**What do you like best about Hospitable.com?**

We've used Hospitable since 2024 and it has become essential to how we run our short-term rentals. The AI messaging integration is a standout. It drafts responses for us and can send pre-approved messages automatically, which saves real time and mental energy. It's fast and reliable, and it carries a significant share of the day-to-day message volume that would otherwise fall entirely on us. That alone has alleviated a lot of workload, especially during high-inquiry periods. The clean integration across Airbnb and VRBO makes the backend genuinely easy to manage, even as a smaller host.

We also appreciate the cleaner coordination feature. Being able to communicate scheduling with our cleaning team through text and email in one system removes a layer of manual coordination we used to handle separately.

Overall, Hospitable has given us operational fluency and peace of mind running our rentals. It's the platform we recommend most often to friends and colleagues just starting out in short-term rentals.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

The main downside is dynamic pricing. It tends to list below market rate compared to area comps, so we still run PriceLabs alongside it. This affects revenue performance directly, since underpriced nights mean lost income we have to correct for manually. We would prefer to consolidate and drop that subscription, but the pricing engine isn't there yet.

The other challenge is the sheer number of features. We don't use everything Hospitable offers, and it can be overwhelming to figure out where certain messaging flows or upsell features fit into our operations. This likely means we're leaving value on the table that we're already paying for. The webinars are helpful, but simple SOPs or playbooks on how to use and leverage more of the platform's features would make adoption easier.

**What problems is Hospitable.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Hospitable, guest messaging was entirely manual, which meant constant monitoring across platforms and slower response times during busy periods. We struggled with the volume of repetitive questions (check-in instructions, WiFi, parking, amenities) eating into the time we needed for higher-value operational work.

Now Hospitable handles the bulk of that messaging through automated and AI-drafted responses, with pre-approved messages sending on their own. This has resulted in faster response times for guests, more consistent communication across every booking, and significantly less day-to-day workload for us. It has freed up time to focus on scaling our operation rather than staying buried in our inbox.

The cleaner coordination feature has also solved a separate problem: keeping our cleaning team aligned on scheduling without a patchwork of texts and calls outside the platform. Having that in one system has made turnovers more reliable.

Overall, Hospitable has made it possible for us to run our short-term rental with the responsiveness of a much larger operation, without needing to add staff.

**What do you like best about Hospitable.com?**

What I like best about Hospitable is how quickly it has allowed me to grow without losing control of the guest experience.  In just three to four months, I have gone from launching my first short-term rental to managing three properties, including units for other owners, and Hospitable has scaled with me every step of the way.

The automated messaging, smart lock integrations, unified inbox, direct booking tools, and multi-property management have become central to my daily operations.  I especially appreciate being able to automate so much of the guest journey while still keeping communication personal and hospitality-focused.

The platform is intuitive enough for a new host but powerful enough that I am still discovering new ways to use it as my business grows.  Hospitable has genuinely helped me make the transition from operating a single Airbnb to building a professional short-term rental management business.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

My biggest frustration is currency support.  My properties are in Mexico and operate in Mexican pesos, but MXN does not currently align seamlessly across all Hospitable features.  This can create extra work and occasional confusion, particularly as I expand into direct bookings, owner reporting, and multi-property management.

As Hospitable continues to grow internationally, I would love to see full native currency consistency across every part of the platform.  For operators managing properties outside the U.S., this would make an already excellent platform significantly stronger.

**What problems is Hospitable.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hospitable is solving the problem of scale.  In just a few months, I have grown from one short-term rental to managing multiple properties, and the platform gives me one intuitive place to manage guest communication, reservations, smart locks, direct bookings, and other key integrations.

The UI is easy to navigate, performance has been reliable, and the automations and AI tools save me significant time while still allowing me to keep the guest experience personal.  Support and onboarding have also been excellent whenever I have needed help expanding into new features or troubleshooting an integration.

