I find that confusing. Teamflect provided lots of support resources and even offered to train my end-users but given it's ease of use I was able to configure on my own and create the rollout training that incorporated our company policy coupled with the Teamflect functionality. Teamflect Reviews have been widely accepted by our employees and managers, it streamlined our process and created a lot of efficiency. We love the Recognition and Feedback modules too because that information is all incorporated into the employee record and readily available come Review time. **What do you dislike about Teamflect?** There is not much I dislike; like with all software applications there are issues that come up that require support intervention or development efforts to resolve, there haven't been many but at times things have taken a little longer to address where development is required than I would love but I can also appreciate the effort required and how software updates must be planned and scheduled. **What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our prior performance management process was disjointed and very manual, Teamflect has strealined our process and provided a better user experience for our managers and employees. ### 6. All notes are easily accessible and the facte that it shows up in my weekly meetings is a game changer. **What do you dislike about Teamflect?** If you made notes on a meeting and someone deletes the meeting, the notes disappear.
