Wheelhouse has dramatically improved our occupancy rates by competitively pricing our property. This means that we earn more during the high season months when demand is at its peak, but we also are able to attract visitors during the low season. Prior to using Wheelhouse, we had a flat rate across the year, which meant that we often undercharged for holidays, weekends, and peak summer months but also overcharged the other dates. Wheelhouse has done a good job to help us make our properties some of the highest grossing in the market. We consistently achieve higher annual gross revenues than nearly all of our competition. We believe wheelhouse is an important part of this. Particularly because it can maximize income during high booking nights. The customer service is outstanding. I always reach a real human within minutes who has the knowledge to answer 90% of my questions, and if they don't they get an answer quickly.
