Data accuracy, latency, and customizable reporting in the CLM dashboard provides significant insights to our business we were previously unaware of as a 3PL. Lastly, the account managers are great - attentive and will do whatever is asked of them to make your experience better. **What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?** There are very few gaps and trouble with some ocean carriers that struggle with reporting information that in turn Gnosis cannot report. Ingate dates, etc. Export visibility could be better but is an industry issue, non specific to Gnosis. **What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Container tracking, along with ingate and out gate dates, helps validate invoicing and ensures accuracy. The ability to project per diem and detention charges allows us to invoice customers more quickly and prevents them from being caught off guard by unexpected fees. The ability for us to push custom reporting to our customers has been a gamechanger. The BI aspect of the CLM portal has also been very helpful, especially within the last year, as a 3PL, we have been able to see and learn more about our customers supply chain we were previously not privy to - especially in the new tariff environment. ### 2. Rather than using multiple different sites to search which can take longer. As well as the data integration that Gnosis uses especially with rail tracking. **What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?** Sometimes the site can be overwhelming at first with all of the features (Just the layout from dashboard and searching for either detention, delayed, diversions etc). Big one is the delayed shipment page where it only shows the Active Vessel when it's on water and Rail ETA Delay. Wish there was one delay that shows delay when it is unloaded at port or it arrived at destination port. **What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** On my end, it made my job in tracking containers faster and also figuring out potential issues that I would need to address to forwarder. ### 3. We can track by OBL or by container, which helps us schedule the manpower needed to process containers. We’re also able to reduce costs and delays by making sure all paperwork is in order before the shipment arrives at the port. We’re still in the early stages of implementation, but the Gnosis team has been there with us every step of the way. I have to rearrange the columns each time to see what I find most important and helpful. Lack of Workflow Optimization: The filtering and "quick filtering" options are not yet optimized for the Colgate Logistics team’s daily routine.Example: As a regional manager, I am forced to wait for the entire global dataset to load every time I log in. The platform should allow me to instantly access only my assigned shipments, or ideally, load a pre-filtered view by default to save time. Missing Data: There are still numerous gaps and missing data points across the tables. Suboptimal Column Hierarchy: For a logistics team, a shipment only makes sense within the context of its route. Individual container or BL numbers are secondary. Currently, finding and filtering these columns manually in a slow interface is highly inefficient.