Most importantly, the ROI is clear.  Hospitable reduces repetitive work, helps prevent missed details, and allows me to manage more properties without adding the same level of administrative workload.  It has helped me move from operating a single Airbnb to building a scalable short-term rental management business.

It provides the Hospitable Essentials tool, which is basically allowing you to use their free PMS software and have a unified inbox.

It's nice that you can connect Airbnb, Bookijng.com, Vrbo and Agoda.

You have to pay for everything to use more advanced features.

Never got a response on my concerns.

Constant ical syncs.

Really dissatisfied in terms of what you get from what you pay in tertun, Guesty, lodigy, zeevou much better.

I've been using Hospitable for over 7 years and it has become the central brain of my guest and cleaner operations. The automated messaging is unmatched — guests get the right information at exactly the right time without me lifting a finger. The cleaner coordination and scheduling automation has been just as valuable; my turnover process runs itself. After years of managing STRs across multiple markets, I can't imagine operating without it. It's one of the few tools I've used this long and still rely on daily.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

The only real pain point has been the VRBO connection — it's a bit finicky compared to the Airbnb integration. Syncing and automation don't always behave as seamlessly on the VRBO side, which can require some extra monitoring. That said, this feels more like a VRBO API limitation than a Hospitable problem. Everything else has been rock solid.

**What problems is Hospitable.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hospitable solves the problem of scale. Guest communication, cleaner scheduling, and turnover coordination used to require constant manual attention. Now it all runs automatically. Across 7+ years and multiple properties, it's let me grow the portfolio without growing the workload and guest experience has only gotten better because of it.

I find Hospitable.com very helpful with setting pricing and troubleshooting any issues with navigating the website and the app. It's pretty user-friendly, and a lot of setup questions can be answered via the AI chat, which makes it easier despite the initial complexity. I also appreciate that Hospitable.com integrates well with platforms like VRBO, Airbnb, and Booking.com, and allows us to sync our pricing with PriceLabs.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

I think having 24/7 access to a live agent, either by phone or via chat, would be very helpful. The messages I've gotten back have said that live agents are in a different country and often in a different time zone, so they're not always available on a 24/7 basis. Also, the initial setup was a little difficult because there are a lot of moving pieces when you're trying to sync multiple rental properties on multiple booking sites.

I find Hospitable.com to be a great time saver, especially with its automated messaging feature that handles 95% of the communication with our guests, significantly enhancing customer service quality. It's a very user-friendly platform with an easy-to-navigate interface that doesn't change too often, making it simple to use and make changes. I also find the operations module very beneficial as it allows scheduling of cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks, which is very helpful. The platform lets us assign tasks to team members, who get automated notifications and reminders, and track tasks efficiently. We can also bring in third-party providers if needed. It's sophisticated yet easy to navigate and use.

The only thing I could say is recently, there's been some lag time when using the app on my phone. It's been quite slow. Not all the time, but often. I have to restart the app to get optimal function.

Incredible tool to manage my rental. Super easy to use, for me and my family.  The best are the integrations, at the moment, I am also using the AI tools very often. A lot of potential for this product. The performance of the pricing has improved a lot; however, it is missing market intelligence.

I think about how often it logs out. It is terrible. I have to log in multiple times a week for no reason.

I use Hospitable.com for my property management system, and it's been a great tool to synchronize Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. I like how it manages our operations and pricing and provides a really streamlined management solution. It has a ton of features that really allow me to maximize occupancy. I always love that they're releasing new features, like the recent optimization for Airbnb, which makes Hospitable.com seem like it's on the cutting edge of being a preferred partner with Airbnb and VRBO. The setup was easy, and once everything is automated, the efficiency kicks in.

I'm currently using Wheelhouse for dynamic pricing and I'm not sure how Hospitable.com's pricing engine compares. I would like to see a comparison between the two systems, especially considering their dynamic pricing engine.

