I really like that Hospitable.com is constantly adding new functionality and is open to new requests, which makes it a great company to work with. They continually add new functionality that often is a game changer in managing multiple properties on multiple platforms. I also really like the guest messaging feature that allows for extreme granularity while working from central messages. It's helpful to create slightly different messages for different booking platforms and have 'one source of the truth.' Their support during initial setup and implementing new functionalities was great. I also appreciate their bi-weekly Town Halls announcing new features and opportunities for early testing. Additionally, Hospitable integrates seamlessly with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and others for managing various aspects of my rentals.

Hospitable is like an additional employee in our business. If it were a person, they would be a hard-working "can do" personality. They send hundreds of emails a month on time and at the same time every day, week in and week out. They never fail to acknowledge a new booking and get the guest reviews done four us. Support has been excellent when required. A nice additional touch is having webinars offered by Hospitable to further improve my business. This tells me they are serious about helping me to succeed.
