**What do you like best about Touch Stay?**

We found creating the content to be relatively quick and simple, and we love the flexibility of being able to pick and choose exactly what goes into each guidebook, ensuring every guest gets just the information they need.

For us, the standout feature is definitely the "update once, update everywhere" magic. Whenever we need to modify check-in instructions, add a new favorite local restaurant, or update the WiFi login, we simply make the change in one central location. Instantly, every guidebook is updated, including those that guests have already received links to. This truly saves us a great deal of stress and many hours of work.

We rely on Touch Stay guidebooks for all our guests, every single day! And it integrates easily and quickly with our PMS.

**What do you dislike about Touch Stay?**

Their AI support can occasionally be unreliable, but most of the time, a human steps in quickly—either on their own or after being alerted by the AI—and provides a solution.

It serves as a convenient, easy to navigate tool where guests can quickly find answers to their inquiries, whether it's before, during, or even after their trip.

**What do you like best about Touch Stay?**

Touch Stay is a super product that works well, is intuitive to use, and very useful for our guests. We send links to our Touch Stay guidebook upon booking and often guests will extend their stay when they learn more about the area. I can update it easily. Guests love it. We have guests from all over the world who speak a lot of languages and they can easily change it to their preferred language. 
Touch Stay support is fast and responsive, in the rare event that we need it. They have a knowledge guide with videos and text for those of us who don't like videos. They are always coming up with enhancements I never knew that I needed. I consider Touch Stay invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Touch Stay?**

I cannot think of any downsides. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to load but our book is huge.

**What problems is Touch Stay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to print 80 pages of a guidebook every season. I can update events / news  as they happen in real time. It gives guests directions. It answers questions for guests that I do not have to. I use it myself to remember what days which restaurants are closed.

**What do you like best about Touch Stay?**

This really is good software! It is super intuitive, easy to navigate and has some great feature that save heaps of time. We only have 4 proeprties but I can imagibe this would be a massive help if you had 44. I really like the fact you can make changes to all or 1 property - now thats clever.

**What do you dislike about Touch Stay?**

I would like to see it sync every 8 hours rather than 24.

We were reluctant to have digital guidebooks due to time involved - Touch Stay really knocked that out of the park.

My favorite part about Touch Stay is that it syncs with your listing so information from your listing is pulled over and filled in to get you started.

**What do you dislike about Touch Stay?**

One area I would suggest is some type of plan for parent/ child listings where there is a lot of over lap but some differences.

**What problems is Touch Stay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tome, it's saving me time in a lot of ways. Auto fill in, AI, etc. This welcome guide also looks more professional than ones you just make yourself.

**What do you like best about Touch Stay?**

It's easy to use on the back end with amazing functionality while being aesthetically appealing for our guests. We are able to make very slick guidebooks that are infused with a lot of our company branding while providing guests a wonderful resource that cuts down on their questions for us, both prior to and during their stay. 

They have great customer support and it seems like they're always making small improvements that really help us as owners (for example, they recently implemented a change that is helping us collect guest emails without causing much friction for our guests). 

Honestly, this has been one of the best tech for our business and they are easy to recommend to other owners. It's been very plug and play.

**What do you dislike about Touch Stay?**

It's hard to have any complaints. We used a competitor for awhile and Touchstay beats them on all fronts (pricing was comparable as well)

**What problems is Touch Stay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Touchstay is allowing us to provide a very slick looking, branded digital guidebook to guests that helps cut down on guests reaching out to us with questions about their reservations.

**What do you like best about Touch Stay?**

I love how user friendly it is, the support from the people on Touchstay team (Loren!) and the continual updates for improvement. We use them for all of your 95 properties we manage and love how easy it is to train staff to update the guest guides.

**What do you dislike about Touch Stay?**

Using the tags can be a learning curve and it can be challenging when you have so many customizations for each guide. Getting support and education from Touchstay has helped a lot!

They are working on a integration with our PMS which is amazing!

Easy to use, professional look! I spent hours making a website for my short term rental hosting needs. A friend of mine told me about Touch Stay. After a few hours creating and fine tuning my Touch Stay (perhaps more time than necessary) I scraped my website and am all-in on Touch Stay! Wonderful app and my guests truly appreciate it!

There is nothing negative I have to say about the app!

Touch Stay, a vacation rental travel guide. adds value to our listing, both before and after the guests' stay.  We get lots of comments on it from our guests.

**What do you dislike about Touch Stay?**

I literally don't know a downside to using Touch Stay.

**What problems is Touch Stay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Touch Stay helps our guest know something about our vacation rental destination before they arrive, and advises them as to dining and entertainment options in the area while they are there.  If it helps our guests, that helps us!

**What do you like best about Touch Stay?**

Very easy to use and constantly improving. It was very easy to set up all my guidebooks to their program and have been able to continuously improve them. It's saved me quite a bit of time and they continue to innovate and add a lot of features. Their support team is also very quick to help out anytime I have any questions or need help.

Honestly can't think of anything negative about them