I like that Hospitable.com is all in one place, so I don't have to check different apps for my different platforms to communicate with everybody. I really like the AI communication feature, which sometimes rewrites my thoughts in a nicer way, making it easier to communicate with guests. It's helpful when I don't know how to word certain things, ensuring my message is clear and not offensive. The initial setup was really easy, and they had great support to walk me through it. I also use it with PriceLabs, and that's been working well.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

I don't really have anything to complain about. I love everything. Maybe I don't use all the features as much as I could. Differences can be a little hard, but I don't have a direct channel yet. I just don't really wanna spend the money, the extra fees with .com, not knowing what kind of return I'm gonna get.

**What do you like best about Hospitable.com?**

I can now control multiple door locks for a property if you have multiple smart locks. Financial reporting has gotten much better over the last few years with a nice dashboard on top of exporting to csv.
Lots of townhalls to explain and introduce new features and submit feedback. Plenty of support options, and support responds quickly and with care.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

Only mild issue is the phone app (on android, but I heard iphone does it as well in the townhalls) logs you out once in awhile, and you need to log back in. 

**Recommendations to others considering Hospitable.com:**

Come on in, the water is fine. If you want, you can run Hospitable on top of another PMS that is API connected like I did at first, but then hospitable worked so well I just use them now.

**What problems is Hospitable.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosptiable solved cross platform communications for me, and cross platform booking calendars for myself and the cleaners. Automated messaging also frees up alot of time and effort and with Hospitibale the guest communications seem easy. 
Hospitible is working out a few bugs with the door lock integration and so that has been going better (new feature within the last few months, so it wasn't going to be perfect). 
Support is pretty great with Hospitable as well; support responds quickly and usually with a quick fix or how to.

I use Hospitable.com for managing my short-term rental and it's great because it helps me automate calendars across different OTAs, set my pricing dynamically, and manage my guest communication. I also really like how it manages my cleaning crew notifications and provides in-depth reporting on the performance of my STR. It's easy to use and understand, and I appreciate the good AI support assistant that helps me resolve most of my questions. The frequent feature updates are amazing, and the active community is great for bouncing ideas off of. Overall, it makes it really easy to use and be the one-stop shop for my STR needs. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the UI has only become easier over time.

I wish there were more design options for the Direct Booking website and the guest portal. Since the guest portal isn't up to snuff, I have to use another vendor.

I need to tell how their customer service is TERRIBLE and, even though I used them for years, I probably won't any longer because they don't take care of their customers. Customer service and billing discretion need SIGNIFICANT improvement. They take a LONG time to even address issues and, a same-day payment issue caused by a card change was resolved within approximately one hour (of my learning of it), yet resulted in permanent loss of a legacy rate with no escalation path or discretion applied. The ticket was later closed due to a holiday without resolution (both instances happened over holidays - Christmas and New Year respectively - not during working hours). This wasn't a product failure- it was a customer experience failure. Policies were enforced rigidly without consideration of timing, intent, or customer tenure (I'd been using them for years). A clearer escalation process and reasonable grace for same-day issues would greatly improve trust and retention.

You get everything in one place, no matter which platform you’re renting on, and it also works perfectly for direct bookings. Hospitable keeps improving almost every week. Since I started, I’ve seen so many major updates: the use of AI, Direct Bookings, Dynamic Pricing with the ability to fine-tune through rule sets, the Guest Portal, and the Hospitable Community. There are honestly almost too many to mention – and these have all happened just in the last few months.

And not to forget their incredible support team. I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than maybe 15 minutes for an answer – and they’re not only the sweetest, but also so understanding and endlessly patient, always making sure you get the best help possible.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

Well, there’s really not much. The only thing that’s difficult for me – but that’s something that can’t be generalised – is that I can’t take full advantage of everything they offer with Direct Booking. My properties are in Bali, where Stripe still isn’t available as a payment option, and as long as no other options are added, I won’t be able to make full use of it, which is a pity. And as far as I can see, there must be quite a few hosts in other countries facing the same problem. I do understand they need to focus on their main markets, but still … this is really the only thing I “dislike”.

