Motive is a company who listens to its users and wants to continuously improve. They care about customer feedback and enhancing their product. The implementation phase was really easy for us. Motive had a wonder team on our account and made things very easy. In fact all three of our Motive teams were incredible (sales, implementation, account manager). What do you dislike about Motive?

What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you?

IFTA mileage reporting, risk mitigation, accident investigation, and asset tracking and utilization are all essential aspects of our operations. The ability to report compliance for TXDOT is particularly important to us. With insurance premiums constantly on the rise, reducing our incident rate and overall risk is key to keeping those costs down. Conducting thorough post-accident investigations is vital, as it allows us to learn from our mistakes and prevent similar incidents in the future. Asset tracking is also critical; with thousands of assets spread across various job sites, it can be easy to overlook one, but effective tracking ensures we never lose track of any of them. The only down side maybe sometimes it is taking a bit more time to load all the shipments we have from the portal. What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?

For instance, we have developed a new field called "actual delivery date". However, from the original product, the tracking events only have "Out of Delivery" and "Empty Returned" so it does not tell customers the exact moment that the container is delivered to the destination warehouse. Gnosis is helping me to develop a mechanism that once the actual delivery date is filled in, the status will automatically update as "Delivered". When the container is empty returned, then the empty return date will override the status and update it as "Empty Return". Using this example, I find it very easy to communicate with Gnosis to implement changes and they are not afraid of admitting some issues as that's how Gnosis know what to correct and improve on to fine tune the products! What I like most about Streamline is how it brings all of our planning activities into one platform. It gives us clear visibility into demand, supply, inventory, and forecasting, which helps the team make quicker, better-informed decisions.

Before Streamline, we depended on multiple Excel files and a lot of manual data consolidation. Since adopting Streamline, collaboration across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Materials Planning has improved, and we spend far less time just preparing and reconciling data.

Its forecasting capabilities, inventory analysis, and scenario planning tools have been particularly valuable for supporting our S&OP process, helping us spot risks and opportunities earlier and respond more proactively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streamline?

One limitation I have found is that Streamline does not currently include a detailed production scheduling module. For our operation, it would be very valuable to have the ability to sequence production lines and manage detailed scheduling directly within the platform.

I would also like to see stronger functionality around storage capacity constraints. While the platform does a good job supporting supply and inventory planning, having the ability to model warehouse capacity restrictions and storage limitations would help us evaluate scenarios more accurately and make better operational decisions.

Streamline helps us bring demand planning, production planning, and material planning together in one system. Before, we had information spread across different files and tools, making it difficult to have a complete view of the planning process.

Driveroo was quickly configured to exactly meet our business needs. We use Driveroo for maintaining our fleet of tour vehicles. These vehicles are highly regulated and inspected annually by the California Highway Patrol. The reporting and transparency of our vehicle inspections and maintenance impressed the CHP and they could not find any issues with our documentation. Our Finance team enjoys the accurate and detailed tracking of our labor and material costs. For our fleet maintenance team, the dashboard are extremely helpful and value-added. What do you like best about Netstock?

I am in purchasing and it has made me more efficient in all of my tasks. We have a dozen vendors and over 30k SKUs (mostly inactive) but still a lot to manage. Prior to Netstock I used Excel and this was unworkable. Netstock now creates my orders for me and with the correct setup, review is minimal. We use a hub and spoke model and have 6 spoke DCs that we distribute product to so I also use the "Order from distribution center" function to create my transfers. Overall, Netstock has allowed me to manage more of the business than would have been possible before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netstock?

Setup can be difficult if your business is complicated. I would say it's the biggest hurdle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Netstock solving and how is that benefiting you?
