The connection process is smooth, professional, and actually enhances the overall feel of the stay. At the same time, it allows us to capture valuable, permission-based guest data that would otherwise be lost through OTA bookings. From an operator perspective, this is a game-changer. We’re no longer just hosting guests—we’re building a direct relationship with them. StayFi gives us the ability to grow a real guest database, drive repeat bookings, and reduce reliance on third-party platforms over time. It’s one of the few tools in the STR space that genuinely improves both the guest experience and the long-term revenue strategy. **What do you dislike about StayFi?** At this stage, there’s very little to dislike about StayFi. The platform does exactly what it’s designed to do, and it does it well. If I had to point to anything, it would be that as an operator, I’m excited to see them continue expanding features around deeper marketing automation and guest segmentation over time. The foundation is already incredibly strong, so additional enhancements in those areas would make it even more powerful. That said, everything currently in place works seamlessly, and it’s already delivering meaningful value to our operation. **What problems is StayFi solving and how is that benefiting you?** StayFi solves one of the biggest challenges in the short-term rental space—lack of direct access to guest data when bookings come through OTAs. Before using StayFi, valuable guest information was essentially owned by the booking platforms, which made it difficult to build relationships, market to past guests, or drive repeat and direct bookings. StayFi changes that by allowing us to capture permission-based guest data through the WiFi connection process—something every guest uses anyway. This gives us the ability to build a growing guest database, stay in touch post-stay, and create long-term marketing opportunities. The benefit has been significant. We’re now able to think beyond a single transaction and focus on lifetime guest value. It’s helping us reduce reliance on third-party platforms, strengthen our brand, and create additional revenue opportunities through repeat and direct bookings. ### 2. StayFi helps accomplish that! **What do you dislike about StayFi?** StayFinder has not launched as quickly as I would like. We are anxiously awaiting this platform to take off to gain more direct bookings and have guests save money on fees. **What problems is StayFi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Even if we captured our guest's contact information before, it was only the main person that booked. With StayFi, we can capture multiple emails for all who stayed in our property, thus growing our customer list even faster. ### 3.
