**What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

I like that HelpCrunch is user-friendly. It was easy to set up and easy to adjust the all settings. Integration into a website was simple, and the translations were already done, making localization a breeze. Setting support agents wasn't difficult either, and overall, I'm happy with the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

We chose an annual plan, so payments could be smoother. We had small hiccups during the payment process. Not related to product itself.

It allows our website visitors to contact sales reps and unifies our inbox for online chats, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. We can also add email as additional channel.

HelpCrunch helped us organize all communication with our customers in one place — live chat, email, and knowledge base work seamlessly together. Integration with our CRM was smooth and quick. I also really appreciate how flexible the system is — we were able to adjust it perfectly to our internal workflow. The UI is clean and modern, and even non-tech team members had no trouble adopting it. Their support team is quick, friendly, and always helpful.

There’s not much to dislike — the platform does exactly what it promises. But overall, it already fits our needs very well.

The chat shows which product in the store the customer is currently viewing. This significantly reduces the time for interaction.

I found HelpCrunch easier to use in comparion to other similar solutions, while offering a competitive price. I was able to test it for free before deciding to upgrade my subscription and no special instalation was required. 

Being able to translate articles and posting embeded videos was also very important.

I haven't had any issues with the tool so far. The tool might not feel super user friendly at first, but being a Knowledge Base provider themselves, they have a strong support material to help you out.

Nothing to complain about, for a long time of cooperation there were no problems

Our primary goal was to automate support as much as possible, making it easier and less time-consuming for agents. HelpCrunch solved our challenge of missalienged communications across channels, allowing to connect our mobile apps, social media messengers and live chat on website onto a single dashboard. Agents reported improved productivity and overal they like the ease of use and ability to customize their inbox views and route tickets using automation rules. We also use workflows to send replies to repetitive questions without a need of human intervention.

**What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

HelpCrunch works extremely well for small SaaS like us. We use it as a single customer communication tool that aligns chat on our website, chatbot, and help center. The most impressive aspect is that email and auto messages are included in our plan, allowing us to set up our transactional emails and onboarding using this platform.

My favorite feature is the AI assistant that saves us hours in writing help center content. It can generate an entire article with just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

Not a dislike as such, but the reports on email campaigns could be improved. So far, they are not that intuitive to understand, and some metrics are hidden under "hover" options, like the time the campaign was sent.

**What problems is HelpCrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a single tool that could integrate all customer communications into one and HelpCrunch does this job great! We now have outstanding customer support that stands out among our competitors. Our customers know they can always rely on us to resolve their queries quickly. After evaluating over 30 tools, we concluded that HelpCrunch is the easiest and has the best cost-quality ratio.

HelpCrunch offers a wide range of tools for communicating with and managing customers from a single interface. 
This greatly simplifies the work of our support team, allowing them to use a single platform instead of several disparate services.
The platform also integrates seamlessly with WordPress. This is important since our website is powered by WordPress.
Also liked the customer service. You can book a free meeting and HelpCrunch employees will show you the nuances of the platform. If you have any questions, you can also write to the chat or search for an answer in the extensive database

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

After installing it on the site, the loading speed of the site slowed down a bit. It would be great to improve this point. Perhaps in the settings to delay the loading of the chat widget. 
Also waiting for the implementation of artificial intelligence function, so that AI can analyze the content of the site and give meaningful information when the team is offline.

We use HelpCrunch chat for communication with our clients, prospects, and email requests and it works great for us. Really appreciate additional features for marketing like proactive chat and emails. It helps us engage leads on the website automatically and gather them all in one system, automatically assigning tags, and sending email campaigns for converting them later.

The only thing we dislike is that we need to pay extra for an AI editor.

I don't have any problems, but can't say for full functionality. Use only as Knowledge Base for our clients.

Ukrainian CRM-system KeyCRM chose HelpCrunch as a reliable product for building a Knowledge Base. It helps our clients connect their business to the system. We could highly recommended HelpCrunch  for every company with such type of request.

**What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

1) Great options for big support teams > collaboration, private notes, saved replies, macro. Lots of options of customisation of look of live chat, which Intercom doesn’t provide as well.

2) Very simple to use. Nothing too complicated. Intercom had lots of features that we rarely use in our day to day job. Not only you have to pay extra for them all but also the interface was too overwhelming for new users. But in HelpCrunch is not one of those tools. The design is simple in clean. The navigation in the inbox is very simple - you the different chat categories (unassigned, pending, new, drafts, etc.)  

3) Cost-effectiveness. We pay 3 times less for the same features in HC that had to pay in Intercom. 

4) Amazing customer success team that helped us transfer our data from Intercom and responds in minutes in the online chat.  Intercom support was never available and forced using their Fin bot instead of providing human assistant, which was annoying.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

The only drawback we noticed that the live chat sometimes loads slower in certain locations. Their CS team also informed us that they’re working on the chat speed optimisation, so hope to see improvements on this side soon

**What problems is HelpCrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool helps us organize effective collaboration on customer requests by using chat on our website, social media, and email clients from a single inbox. We were able to cut our support software costs by replacing Intercom with HelpCrunch. Additionally, we noticed an improvement in the productivity of our agents with HelpCrunch tools, such as the AI assistant, macros, saved replies, and overall intuitiveness of use.

I user intercom for my website & monbile app for the live chat, but intercom is more expnsive and i found HelpCrunch i got better experiance than the intercom.

To intergrate with the mobile app, if you have flutter SDK tha's will be very easy for the developers

We've been using mailchimp for newsletters, mixpanel for custom data and onboarding, zendk for ticketing, and we were looking for another solution for the knowledge base when we found HelpCrunch and realized we can replace all these tools and even route all incoming queries from our messengers (FB, insta, telegram) to a single platform and manage all chats/tickests there! We don't need to work in 4 or even 5 different platforms and can replace it with just this one tool at the fraction of the price. Can't wait to check out chabot feature as well.
Their support is also very helpful and very qualified.

Lack of integration with whatsapp, but I was assured it's coming in a few months or so.
