I am able to track all my personal goals in a meaningful way and associate tasks with specific goals. It is also incredibly useful to see company wide goals that we can all collaborate on. Plus the app is free up to 10 users, so great for our very small team and equally small budgets for these things. Amazing value! **What do you dislike about Teamflect?** Sometimes when creating a goal or task, assigning to a person or a group is a little confusing. I do like the button to add myself to the task or goal, but there are a lot of options here, one of which creates separate goals for each user instead of one team goal. It is easy to accidentally select this and then is difficult to fix if multiple users are involved. **What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teamflect is helping us solve the problems of having too many tasks and to dos and goals in many different places. As a small business, it can be very difficult to know where to start every day. Teamflect provided lots of support resources and even offered to train my end-users but given it's ease of use I was able to configure on my own and create the rollout training that incorporated our company policy coupled with the Teamflect functionality. Teamflect Reviews have been widely accepted by our employees and managers, it streamlined our process and created a lot of efficiency. All notes are easily accessible and the facte that it shows up in my weekly meetings is a game changer. **What do you dislike about Teamflect?** If you made notes on a meeting and someone deletes the meeting, the notes disappear. Assigning tasks to colleagues also makes communication seemly. **What do you dislike about Teamflect?** As much as I enjoy the notes system, I wish you could link notes to a task within the notes tab, this would remove the tabbing back and fourth to review what task it is relating to. **What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication issues are a thing of the past now we have a formatted system that everyone can easily use.
