We have been using Teamflect for over a year and a half, starting with one location and 800 users, and we are gradually rolling it out to other countries. It fully supports our end-to-end performance management cycle, including reviews, goal setting and engagement surveys. One of the most valuable features for us is embedding feedback forms directly into review forms, which makes the process structured and transparent. We also use the Tasks module to track follow-ups from reviews. The MS Teams integration made adoption very easy, and the admin side is user friendly. As with any comprehensive tool, it takes time to fully explore and configure all modules to match internal processes, especially in a larger organization. When expanding to new countries, aligning global standards with local specifics requires careful setup. However, with the support of the Teamflect team, these challenges are manageable.
