**What do you like best about ecobee SmartBuildings?**

The ease of use. The web interface is easy to understand and use for all users.

**What do you dislike about ecobee SmartBuildings?**

On-boarding the thermostats. I wish there was a way to pre-configure the thermostats with the WiFi information so you didn't have to type it in each time when you install one.

**What problems is ecobee SmartBuildings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps us maintain a constant and comfortable temperature throughout our building at specified times of the day. It also saves us money by not using the HVAC when not needed.
