"A Game-Changer for Vacation Rental Management"
What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

I really like that Hospitable.com is constantly adding new functionality and is open to new requests, which makes it a great company to work with. They continually add new functionality that often is a game changer in managing multiple properties on multiple platforms. I also really like the guest messaging feature that allows for extreme granularity while working from central messages. It's helpful to create slightly different messages for different booking platforms and have 'one source of the truth.' Their support during initial setup and implementing new functionalities was great. I also appreciate their bi-weekly Town Halls announcing new features and opportunities for early testing. Additionally, Hospitable integrates seamlessly with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and others for managing various aspects of my rentals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

You get everything in one place, no matter which platform you’re renting on, and it also works perfectly for direct bookings. Hospitable keeps improving almost every week. Since I started, I’ve seen so many major updates: the use of AI, Direct Bookings, Dynamic Pricing with the ability to fine-tune through rule sets, the Guest Portal, and the Hospitable Community. There are honestly almost too many to mention – and these have all happened just in the last few months.

And not to forget their incredible support team. I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than maybe 15 minutes for an answer – and they’re not only the sweetest, but also so understanding and endlessly patient, always making sure you get the best help possible. What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

Well, there’s really not much. The only thing that’s difficult for me – but that’s something that can’t be generalised – is that I can’t take full advantage of everything they offer with Direct Booking. My properties are in Bali, where Stripe still isn’t available as a payment option, and as long as no other options are added, I won’t be able to make full use of it, which is a pity. And as far as I can see, there must be quite a few hosts in other countries facing the same problem. I do understand they need to focus on their main markets, but still … this is really the only thing I “dislike”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Hospitable.com for managing my short-term rentals, and I am thoroughly impressed with its user-friendly nature. Setting it up was easy, and the tutorials and help section provided ample support to answer most of our queries. The integration capability is phenomenal as it seamlessly works with our connected devices such as door locks and thermostats, allowing us to automate activation with booking schedules. I also appreciate the cost-efficiency it provides by collecting user information and payments through a direct site, which simplifies rebooking and listing management. Additionally, Hospitable.com offers excellent automation features with an AI assistant that writes and responds to guest reviews and connects smoothly with our cleaning crew to keep them informed. The calendar feature is indispensable for organizing everything in one place, enhancing our operational efficiency. The customer support team is remarkable, always easy to reach and quick to respond, making it highly reliable for property management. What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

I don't find the notification system for upsells to be fully optimized yet. The current setup requires me to manually check for upsells, and it doesn't effectively notify my team or me when an upsell happens, nor do we receive a payout notification. What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

Hospitable.com is a great tool for managing short term rentals. Easy to set up and easy to use. It takes a lot of the mundane management and day to day tasks and automates them. It works with multiple platforms and keeps everything in sync. The ability to automate check in/check out instructions, set lock codes with backup codes and automatically communicate with guests saves a ton of time. What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

I would like better filters on properties. I get notifications on all properties but I only manage 3 and my team mate manages 6. It would be great if I could have it where I only got notified on the ones I manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

I am using Hospitable for my 7 listings to combine all bookings and enquiries and to sync all calendars and prices. It's even succeeded my expectation with the AI messaging, automatic messages, the new dynamic pricing and there are constant updates and improvements which save me a lot of time and work and make hosting more save with the verification and deposit process. It's very reliable and I like just having to use one app for all bookings. I can easily scale my business now and can work more efficient and professional. What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

I've had been running 4 Airbnb's that would take up most of my time each day, and cause stress whether I had remembered to do something (I'm adhd). Once I automated using hospitable, it removed 95% or more of the work and stress. I can be fishing, see a booking come in and know it's done; from messaging the guest, to sending lockbox details a couple days before checkin, to booking my cleaner and providing them a calendar to follow. What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

I like the message improvement option in the messaging. It seems small compared to everything else Hospitable does, but it saves me so much time because the updated language is sooo good. I write something basic and it turns it into a super friendly, perfectly toned message. Makes sure my messages, even the ad hoc ones, are professional and friendly without being too much.
