I appreciate the ease of use of Teamflect and its easy access. It really makes our work easier. It's really interesting to be able to have the employee's evaluation and the evaluator's comments on the same document, to be able to edit them together during the meeting and to sign everything to then file them in the employee's folder.

It is helpful in so many levels not only my work but also collaborating with my team.
