Wheelhouse has dramatically improved our occupancy rates by competitively pricing our property. Wheelhouse has done a good job to help us make our properties some of the highest grossing in the market. We consistently achieve higher annual gross revenues than nearly all of our competition. I asked someone once if you are starting an Airbnb what one thing you wish you knew about before starting is, and their answer was UseWheelhouse! Don't leave money on the table! I know from experience that I make more money than I ever would have imagined by allowing Wheelhouse to manage my pricing. The only downside is I wish they offered a mobile app version to control and manage your account, but with so many features, its understandable why it's only accessible in a desktop version or from your phone browser, but hopefully they create an app to increase ease of use.