Sorry, booking.com – but to say it nicely, working with the Pulse App is … not exactly easy. In fact, it’s rather frustrating. That’s what made me start looking for a PMS in the first place. From the calendar to the combined inbox, Dynamic Pricing, automated reviews – the list just goes on.

The ability to automate check in/check out instructions, set lock codes with backup codes and automatically communicate with guests saves a ton of time. Also the sync with Quickbooks makes financial reporting easy.

I would like better filters on properties. I get notifications on all properties but I only manage 3 and my team mate manages 6. It would be great if I could have it where I only got notified on the ones I manage.

It's even succeeded my expectation with the AI messaging, automatic messages, the new dynamic pricing and there are constant updates and improvements which save me a lot of time and work and make hosting more save with the verification and deposit process. It's very reliable and I like just having to use one app for all bookings. I can easily scale my business now and can work more efficient and professional. Taking direct bookings with automatic agreements is another great bonus from hospitable.

**What do you like best about Hospitable.com?**

I've had been running 4 Airbnb's that would take up most of my time each day, and cause stress whether I had remembered to do something (I'm adhd). Once I automated using hospitable, it removed 95% or more of the work and stress. I can be fishing, see a booking come in and know it's done; from messaging the guest, to sending lockbox details a couple days before checkin, to booking my cleaner and providing them a calendar to follow. So easy, set and forget. It's like having a management company look after your property without the 20-40% fees

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

Not much I can put down. Not having a direct site was the main downer, but that's been in place nearly a year now as I was in the beta program; this feature is being released to everyone in the coming weeks I believe.

Automated the whole booking to cleaning to next guest process. Manages prices across all 4 platforms our listing is on and keeps prices in sync and calendars in sync

**What do you like best about Hospitable.com?**

I like the message improvement option in the messaging.  It seems small compared to everything else Hospitable does, but it saves me so much time because the updated language is sooo good. I write something basic and it turns it into a super friendly, perfectly toned message. Makes sure my messages, even the ad hoc ones, are professional and friendly without being too much.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

I still can't tell what is being sync'd to or from what platform, I can't find how to reset it, and it has caused a few issues that cost me.

I appreciate how organized, efficient, and innovative Hospitable.com is, making it stand out among other vendors I considered. I find the setup very straightforward and user-friendly. I love the automation features, which handle guest messaging, especially at times I am unavailable, ensuring excellent communication with customers. The feature that notifies my cleaning team of new reservations is incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

I find it challenging to easily access a live human for inquiries and issues, as opposed to dealing with AI.

**What problems is Hospitable.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Hospitable.com improves customer communication with automation, especially at night, and efficiently coordinates operations, including notifying my cleaning team about new reservations.

**What do you like best about Hospitable.com?**

It is focused on the STR environment and what hosts really need to run their business. The integrations are great, there’s regular updates and new features and it generally makes my life a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

Support can take too long for urgent matters at times.

**What problems is Hospitable.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guest communication, door code generation, pricing, rule sets, AI message generation / knowledge hub. Now also starting on owner statements.

Hospitable works well for the people who want to set up a channel and property manager that can do it all in one place. Shortcodes for messages, automation for the cleaning and maintenance team, and just a general setup of "it's all here" make this a great platform.

**What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?**

There is a bit of a learning curve because there are so many different things that can be done.

**What problems is Hospitable.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this as a property management software for my short term rental. It helps me set up automatic messages and tasks for the team of people that keep the house ready for guests.

It's easy to use, easy to get started, and takes work off my hands.

So far the only thing that might be a problem is integrating the Furnished Finder calendar into my other platforms, but I'm still working on getting it set up.

Spending time writing and sending messages, managing guests and reviews, integrating all the calendars from different booking sites into one place.
