**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

The ability to track all contributions that I have made to work programmes. It is also very simple to use our team, easily joined and was able to start using it in a day or less. I often get messages from customer support if we need assistance, but it is so easy and straightforward. I use it very often to organize my tasks. It works well because we use office 365 so it integrates with teams as well.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

There is no overall calendar to display when projects are due. Would be good for a visual display of month.

This software addresses the problem of not having a project management tool. It also assists team members in keeping track of their responsibilities and ensuring tasks are completed.

I like that Teamflect is easy to understand and its interface is easy to use by anyone. The options to open surveys are straightforward, and anyone who needs to respond also knows how to use the interface. I like everything Teamflect has to offer, and there is no problem.

It does feel a little complex in some areas - targets and goals for example. I think this could be made more simple and user-friendly.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

I really appreciate Teamflect for its aesthetic appeal and user-friendly interface, which makes it simple and enjoyable to use. The integration with Teams is a major benefit as it allows easy access since it's right within the platform we already use, enhancing our efficiency. The simplistic and visually pleasing design makes it comfortable to work with for extended periods without straining the eyes. Additionally, the ease of setting up Teamflect was remarkable, making the initial adoption process hassle-free. These features contribute significantly to the overall value of Teamflect in my daily workflow, making it a tool that I would highly recommend to others.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

I feel like there could be more options to include within tasks. Specifically, I would like a way to group tasks together, a feature to mark tasks as 'being worked on,' and the ability to set two dates for each task: one for when I want it completed by and another for the absolute last day it can be completed.

I use Teamflect for tracking goals and tasks, keeping everything in order. It integrates easily with Teams, is accessible with an aesthetic interface, and simplifies task management.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

Teamflect is super user friendly and makes collaboration so much easier. It is hard to take notes, collaborate, add ideam etc online and Teamflect makes it super easy to do that. This is where we see tasks, goals, reviews, and and KPI's all in one place. I absolutely love it. Cannot recommend it enough.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

The only frustrating thing is that sometimes it struggles on phone/tablet. It still works 85% of the time, but sometimes it doesn't load or struggles to translate things over right away. But that is a very small faction of the time. The vadt majority of the time it works just like it is supposed it.

**What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes it easier to find notes and tasks in one place and creates accountability in the process. It also allows for regular check ins.

I’ve been very happy with how regularly new features and updates are released. Additionally, I’ve been pleased with the Reviews module as it has streamlined our employee reviews processes. 

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

I would like to see the archive of past meetings to be easier to access and sift through. Notes are taken in 1-1 meetings but getting to them months later is not as easy as I’d like.

It's helping us to keep our quarterly and annual employee goals front-and-center for both supervisors and supervisees. It's also making our mid-year and annual review process much more streamlined, easy to navigate, and easy to manage.

I like how easy it is to update and share results, and the integration with MS Teams is a bonus because it reminds me to attend to tasks on time before due dates. The initial setup was also very easy, which was great.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

We love how perfectly it fits into Microsoft Teams & Outlook.  We log in with our Microsoft account and it is good to go. It also has pretty much every single performance management feature we need, be it goal setting with custom terminology, reviews, feedback, etc. Couldn't be happier. Also the custom reports we get through Power BI are so useful.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

So far, we haven't encountered any issues.

For the longest time, performance management, specifically reviews and long-term strategic goals, was more of a compliance exercise than an actual practice. Teamflec helped us refine every single one of those processes. Since we made the switch, goals are visible and we are achieving at least 50% more than we used to before.

Teamflect makes performance management and feedback incredibly smooth by integrating directly within Microsoft Teams, so everything stays in one place. The UI is intuitive and user-friendly, making check-ins, goal tracking, and feedback exchanges simple and consistent. It’s especially helpful for maintaining alignment and visibility across teams without having to juggle multiple tools.

There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up the initial review cycles or configuring custom templates. Occasionally, syncing across Teams can lag slightly, especially with large groups or multiple active review forms. Reporting features could also be expanded with more visualization options and export formats. However, these are minor issues that don’t outweigh the overall benefits.

I love that each user has their history saved, and I appreciate the automation features. As someone that juggles multiple scopes in my day-to-day, it gives me peace of mind that the team feels the stability around reviews and anniversaries even if we're running behind

Last year, we encountered some problems with answers and competency rating questions disappearing during the review process. I submitted a ticket about it, but unfortunately, the issue was never fully resolved. I informed the manager who hadn't finalized those reviews that this might have been the cause. As we approach the upcoming reviews in November, I'm hoping we won't experience the same problems again.

I appreciate the ability to embed links, allowing team members to directly access documents supporting our goals. The feature of conducting peer reviews is valuable, and I enjoy how it facilitates team engagement by enabling feedback on performance. I also like how it integrates with Microsoft Teams, providing a centralized location for all our work.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

I struggle with the setup involving Microsoft Active Directory. Some parts of Teamflect are very intuitive, but others are not, which makes the initial setup challenging. I also find it difficult to understand how teams should be structured within Active Directory to facilitate team engagement and feedback. Additionally, I feel there is a need for more support and guidance in correctly setting up the Active Directory in the backend to fully utilize the platform's functions and features.

