
