I have used this product since 2011 (9 years). The product is continually enhanced and the support from the people at Teamwork has been excellent. I use the notebook feature the most as well as tasks and the project report. I provide some of my clients access. **What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?** There really aren't any features that I don't dislike. My major complaint is that many of the newer features are for the higher end subscriptions and the software is now priced per user rather than based on the number of projects. **Recommendations to others considering Teamwork.com:** Give Teamwork strong consideration. Some other project management systems don't allow you to assign a task or project to multiple people. So, it is refreshing to have that functionality within teamwork. • You can set project due dates, as well as upload files to the projects. You can also share messages and files related to a project directly within teamwork. • Each time you send a message in teamwork, you can choose to notify everyone connected to the project or just to notify a subset of people on the project. • You can group projects into categories. We sometimes group projects by writing projects or by design projects. • I like the calendar feature in teamwork. We use it to schedule when content will be shared or published as well as to note who is in or out of the office. • You can set up teamwork to integrate with your email. - Each morning, I get an email notification listing all my current projects and deadlines. I can then click on any project listed in the email and be taken directly to that project record within teamwork. - In addition to communications existing within teamwork, you can have your email linked to teamwork, and receive an email notifications every time a message comes through teamwork. You can either respond via email or through teamwork, and your responses will be in your email as well as in teamwork. **What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?** Teamwork's user interface could definitely use a refresh. It is not as modern and clean as other project management systems. In addition, it can be difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for in Teamwork. The simplicity with which you can create deadlines and assign work to your team is appealing to me. We use it to create tasks, assignments and projects. If we use a Teamwork platform to keep track of everything, we can get everything done on time. Priorities can be set and Teamwork helps us keep track of them. We can simply retrieve reports at the end of each month to check how many tasks have been done by whom; the manager can easily monitor the work of his team members. **What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?** I believe it's a great program, and I haven't found anything that I dislike about it. But it requires a lot of time and effort to set up, and it has a highly confusing date/time/task assignment synchronization feature for first-time registrants. **Recommendations to others considering Teamwork.com:** My personal recommendation is to use this program in any business that is having difficulty organizing big amounts of data. Also, when you create a new task in board view, you can't add a description right there you have to open the task in a list view or separately. I can then create a visual dashboard (Grid View) with tags that allows anyone with access to know very quickly where the Project is at any given moment. I also like being able to track emails and other messages as part of the Project. This has help on numerous occasions when files were automatically added to the Project. The reporting is also a valuable way for me to share Project updates with other team members. The daily emails with my task list help me setup my day efficiently. Now it's pretty much useless for us. We try to explain to sales team we can't move to their new per-user base pricing since they increased by X6 and we have asked to restore some of the function they take away we use daily like reporting they recommend us to update. My recommendation to anyone interested in project management tools or any service for that matter. Check how loyal they are to their customers. Another notable feature is the option to insert comments and supplemental notes. The next step is to create the assignments and tasks, set milestons, delegate staff and their priorities, after the project has been created. The next thing. The tool has functions such as flexibility and can be used for displaying tables to improve comprehension of project needs. Projects can be quickly and correctly performed. One of the best features is to monitor the time spent on a project that helps to account for customers. **What do you dislike about Teamwork.com?** It took us a long time, as a group, to understand thoroughly how the tool functions, and how it can be used for several projects. It took us a long time to apply the correct tools to the right tasks. I don't like it has a little quicker and easier when it comes to beginning the software. **Recommendations to others considering Teamwork.com:** I suggest this method because it lets you plan and carry out team tasks quickly. We have seen the outcomes of our ventures change over the time that we used them as an organization. You won't be deceived, teamwork. Teamwork. That was just what we had to do. **What problems is Teamwork.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Arrange in one location different project forms and schedules. I find that using a platform that can "practical" do anything allows one to remain centered and use the apps effectively. We were also able to plan our project management tasks, and the framework features us if we run out of time for each activity. Why don't you plan to use this important tool? This tool facilitated the communication with the rest of the members of my team and the sharing of important knowledge to support our projects. ### 45. That can be off-putting sometimes because there isn't an option to re-organize it back to the way you had it. **Recommendations to others considering Teamwork.com:** My colleagues and I have been using Teamwork now for almost three years, and we have seen it evolve very positively during this time. Although the interface changes can be very off-putting (we are a team of 7, and none of us like it when it happens), we would still recommend it for its ease of use and overall design. The collaboration tool is fully functional; the whole work team can collaborate in a single device to achieve more excellent communication and synchronization. We keep updated on all work progress. The creation of subtasks and the labeling of tasks allows us to achieve faster what we are looking for and to plan much better.
