"Teamflect Streamlines End-to-End Performance Management with Seamless MS Teams Adoption"
What do you like best about Teamflect?

We have been using Teamflect for over a year and a half, starting with one location and 800 users, and we are gradually rolling it out to other countries. It fully supports our end-to-end performance management cycle, including reviews, goal setting and engagement surveys. One of the most valuable features for us is embedding feedback forms directly into review forms, which makes the process structured and transparent. We also use the Tasks module to track follow-ups from reviews. The MS Teams integration made adoption very easy, and the admin side is user friendly. What do you dislike about Teamflect?

As with any comprehensive tool, it takes time to fully explore and configure all modules to match internal processes, especially in a larger organization. When expanding to new countries, aligning global standards with local specifics requires careful setup. However, with the support of the Teamflect team, these challenges are manageable. - it lacks deep predictive analytics or AI-driven insights compared to some competitors.

- Templates and workflows are configurable, but highly complex customizations may require workarounds.

- Fully dependent on Microsoft Teams; if your organization doesn’t use Teams extensively, adoption can be challenging. (No Standalone web platform)

- Works within Teams mobile app, but not as optimized as dedicated mobile-first platforms.

What do you like best about Teamflect?

What I appreciate most is the flexibility and the modern feel. The customer support is strong, and the product seems to be in continuous development with a clearly customer-focused approach. It feels like the team really listens to needs, and the sync with Teams is smooth. I love the fact that the customer is able to A LOT themselves as admins. The system itself is self-explanatory. What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Sometimes integration with AD is delayed; there are parts of the system that are not suitable for big companies (5k+ employees) with matrix and complicated units - but I must admin that due the fact that they listen to their customers, I can see that they work on it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforming Performance Management into a Culture of Continuous Feedback and Accountability"
What do you like best about Teamflect?

What I have liked best about Teamflect is how seamlessly it integrates performance management into our team’s daily workflow. Because it lives directly within Microsoft Teams, it doesn’t feel like “another system” to log into.

We officially launched the full performance review platform at the beginning of 2026, and the feedback from employees has been positive. The buildout process was incredibly easy and intuitive, which made implementation smooth and efficient for our team. We were able to customize the platform to align with our performance philosophy without overcomplicating the experience for managers or associates.

I also appreciate how Teamflect supports continuous feedback and goal visibility, helping us move away from performance being an administrative process performed only once or twice-a-year.

I am especially excited about the items on their product roadmap and look forward to experiencing even more enhancements as they continue to innovate. It is clear they are committed to evolving alongside their customers’ needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

One area for improvement is the current formatting constraints within the review forms, which can limit flexibility when designing the review experience.

Additionally, at this time there is no direct integration between Teamflect and our HRIS to automatically store finalized performance reviews. As a result, we must download completed reviews each cycle and manually upload them into individual employee records. The Performance Review structure has a lot of room for improvement.

- Restricting customers to one model (OKR instead of KPI) removes a lot of abilities for customers to define their goals/targets.

- The layers of objectives are complicated and not intuitive enough.

- For objectives that were dropped halfway, there was no possibility to key in the percentage of completion. Therefore at first glance it looks like the objectives were dropped without any work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Conducting surveys and reviews is straightforward. I appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, making it simple for everyone to share their opinions without any complications. This has enabled our organization to consistently receive honest feedback, which helps us improve our workplace.

Teamflect also stands out when it comes to setting goals for teammates. The process is both simple and efficient, allowing us to assign tasks and objectives with ease. Tracking our progress, whether as a group or individual, is seamless and ensures that everyone is aware of their contributions toward our team objectives.

What do you like best about Teamflect?

I like how Teamflect integrates into our Microsoft Teams, making it super easy to pull up within the app section. I love how you can have different views for tasks and projects, which is important to many people since everyone likes to see things differently. Having tasks and projects broken down into their own categories keeps things organized, especially for leadership projects like OKRs and performance reviews. Additionally, using Teamflect means we use less paper and have electronic notifications for completed tasks, which helps keep things organized without needing to hound anyone. It also allows us to have upcoming meeting insights and the tools to add in meeting takeaways. Overall, it's been very easy to use, and even though I'm still finishing my setup, the nine-minute video is there to help if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Maybe more customization for each user's experience as in colors, etc. And maybe making a priority column list where you can just see the categories you directly use or are involved in. I would say specifically customization in the "Note" area. Other platforms allow for a note color or other indicator that sets it apart for the type of task or project you are working on. I appreciate Teamflect for its ease of use and user-friendly interface, which includes features like autosave and the ability to accept long answers. These aspects make my work with performance reviews much smoother. Additionally, the initial setup of Teamflect was super easy, which was a big plus for my team. I find it can be hard to navigate the automations and review cycles, a little confusing. I think the process could be simplified by removing some of the extra steps, and it would be helpful to have the ability to schedule reviews 6 weeks before a hire date. I like that Teamflect is really helpful in making sure I'm organized and balanced in my goal setting. It helps me see my team's goals as well. I appreciate that it starts every day with a review of what my day will be like and provides insights about the companies I have meetings with. I enjoy being able to add talking points via calendar notes and recognizing my fellow employees. Teamflect has a place for everything all in one place, whether it be reviews or keeping my tasks in line, which ensures I don't forget anything. It's also great for reviewing my upcoming meetings.