I use Teamflect to track team goals and growth efficiently, embed links for goal support, facilitate feedback on performance, and integrate with Microsoft Teams for centralized work management.

**What do you like best about Teamflect?**

I’ve been using Teamflect for the last year at a 400+ person company that uses Microsoft Teams and D365.
Goal tracking is useful. We run OKRs company-wide and everything cascades properly. Progress bars update in real time, weekly check-ins take thirty seconds, and leadership can pull up a Power BI dashboard that shows how the whole organization aligns. The surveys are great for quick temperature checks.

All that said, I’d still give it a solid 4.5 out of 5. It’s not trying to be Workday or Lattice with every bell and whistle in the world. It’s trying to make feedback, goals, recognition, and reviews feel like they belong in Teams. If your company already lives in Microsoft’s ecosystem you’ll know within a month whether it’s for you or not.

**What do you dislike about Teamflect?**

The downsides are if you’re not already living in Microsoft 365, just walk away. We have a few contractors on Google Workspace and getting them to do reviews in Teamflect is like pulling teeth. The mobile experience ok. I wouldn’t want to run a full review cycle from my phone on a business trip.

**What problems is Teamflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our Microsoft 365–only company, Teamflect fixed the four things that were quietly driving everyone crazy: feedback used to vanish into random emails and forgotten chats, so by review time we had nothing concrete; managers were showing up to 1-on-1s with no agenda and turning them into pointless status updates; company OKRs lived in a Notion page nobody opened after week two while personal goals were scattered everywhere; and the nice things people said in #kudos never made it into actual performance records. Now every piece of praise, coaching note, or critical feedback lives in one place and automatically flows into reviews, 1-on-1 agendas build themselves with open goals and past action items so conversations finally feel useful and developmental, OKRs cascade properly with live progress bars and gentle weekly nudges that people actually answer, and recognition given in Teams instantly becomes evidence we can pull up during calibration. The result is that my review cycles dropped from 60–70 frantic hours of chasing people to about 25–30 calm ones, our survey scores on feedback and growth jumped around 20 points in six months, we’ve had zero nasty surprises in reviews this year, and—for the first time ever—managers don’t hate the performance process. It’s not flawless, but for the exact headaches we had, it’s been a lifesaver.

It asks for smart goals and everyone in my department has the same goals every year. It is hard to pick one because we just need to be nice to patients and work hard. I could see goals if we were in sales but we are not.

I use the free version of Teamflect with my team of eight, plus myself, making a total of nine. We work for a small non-profit organization, and we initially started using Teamflect to simplify our annual review process. Not only did it make the annual reviews easier, but over the past year, we also began using the goals and tasks features. These have really helped both my team and me stay accountable for following through on what we commit to. I appreciate having everything in one place, which makes it much easier to prepare for my one-on-one meetings with team members. This includes setting and reviewing goals and tasks since our last meeting. Teamflect was simple to integrate with the Microsoft products we were already using, and I find it very user-friendly. I use Teamflect almost every day and am excited to discover more as we continue to explore and implement all its features.

I'm not certain whether this feature is included in the paid version, but I would really appreciate it if the tool could help generate conversation topics for one-on-ones based on notes from previous meetings. Sometimes, when I try to implement something in the Teamflect server, it tells me I need admin permission, even though I am the admin.

Talking points for meetings keep us on track. Goals and check-ins for those goals keep me focused throughout the year. Simple platform is user friendly and easy to navigate.

Wish the tasks could be integrated with other platforms - most people have different "to-do" lists or project management platforms, which would be nice to integrate with. 
Wish we could record meetings with transcription, and have AI summary of transcript. We use another platform for that and it would be nice to just have one meeting platform.

Keeping meetings on track so time isn't wasted, and allowing for shared note taking during meetings which can then be sent to all meeting attendees to remind everyone what was discussed/decided. This added organization of meetings helps with follow through on tasks and making sure things are not falling through the cracks.

What I’d like best about Teamflect is the seamless integration within Microsoft Teams. Since so many teams already use Teams daily, having performance reviews, goal tracking, and feedback happen right there makes the process feel natural instead of forced. It reduces friction and keeps people engaged.

I wish there was more flexibility in customizing templates for feedback and reviews — they feel a bit rigid at times.
The reporting is helpful, but it can be pretty basic. I’d like more detailed insights or ways to track progress over time.
Notifications can pile up quickly, and it starts to feel overwhelming if you’re managing multiple goals or check-ins.
On mobile, some of the features don’t feel as smooth as on desktop, which makes it harder to use on the go.

“What Teamflect is really solving for me is the problem of scattered feedback and unclear goals.
