In addition, TurnoverBnB also allows hosts to find local cleaners for their short-term rental cleaning. As hosts, we understand the amount of time and energy involved with scheduling cleaning for your short-term rentals. Our free software allows you to connect with your existing Airbnb, VRBO (Homeaway), and iCal (Google) calendars to automatically schedule your cleaners via our mobile app or email. After a very short set-up process (typically less than 10 minutes), scheduling of cleaners becomes completely hands off for the host. To make life easier, we also offer the option to pay your cleaners via credit card, which takes the stress out of payment while earning miles. In the event no one is available for your turnover, you will be notified and given the option to find a cleaner in your area (if one is available). When we find a cleaner for you, we charge a modest 10% commission based on the cleaning price you set. Although I did not require all 100+ of my cabin owners to transfer over to their system, it worked fine for the small amount of time I used it. **What do you dislike about TurnoverBnB?** I used the application to keep on track my cabins frequest bookings and cancelaltions. I dif not like the fact that it was a bit difficult to get the notifications set up for each cabin. Or how I had to "complete" a job on the app. **What problems is TurnoverBnB solving and how is that benefiting you?** They say that they will be updating the features making it easier to access the calendars as well as the dates and the amount of guests who will be arriving to the cabin. ### 2. Easy to navigate new bookings, changes to schedules and cancellations. **What do you dislike about TurnoverBnB?** No way to move a clean from one day to the next on my side. No tool to view just one specific cabins schedule. **What problems is TurnoverBnB solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving missed communications with owners.
