What do you like best about Teamflect?

Teamflect has been a game-changer for our small, remote team. I find it extremely user-friendly, and we’ve incorporated it into our weekly routine, at least once per week, one team member reviews their Teamflect goals and tasks every Friday. Its integration with Microsoft Teams makes it easy to set tasks automatically during meetings, which has been invaluable for keeping our workflow organized. I also appreciate the email reminders, which help us stay on track and accountable. As a team that works from home most days, Teamflect has become an essential tool for tracking tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that everyone meets their goals. One of the highlights we look forward to at the end of the year is seeing how well we’ve achieved our objectives, and Teamflect makes that process clear and rewarding. What do you dislike about Teamflect?

The only improvement I would suggest is the ability to duplicate goals or tasks. For example, we produce a magazine every quarter, and the tasks remain the same for each issue - only the deadlines change. What do you like best about Teamflect?

I love how Teamflect has made it so much easier and more intuitive for us to manage our organizational strategy. What do you like best about Teamflect?

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Some things that I dislike about Teamflect are some of the modules are very basic and there are not upgraded levels for admin/people leaders. For example, you can apply a cap to recognition points for employees but I would like the cap to be set higher (or not at all) for admin/people leaders since they should be giving out recognitions at a higher rate than other employees but that is hard to do if there is a point cap. "Really liking it so far!"

What do you like best about Teamflect?

I've been using Teamflect for a few months now, and honestly, it's been great. The fact that it works right inside Teams is perfect - no need to learn another app or get everyone to switch platforms.

Setting it up was super easy, and the interface just makes sense. I love how I can do performance reviews and set goals without leaving Teams. The 1-on-1 meeting features are handy too, and my team actually uses the feedback tools regularly.

I'll admit I'm still pretty new to it, so I haven't dug into all the analytics and advanced stuff yet. But for what I need right now - keeping track of team performance and making reviews less of a headache - it's working really well.

The pricing seems fair, especially since it saves us from needing a separate HR platform. If you're already using Teams and want something that just works without a steep learning curve, definitely worth trying out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Few downsides though:

- Limited customization options compared to standalone HR tools

- Some features feel basic if you're coming from more robust platforms

What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Teamflect, I was tracking team goals in random spreadsheets, doing reviews through email chains, or sometimes just Slack, and basically winging feedback conversations. It was a mess. Since we're already living in Teams for our work anyway, having to jump to another platform for other stuff just felt like extra friction nobody wanted to deal with.

Now everything's just... there. I can see how people are doing on their goals without having to ask, and the 1-on-1 templates actually make those conversations useful instead of awkward. The analytics are pretty neat too - I'm catching patterns I would've missed before, like who's consistently hitting their targets versus who might need more support. Basically, went from -- "performance reviews are a necessary evil" to "oh, this actually helps us work better together."

What do you like best about Teamflect?

Teamflect has been a game-changer for how I manage my performance and career development. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and brings together all the tools I need for effective 1:1s, documentation, feedback, goal-setting, and recognition.

What I appreciate most is how seamlessly I can use it with my supervisor during our collaborative 1:1 meetings. The tools included saves me time and creates consistency throughout each meeting within my performance cycle.

"This has brought value structure to our team."

What do you like best about Teamflect?

- Provides structure for my team which we did not have in the past.

- Great for out fortnightly one on ones with a set agenda and shared notes. This allows my team to prepare for each meeting.

- Great tasks function ensuring the team are delivering on actions.

- The UI makes it very easy to use, so the team are using it without any frustrations, as they see the value but its also easy to navigate.

- Our business lacked a system and this was implemented quickly with immediate buy-in from the team. Easy instructions from the TeamFlect team and regular emails from customer support at the start to ensure we had everything covered.

- We use this for setting and tracking KPIs and Personal Development plans, which has inspired the team to put more focus in this area as it is now visible and a key part of out one on ones.

- This was simple to integrate as we already use Teams and this add on makes it easy to access instead of having to open another app.

The main aspect I would like to see improved in Teamflect is how easy it is to enter progress reports and notes. "Great for Tracking Contributions, Needs a Project Calendar View"

What do you like best about Teamflect?

The ability to track all contributions that I have made to work programmes. It is also very simple to use our team, easily joined and was able to start using it in a day or less. I often get messages from customer support if we need assistance, but it is so easy and straightforward. I use it very often to organize my tasks.
