Gnosis is an extremely reliable, easy to use, and accurate. Data accuracy, latency, and customizable reporting in the CLM dashboard provides significant insights to our business we were previously unaware of as a 3PL. There are very rare gaps and trouble with some ocean carriers that struggle with reporting information that in turn Gnosis cannot report. Ingate dates, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compared to the tools we’ve used in the past to monitor and track all of our clients’ import containers, I like almost everything about Gnosis Freight. The portal is extremely user-friendly, and it makes it much easier to stay on top of container tracking without having to dig through a complicated interface. The team at Gnosis is such a pleasure to work with. They are solution oriented and passionate about the work they do.

We recently migrated to the new Gnosis portal, and I am throughly please with the new features and ease of use. As a result of the improvements, more of my colleagues have been using the portal, due to the various ways in which they can customize their profile that were not available before. Prior to going live with the improved portal, we held a brief training call to walk users through key features and, we had once a week sessions where users could drop in as needed. They have also done a great job of building out training materials to make it easier for users to adapt.

Although we experienced some hiccups with the API integration, they were quickly resolved by working with the Gnosis team and our ERP developers.

Personally, in peak season, I log into the portal on a daily basis; in the off-season, as the project lead, I check in less frequently but frequently enough to capture any discrepancies or missing shipments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the implentation of the new portal, there is certainly less to complain about.

The user interface, while generally clean, can feel a bit rigid at times—some features are buried or require more clicks than necessary. There’s a slight learning curve when onboarding new users, especially with customizing dashboard views. Occasionally, there’s a lag in carrier data updates, but it's usually due to port-side reporting delays and not a system flaw. Overall, these issues are minimal compared to the value it provides.
