Aljex has helped me with mutliple things from billing work for the shipments to store and share the paperwork with the carriers and the clients. Another helpful feature of Aljex, in my feild of work, is that it gives an option to VOID/cancel the shipment even if created initially (in case that shipment was never completed) and it also is very helpful with it's feature to be able to block MC#'s given the increase in the number of fradulent carrier activities in the system. If I find out a carrier is scamming us then I can block that MC and prevent that carrier from ever working with us. Also, it gives an option to set customer limit and prevents from booking a load with that client if the limit is reached until the payment is made from the client which enables keeping a track of the pending amount to be collected and avoids clients from putting us in too much debt. Another helpful feature is it'd ability to create a unique load/pro# for each shipment. You can anytime enter that load/pro# to find out easily which carrier and customer booked that load with us. What do you dislike about Samsara?

Samsara’s biggest failure is not the hardware. It is accountability, support, and integrity once something goes wrong.

We experienced repeated device failures across multiple states. Texas, Washington, and Ohio. In one case, a vehicle gateway was offline well before an accident. Because the device was offline, critical footage could not be retrieved. Our insurance company ruled against us solely due to the absence of that footage, resulting in a documented financial loss of $2,622.96.

Samsara was aware of the offline condition before the accident. Their own logs confirm it. Support was aware. Escalations were requested repeatedly. Follow-up was ignored for weeks. When the footage became critical, the device was still offline and incapable of uploading data. That failure directly caused the loss.

Rather than taking responsibility, Samsara defaulted to hiding behind terms and conditions, shifting blame to the customer, and rewriting history. Months of documented correspondence, logs, and internal acknowledgments were brushed aside with a canned denial. Legal involvement did not improve professionalism. It escalated hostility and dismissiveness.

Support quality has sharply declined. Representatives disappear. Escalations stall. Tickets are closed without resolution. A newly assigned “go-to” representative never responded to a single message. Not one. Billing continued uninterrupted for months of non-functioning service.

If your fleet depends on this equipment to protect you in an accident, understand this clearly: when it matters most, you may be on your own. Samsara is excellent at selling safety. They are far less reliable when safety actually has financial and legal consequences.

Load times for relatively large projects currently affect us when working together with several people. Currently, the project I'm working on can have a maximum of three people working, and this already causes extended work times, as well as the loading of reports.

SupplyPike is taking a lot of data that is difficult to interpret and pull together to validate and creating a process flow to seamlessly integrate information Walmart has and we have as a company to validate whether or not a claim is valid.
