I am still an early adopter to Teamflect, so I haven't found anything yet. The issue I am working through is that my sr leadership team has it but not yet the rest of our managers, so that is a negative, but at no fault of Teamflect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Тhe access levels can be improved/enhanced. It would be great if we could grant admin access just for a specific module, like giving access to one of our team members just for the recognition or career modules. While there are a lot of features, there are so many that it can feel like a lot to navigate. I’m also not sure I’m using all of the options to their full capacity yet, because it feels a bit overwhelming to learn everything and figure out what each feature does.
