Communicating with drivers through a hands-free system is extremely valuable. Samsara’s integration of the dashcam system, along with the ability to call a driver and receive a reply directly through the dashcam, is a real game changer. Sometimes in the Fleet View menu, when I’m looking at a specific truck and click the back button, it takes me to the Fleet View - Vehicles page instead of Fleet View - Live. It’s hard to pick just one feature, but as a fleet manager, it’s crucial for me to be able to view a truck's trip history, and of course, the video footage. Thanks to the cameras, I can review recordings to understand what happened during an incident or in any situation where information from the driver isn't enough. The fuel level feature has also helped me out more than once, and being able to check truck fault codes helps clear up a lot of details. I’d say these are the tools I use daily, and they give me the highest efficiency. Additionally, I integrate the Motive API into our internal software. I wouldn't say it's something I dislike, but one challenge with company like project44 is that it operates in a very complex and rapidly changing supply chain environment. Project44 solves the lack of real-time supply chain visibility by helping companies track shipments, predict delays, and manage disruption proactivly. The only down side maybe sometimes it is taking a bit more time to load all the shipments we have from the portal. For instance, we have developed a new field called "actual delivery date". However, from the original product, the tracking events only have "Out of Delivery" and "Empty Returned" so it does not tell customers the exact moment that the container is delivered to the destination warehouse. Gnosis is helping me to develop a mechanism that once the actual delivery date is filled in, the status will automatically update as "Delivered". When the container is empty returned, then the empty return date will override the status and update it as "Empty Return". Using this example, I find it very easy to communicate with Gnosis to implement changes and they are not afraid of admitting some issues as that's how Gnosis know what to correct and improve on to fine tune the products! SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery helps us manage and recover retailer deductions more efficiently by centralizing claims, documentation, and communication in one place. It improves visibility into shortages, chargebacks, and compliance-related deductions, which helps ensure valid claims are recovered and discrepancies are identified more quickly. This has reduced manual tracking, improved organization, and saved our team significant time when reviewing and disputing deductions. Although in general I am very satisfied with Magaya Supply Chain, I believe there are some aspects that could be improved. For example, on certain occasions the system can become a bit slow if handling large volumes of information or if there are multiple users working at the same time. It would also be useful to have more customization in some reports or dashboards, to better adapt them to the specific needs of the administrative-accounting area. Magaya Supply Chain solves problems such as the lack of real-time visibility and inefficiency in manual processes. It has benefited me by facilitating quick access to key information, automating administrative tasks, and improving accounting control. Current issue: When field staff operate in low-connectivity areas, status updates and payment collection triggers queue locally in OTM. Once they reconnect, sync events are pushed in a batch, but the FarEye dashboard logs don’t always clearly or immediately distinguish queue delays from failed API payload transmissions. Sometimes it also doesn’t respond on time, likely due to a technical glitch. It’s beneficial to review the RVP-related process images that are captured and provide solutions to the team on time. StockIQ helps solve the challenge of having inventory, sales, and forecasting data spread across different sources. Instead of spending time pulling reports and trying to piece everything together, I can quickly see what's performing well, identify potential stock issues, and make more informed decisions. As a Brand Manager, that means I can better plan promotions, support product launches, and collaborate with other teams using reliable, data-driven insights rather than guesswork. One limitation I have found is that Streamline does not currently include a detailed production scheduling module. For our operation, it would be very valuable to have the ability to sequence production lines and manage detailed scheduling directly within the platform.

I would also like to see stronger functionality around storage capacity constraints. While the platform does a good job supporting supply and inventory planning, having the ability to model warehouse capacity restrictions and storage limitations would help us evaluate scenarios more accurately and make better operational decisions.

Streamline helps us bring demand planning, production planning, and material planning together in one system. Before, we had information spread across different files and tools, making it difficult to have a complete view of the planning process.

Having everything in one platform gives us better visibility across the supply chain and allows us to make decisions faster. It also improves alignment between teams because everyone is working with the same data and assumptions.

It really isn't a Toro issue but since we decided to sync all invoices with our accounting system, I just need to wait a little longer to account for all payments in our check register in Quickbooks. Reporting and dashboard customization could also be more flexible, especially when business users need quick, real-time logistics insights without relying heavily on IT teams.
