Lodgify doesn't capture all expenses linked to your units and therefore doesn't provide an overall clear picture of your performance in the reports/analytics section. The biggest gap for me is CRM features - being able to tag guests, automate follow-ups, and build relationships directly in Lodgify would be huge.
