Conducting surveys and reviews is straightforward. I appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, making it simple for everyone to share their opinions without any complications. This has enabled our organization to consistently receive honest feedback, which helps us improve our workplace.

Teamflect also stands out when it comes to setting goals for teammates. The process is both simple and efficient, allowing us to assign tasks and objectives with ease. I like how Teamflect integrates into our Microsoft Teams, making it super easy to pull up within the app section. I love how you can have different views for tasks and projects, which is important to many people since everyone likes to see things differently. Having tasks and projects broken down into their own categories keeps things organized, especially for leadership projects like OKRs and performance reviews. Additionally, using Teamflect means we use less paper and have electronic notifications for completed tasks, which helps keep things organized without needing to hound anyone. It also allows us to have upcoming meeting insights and the tools to add in meeting takeaways. Maybe more customization for each user's experience as in colors, etc. And maybe making a priority column list where you can just see the categories you directly use or are involved in. I would say specifically customization in the "Note" area. Other platforms allow for a note color or other indicator that sets it apart for the type of task or project you are working on. I like how Teamflect helps organize and guide our 1-on-1 discussions. It provides a clear structure where I can list talking points, set goals, and track follow-ups from previous meetings. I like that Teamflect is really helpful in making sure I'm organized and balanced in my goal setting. It helps me see my team's goals as well. Initially, we were a little intimidated by the breadth of functionality, as it offered more than what we needed at first. We also haven't fully explored or embedded some features like meetings yet, and there was a slight concern about time zone differences for support, but these haven't been significant issues for us. Teamflect has been a game-changer for our small, remote team. I find it extremely user-friendly, and we’ve incorporated it into our weekly routine, at least once per week, one team member reviews their Teamflect goals and tasks every Friday. Its integration with Microsoft Teams makes it easy to set tasks automatically during meetings, which has been invaluable for keeping our workflow organized. I also appreciate the email reminders, which help us stay on track and accountable. As a team that works from home most days, Teamflect has become an essential tool for tracking tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that everyone meets their goals. The only improvement I would suggest is the ability to duplicate goals or tasks. For example, we produce a magazine every quarter, and the tasks remain the same for each issue - only the deadlines change. Some things that I dislike about Teamflect are some of the modules are very basic and there are not upgraded levels for admin/people leaders. For example, you can apply a cap to recognition points for employees but I would like the cap to be set higher (or not at all) for admin/people leaders since they should be giving out recognitions at a higher rate than other employees but that is hard to do if there is a point cap. But, I know Teamflect is upgrading their platform on a regular basis so I expect these small issues to change in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Teamflect for a few months now, and honestly, it's been great. The fact that it works right inside Teams is perfect - no need to learn another app or get everyone to switch platforms.

Setting it up was super easy, and the interface just makes sense. I love how I can do performance reviews and set goals without leaving Teams. The 1-on-1 meeting features are handy too, and my team actually uses the feedback tools regularly.

I'll admit I'm still pretty new to it, so I haven't dug into all the analytics and advanced stuff yet. But for what I need right now - keeping track of team performance and making reviews less of a headache - it's working really well.

Few downsides though:
