I use Samsara mainly to track our field engineers for installations and support work. It solves the confusion problem by showing exact arrival times, which previously relied on call logs and manual notes. I like this feature because it helps clarify billing issues as some projects rely on accurate onsite visit hours. The trip replay feature is one of my favorites, allowing me to visually understand full movements rather than just reading data. It gives a clearer picture, especially when an engineer visits two nearby clients in one trip. I like how Magaya Supply Chain streamlines processes, especially in the documentation part. It helps me be aware of the volume I have in my warehouse and produce documentation easily; I just have to input data, and it does it all for me. We began implementing SIQ in 2020 to replace the manual, Excel-based forecasting we had been using previously. The SIQ team handled the integration with our ERP system (EPICOR). Since adopting SIQ, our team has gained much greater insight into stock levels, stock movement, forecasts, and more. The alert features are also very useful, as they allow us to focus on exceptions rather than trying to keep an eye on every product.
