Data accuracy, latency, and customizable reporting in the CLM dashboard provides significant insights to our business we were previously unaware of as a 3PL. Lastly, the account managers are great - attentive and will do whatever is asked of them to make your experience better. **What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?** There are very few gaps and trouble with some ocean carriers that struggle with reporting information that in turn Gnosis cannot report. Ingate dates, etc. Export visibility could be better but is an industry issue, non specific to Gnosis. **What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Container tracking, along with ingate and out gate dates, helps validate invoicing and ensures accuracy. The ability to project per diem and detention charges allows us to invoice customers more quickly and prevents them from being caught off guard by unexpected fees. The ability for us to push custom reporting to our customers has been a gamechanger. The BI aspect of the CLM portal has also been very helpful, especially within the last year, as a 3PL, we have been able to see and learn more about our customers supply chain we were previously not privy to - especially in the new tariff environment. ### 2. Rather than using multiple different sites to search which can take longer. As well as the data integration that Gnosis uses especially with rail tracking. **What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?** Sometimes the site can be overwhelming at first with all of the features (Just the layout from dashboard and searching for either detention, delayed, diversions etc). Big one is the delayed shipment page where it only shows the Active Vessel when it's on water and Rail ETA Delay. I could quickly check the update of the containers' status quickly rather than waiting an email from the broker. I get the status quicker compared to the brokers we handle. We also have our truckers updating Gnosis notifying us the delivery date to the warehouse. They are solution oriented and passionate about the work they do. We recently migrated to the new Gnosis portal, and I am throughly please with the new features and ease of use. As a result of the improvements, more of my colleagues have been using the portal, due to the various ways in which they can customize their profile that were not available before. Prior to going live with the improved portal, we held a brief training call to walk users through key features and, we had once a week sessions where users could drop in as needed. They have also done a great job of building out training materials to make it easier for users to adapt. Although we experienced some hiccups with the API integration, they were quickly resolved by working with the Gnosis team and our ERP developers. Personally, in peak season, I log into the portal on a daily basis; in the off-season, as the project lead, I check in less frequently but frequently enough to capture any discrepancies or missing shipments. **What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?** With the implentation of the new portal, there is certainly less to complain about. Of course perfection is a myth and there are minor things related to the flow of information that are unfortunate however, that is not directly related to Gnosis. **What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** About half of our containers come into a warehouse, previously, we had limited visibilty into those shipments. Now there are a variety of tools at our disposal that, along with other filtering mechanisms, allow users to tailor their user experience to ensure that they have an accurate overview of both direct and cross-docked containers. ### 41.
