What do you like best about Touch Stay?

We found creating the content to be relatively quick and simple, and we love the flexibility of being able to pick and choose exactly what goes into each guidebook, ensuring every guest gets just the information they need.

For us, the standout feature is definitely the "update once, update everywhere" magic. Whenever we need to modify check-in instructions, add a new favorite local restaurant, or update the WiFi login, we simply make the change in one central location. Instantly, every guidebook is updated, including those that guests have already received links to. This truly saves us a great deal of stress and many hours of work.

We rely on Touch Stay guidebooks for all our guests, every single day! And it integrates easily and quickly with our PMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Touch Stay?

What do you like best about Touch Stay?

Touch Stay is a super product that works well, is intuitive to use, and very useful for our guests. We send links to our Touch Stay guidebook upon booking and often guests will extend their stay when they learn more about the area. I can update it easily. Guests love it. We have guests from all over the world who speak a lot of languages and they can easily change it to their preferred language.

Touch Stay support is fast and responsive, in the rare event that we need it. They have a knowledge guide with videos and text for those of us who don't like videos. They are always coming up with enhancements I never knew that I needed. I consider Touch Stay invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Touch Stay?

What do you like best about Touch Stay?

This really is good software! It is super intuitive, easy to navigate and has some great feature that save heaps of time. We only have 4 proeprties but I can imagibe this would be a massive help if you had 44. I really like the fact you can make changes to all or 1 property - now thats clever. What do you like best about Touch Stay?

It's easy to use on the back end with amazing functionality while being aesthetically appealing for our guests. We are able to make very slick guidebooks that are infused with a lot of our company branding while providing guests a wonderful resource that cuts down on their questions for us, both prior to and during their stay.

They have great customer support and it seems like they're always making small improvements that really help us as owners (for example, they recently implemented a change that is helping us collect guest emails without causing much friction for our guests).

Honestly, this has been one of the best tech for our business and they are easy to recommend to other owners. It's been very plug and play. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Touch Stay?

I love how user friendly it is, the support from the people on Touchstay team (Loren!) and the continual updates for improvement. We use them for all of your 95 properties we manage and love how easy it is to train staff to update the guest guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, professional look! I spent hours making a website for my short term rental hosting needs. A friend of mine told me about Touch Stay. After a few hours creating and fine tuning my Touch Stay (perhaps more time than necessary) I scraped my website and am all-in on Touch Stay! Wonderful app and my guests truly appreciate it!
