LeadIQ has been a huge win for our sales team. The biggest standout is how accurate the numbers and contact data are. It’s eliminated so much manual cleanup and guesswork from our prospecting process.
With reliable information right out of the gate, we’re able to reach the right people faster, book more meetings, and keep our pipeline moving. Having confidence in the data makes a massive difference, and LeadIQ delivers on that every time.

The Chrome extension is useful, but it can be a bit inconsistent depending on the page or browser session. Smoother performance and quicker load times would create a more seamless workflow.

The Chrome extension is very helpful. Its one-touch capture feature for Outreach, along with the ability to copy any email or phone number, really saves time when completing manual tasks. I also appreciate how the extension can load details like email and phone number from a person's LinkedIn profile simply by opening their LinkedIn page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times, when a contact is not in an active role, LeadIQ can feel quite cumbersome. It often fails to provide even catch-all email addresses or make reasonable guesses. Additionally, the accuracy of the phone numbers is not very reliable. I like the accuracy of information. Its easy to use. Customer support is quick but I do not require it often. Credit model works well here but may not be as convenient if I didn't use it in tandem with other enrichment tools. I reconcile information from Leadiq with our other enrichment sources every day. Not sure if I could use leadiq without using it in tandem with other enrichment tools. Does not integrate with our hubspot because of security issues, which is a big problem for us which is why we have to use other enrichment tools on top of it. The reason we use it is because Cognism is not always as accurate in the US as it is for our EMEA team, so we need to verify across multiple sources. We've found that, at least in LATIN America, the region I outbound to, LeadIQ is by far the best enrichment tool, with the most up to date information. This is definitely very valuable. One-Click Efficiency: The seamless Chrome extension and one-click capture allow my BDRs to instantly grab verified contact information and push it directly into our CRM and engagement platform. This drastically cuts down on admin work and keeps my team focused on selling.
High Data Confidence: LeadIQ provides verified data, which leads to lower bounce rates and more effective outreach. The Job Change Alerts are also invaluable for turning former champions into warm, high-value leads.

Lack of Native Outreach/Sequencer: LeadIQ does not have a built-in sequencing or dialer function (it relies on integrations like Outreach or Salesloft). I like that LeadIQ has an extension that's easy to use in Salesforce and can pull contact information while in LinkedIn. I am almost always able to find a mobile number, which is the best way I've found to reach out and get a hold of people on the phone. Setup was instantaneous and very easy to use; all we had to do was download the LeadIQ extension and connect it with our email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes for smaller brands, there doesn't seem to be much contact data, especially when doing it directly from the Salesforce page. So if there's a way to enrich that data and access more contacts, that would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LeadIQ makes it much easier and faster to find new customers. It's great how easy it is to get verified contact information from LinkedIn and send it to Salesforce and Outreach with just a few clicks. It saves me a lot of time every day compared to doing research by hand.
The AI writing and Scribe features are also great for quickly making messages more personal. They give you context and ideas that make outreach feel more relevant without having to spend hours doing research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't a lot to dislike, but if I had to pick a few things, I'd say that the contact information can sometimes be out of date, especially for smaller businesses' mobile numbers or titles. I really like how simple LeadIQ is to use, and the fact that it can be a Chrome extension is a big plus for me. I find it great when I’m going through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as it allows me to capture all my leads directly into my CRM without having to do it manually. It makes the process of unlocking email and phone numbers really easy and awesome. It's also pretty straightforward to set up, just by downloading the extension and having it pop up on my side. I just think with the certain symbols like the yellow or red or green, they could make it more descriptive. Maybe add some words behind that so you can understand what that is without having to go to a different site and do this and that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the ease of use of LeadIQ, particularly the Chrome extension, which is designed to optimize prospecting time. What I appreciate most about Lead IQ is how seamlessly it integrates while respecting the employees. It makes capturing leads from LinkedIn effortless and saves a significant amount of manual work. What I find less appealing about LeadIQ is its pricing, which seems a bit high, especially for individual users or smaller teams. Given that the data accuracy isn't always perfect, I often find myself needing to double-check the information.
