it helps solve the problem of finding capacity at times when i am able to search for carriers who have run a certain lane or one close to it. Pando is solving the major problem of maintaining data regularly. Be it tracking of any delivery, or payments of transporters. Through updated data on Pando, we are able to take appropriate action if something seems alerting.

We have limited control over our shipments because overseas vendors book and manage them. Gnosis gives us immediate access to tracking information, which helps us stay informed without having to chase updates. It also lets our internal departments add shipment details and upload documents so everyone can view the same information. It really isn't a Toro issue but since we decided to sync all invoices with our accounting system, I just need to wait a little longer to account for all payments in our check register in Quickbooks. Our data wasn’t in the best condition, so implementation took longer than we expected. Especially early on (as with any software like this), you really have to pay close attention to the outputs it’s producing. We had a few wildly wrong order suggestions, which came down to our poor data rather than SIQs system, so it’s important to have your team in place to spot issues quickly and address the underlying data. If there are data issues or refresh issues, it can sometimes be a little hard to diagnose the issue within SIQ - having said that, whenever we have had issues, the support team have been great with resolving it.

The release notes and guides are very useful with each release, but the training videos in the Help centre aren’t always updated to reflect the changes that come in. It would be great to see this fleshed out a bit more and kept up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Historically our forecasting was Excel-based, so trying to forecast for products was very slow and - at times - very inaccurate. It was also very difficult to see trends of our products, product groups etc. SIQ has helped us massively in both these areas, and is used every day by our team. I use it mainly for pricing, so I haven’t explored all its features. That said, I’ve run into a few issues when quoting multiple shipments. Rates sometimes stop displaying, and I have to refresh or log back in to continue. It facilitates rate comparisons across multiple LTL carriers. Before using the platform, comparing rates manually acrross multiple carrier sites was time-consuming especially when quoting for multiple lanes or new projects. However, due to the very large number of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and business expansion, we were unable to manage everything effectively, which led to problems with overstocking and stockouts (out-of-stock situations). Siloed knowledge (or dependence on specific individuals) was also a key challenge.

MIR-RT helps us solve several challenges related to the management of our fleet maintenance. One of our biggest problems is managing the bulk orders for different cities and hubs, and tracking the orders' journey. Now, using the Fareye system, we can smoothly run our operation, and we can easily track the orders' journey.

Occasionally, drivers in remote or regional areas can have issue with data sync. However, following proper practices such as end of day syncing can resolve the issue.
